I just wanted to thank the Toyota sales mngr. For being very unprofessional and wasting our time making an appointment and then not following through. We called and asked about a vehicle they asked us to make an appointment so we did. Got there and they gave us the run around first the car was not there then it was next door then it was come back another time. REALLY !!We were a cash buyer looking to get into some that day and we did only it was from Marhoffer not CLASSIC. Jim brown would be turning in his grave right now. Shame on you for wasting my time lying to me and then giving me the run around. Glad I bought a way nicer vehicle than the one they had. Will probably never do business with Classic again as this was very very unprofessional and they acted like they could care less. Please do not asked me to make an appointment and then waste my time. Shame on you. And Shame on you for not even attempting to make thing right or apologizing that s right. They didn t care at all. So if that s what your looking for in a dealership then this is the place for you.

This dealership is absolute class and the most high quality service I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone from my sales man Brandon the manager Don, all the staff I met, shook my hand and treated me with the utmost respect. They were very fair on the price and cared about making you happy, truly never seen a business that actually treated me like family and took care of everything to ensure the process is so smooth and make me thrilled with my purchase. I swear from my experience, you will be very satisfied with the service they provide and the vehicle you end up leaving in.

My experience at this dealership was outstanding, handsdown the best car dealership I've encountered thus far. The entire team was incredibly nice and cooperative, exceeding my expectations. I want to give a special shout-out to Dominic, who stood out for his honesty and patience. He diligently answered all my questions and ensured I was completely satisfied before finalizing the deal. Additionally, Rick Demore, the finance specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I traded my 2020 Taco TRD OffRoad Premium in on a 2023 4Runner TRD OffRoad Premium.Billy Ashmore was super helpful getting me lined up with my new "Magnetic Gray" 4Runner. The guy was no-nonsense, organized, honest, smart, and super helpful. He even delivered it to my house! Great dealership, too. I would definitely refer both Billy and Classic Toyota to a friend! Brandon and Jennifer walked me through an end of lease decision, to buy out or go into a new lease. They worked to help me through this question and put me into a new lease with terms that fit my budget and a car that had all the equipment that I wanted. I m only giving one star because there is no other option. I had an appointment for a specific car and couldn t get there because I have to work!!! They never offered me any other alternative and sold it out from under me before my same day appointment!!!! This took place within three hours. I will never buy from classic ever again! This is not my first rodeo with Classic campus!

I've owned Toyota cars since the 70's. What stands out the most to me is the support for a good product which is Classic Toyota. The Toyota passion from the Classic Toyota employee's is pretty evident once you walk in the building. From the service manager to the service worker that refilled the coffee cups in the waiting room is commendable. Good job guys.

I cannot recommend Classic Toyota enough! I was directed to their dealership after looking at a Jeep from Classic CDJR and being interested in a Tacoma as well.Upon arrival, I was introduced to John Holschuh, who was immediately kind and courteous. He showed me a 2023 TRD Off Road they had on the lot to give me an idea of the vehicle. I ended up absolutely loving the truck but wanted some time to go over it and take my time on things. John did not rush me into anything and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to think things over and make a handful of phone calls. This is a complete 180 from my experience with other dealership families on the west side of Cleveland.I left out of the dealership as a very happy customer, and I have not stopped telling my friends about what a great experience I had. It is a 45+ minute drive for me, however they ve built a return customer, and that drive will always be worth it to me. I ve only fallen more in love with the truck since Saturday.I want to also shout out AJ Kelly, Jennifer Skrtic, and Jason Novak for their assistance and patience throughout my entire experience within the Classic dealership family.

I was able to get 14 years out of my Toyota Matrix that I purchased at Classic in Mentor! It was time to purchase a new car and I knew exactly where to go!!They have kept up with the same friendly, helpful service and treatment of customers. It says a lot when you recognize the same people still employed!! It's rare to see that employee loyalty in these times.Alex was very passionate and helpful, and I highly recommend him!! He went the extra mile in letting me know the status on the car's arrival and answered any concerns and questions...it sure helps that we text these days instead of leaving a message and playing phone tag! Thanks, Alex!!I'm replying to the reply I just got from Classic!! Yes!! I still have my original letter from 14 years ago from Classic Toyota welcoming me to the Classic Toyota family ... Just invite my husband and I to your family reunions because he also got your car from there and still has it!

I just bought a used Subaru from Classic Toyota. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From my salesman, Alex, to the finance manager, Rick, to the general manager...top notch. I drove an hour to get there, and the service I received was absolutely worth the drive. Thanks, guys!Update: I had some mechanical issues with the vehicle, and the GM, Dave Alicea, honored my limited warranty with no hassles, even though I took it to a Subaru dealership to have it fixed. This dealership is a breath of fresh air compared to others I've dealt with in the past.

Working with Brandon Vaughan was an absolute pleasure! Brandon is extremely thorough and most of all patient. I never felt pressured to make a decision, I even took a few days to think about my decision especially since this was my first brand new car. Most importantly he is a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. The best part Brandon stayed in touch with me the entire time, found the vehicle with the exact interior/exterior colors I was looking for, which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Brandon Vaughan if you are considering buying a new or previously owned vehicle.

Phillip M. and Alex A. were awesome. Gave me updates on every step during the delivery process. Very detailed walkthrough on functions of car and answered all questions on delivery day. Also followed up after the sale is done. Transparent, no game playing. Definitely the best and easiest car buying experience I ve had. I don t think I have ever had such a great experience trying to buying a car as I did at Classic Toyota of Mentor. Everyone was so courteous, helpful and friendly. They will literally make you feel like family. The manager (Dave), the salesperson (Ryan), and the finance lady (who sadly I forgot her name) were the most professional yet at the same time laidback people, which gave me a sense of peace and trust. I couldn t be any happier with Classic Toyota of Mentor and all it s employees.

I had the best car buying experience while working with Lissandra recently. I came in near the end of the work day on a Friday but she stayed focused on making sure all my questions were addressed and that I didn t feel rushed going through the car buying process. Ive never felt better about my decision to get into a new car and I m loving my new Tundra.

bought car here and i purchased the extended free oil changes after 2 years. two years happens and they tell me i don t have i have the extended regular warranty. also every time you bring car to service they say they will wash it and never doupdated review someone reached out to me to fix the problem. will update fully again when resolved

No issues with the service desk. They are always receptive and helpful. However, less than a week after a tire rotation, one lug nut was completely off in my garage and several others were loose. Can t say I am able to trust this dealer for service checks going forward after a mistake like that was made.

Classic Toyota Service on our 06 Prius, once again exceptional. 01 Land Cruiser just serviced, too. A few months ago, we acquired our new 23 Crown (that s simply amazing!). All such wonderful & reliable vehicles all in great shape & dependable due to well-built Toyota vehicles and relying on continuing Toyota maintenance. Sure we wish costs weren t as high as they are, but we are believers in you get what you pay for. Well done, Toyota & Classic Cars, Mentor, OH!

They were pleasant to work with at first, but after having to take my car in (under warranty) multiple times, it feels though the customer service is slipping away i had to have my car towed in 2 weeks ago and ive still been waiting without so much as an update. The first 2 days they had my vehicle THEY LOST IT, thats right i called and they couldn t find the car.. then after finding it, they replaced the battery (didn t ask for that) i took it in for a starter issue. Then when i called they told me they replaced the battery -$300 and the problem was the starter i know i told them that to begin with.. that would be another $800 gor a starter? Yikes. Well they already have the car so fine. Im now $1200 deep into this fix and 2 weeks and still haven t received so much as a call.. on top of it all nothing is under warranty anymore because they had to replace the engine already and that maxes out my warranty interesting because i still haven t reached my 3 years or 30k miles not very happy. Definitely feels like they were so customer friendly at first to get you locked in, then once you actually beed them they start careless probably won t be buying anymore cars from here..
