Went in to get tires rotated and an oil change. The tire rotation was never completed although they lied and said it had been done. The tires were marked and never touched. Then came home and oil leaking all over my driveway. They said bring it in to fix it. Now my car is vibrating like crazy and making a loud rattling noise up front. Went to a different Honda dealer. These people that work there are complete idiots and have no idea how to do simple maintenance on a vehicle. I will never be back. I bought 3 cars in the last 5 years from them and the sales people are wonderful. But the service department really sucks.

Simply put the Classic Hyundai team is second to none. I have purchased several vehicles from them and each time the process is honest and extremely professional. They are always prepared to make the transactions quick and easy, answering all my questions with my best interests at the core. Norvell Todd, the GM is amazing to work with as are his team. Nick, John, Chris and others. When I go to other Hyundai dealers to compare pricing they are always higher, that's a fact. Literally the fastest car purchase ever! Mike was so great with knowledge and attention to detail with the vehicle I liked online. After the test drive, it was smooth sailing. My favorite part in the process was how family friendly this location is. Mike was extremely nice to my kids and took the time to include them in the purchase. Definitely a memory they will remember!

Hello fellow Hyundai lovers,I recently bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Classic Hyundai and I must say, I am in love with my car. It has all the latest features, great performance, and a sleek design. However, there is one issue that is really getting on my nerves - I still do not have my memorandum title. And let me tell you, it is frustrating.Let me give you a bit of background. I bought my car from Classic Hyundai and everything went smoothly. The saleswoman was friendly, the process was efficient, and I drove off the lot with a big smile on my face. However, my happiness quickly turned into confusion and bewilderment when I realized that I still did not have my memorandum title.To add to my annoyance, the temporary tags that were put on my car are set to expire in just 6 days. I have left multiple messages with the receptionist, who assured me that someone would call me back. Well, it has been a week and I have heard nothing. I even sent a text message to the saleswoman, but she seems to have disappeared into thin air. It's like a game of hide and seek and I am not having any fun.Now, I am not one to point fingers, but I really need someone at Classic Hyundai to step up and take responsibility. I cannot drive my car once the tags expire and I am sure you can understand my frustration. I do not appreciate playing detective to track down my memorandum title. Can we please fix this like ASAP? I do not want to be charged a fee for late registration which is not due to my neglect.In all seriousness, I am a loyal customer of Classic Hyundai and I chose your dealership for a reason. I expected a smooth and hassle-free buying experience, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I understand that things happen and there may have been some miscommunication or delay. But as a customer, I deserve to be informed and updated on the status of my title.So, to all the employees at Classic Hyundai, can we please work together to get this sorted out? I just want my memorandum title so that I can enjoy my awesome new car without any worries. I had been contacting other dealer to possible trade my 2019 ioniq. I received a flyer that says we have a customer looking for an ioniq. We will pay you "WELL ABOVE MARKET VALUE". I called and was told they do not have a customer looking for an ioniq and would pay above trade in value. Not close to market value.This is 100% false advertisement. Probably outright fraud.

David C. and Eric L. are great! David is professional, knowledgeable, explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. He wasn t forceful, he allowed me to make my own decisions and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. In 2020 my husband and I purchased a Santa Fe from Classic Hyundai. Our salesperson was Mike Lentine. When we decided to replace our 2007 Entourage we had been so pleased with our experience with Classic Hyundai that we decided to return there to check out their Palisades. Coincidentally, we received a note from Mike celebrating the anniversary of our Santa Fe purchase. Once again, Mike was wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions, accompanied us on a long test drive, made the purchase process as painless as possible, and upon delivery, spent as long as we needed going over all the bells and whistles the Palisade has, making sure we were comfortable with the car and reminding us that we could always call him if there were further questions. We were also pleased with our dealing with the finance manager, Eric Lynch. I would highly recommend Classic Hyundai and in particular, salesperson Mike Lentine.

I'm a little late getting to this review but my satisfaction with my vehicle purchase from Classic Hyundai has lasted all this time. I went to purchase a 2018 Hyundai Sonata on January 26th, 2024 (my birthday) from Michelle Katic who I had been in correspondence with through email. From the first email I sent her, Michelle was responsive, attentive, and searched for a vehicle that met my specific needs. She was honest and fair in her selection as if I was her own family. I have been recommending her and the Classic Auto group to anyone I know who is looking for a new or different vehicle because of my satisfaction with the service and respect I received. Even filling out paperwork and going over financial details was made simple and pleasant thanks to Nick Vaiden. He was concise and knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer every question I had along the way. I added the service contract to my vehicle despite my reluctance because Nick personally assured that it was worth every penny and gave me his business card to contact him should any issues arise. This is the quality that everyone hopes for but few experience when shopping for a new vehicle or any purchase at that. I love my car and look forward to driving it every day. When the time comes, I'll be back to the Classic Auto Group to see Michelle and Nick again.

I bought a 2015 Honda CRV. They didn t ask about my pre approval and ran my credit before asking. The car needed a new starter, battery and tires. When I had trouble starting it on the lot. The salesman said I was doing it wrong and that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. He even showed me their inspection report. Well after replacing all three things because Honda itself had problems with the car. I realized I had been deceived. So I wouldn t recommend this place. I didn t receive a discount for purchasing a vehicle that needed repairs. This is after I called in about a Toyota Camry and confirmed it was there. Just to arrive and they were unaware it was sold.

Took my 2014 hyundai santa fe in for 2 recalls. Anti theft and underbody corrosion prevention. During the recall service the technician broke the part that secures my spare tire underneath my vehicle. Hyundai and the dealership refused to cover the part their technician broke. They expected me the consumer to pay for the part which is $800 that their technician broke during their recall on their vehicles. I filed a formal complaint with hyundai and the Attorney General! I refuse to pay for a part that I did not break. I have spread the word to friends, family, and social media. Hyundai does not care about their customers. We will never buy another hyundai again with how we were treated.

I recently bought an Ioniq 5 from Classic Hyundai. This is how the entire car buying process went:Mar 24 - I found the inventory on the Hyundai website and contacted the dealershipMar 25 - I got the email from the dealership and I called to inquire about the priceMar 26 - I spoke with David who was very professional and very friendly. I was happy with the rates (there were no markups over MSRP) instead had to take 2 packages. I paid the token advance to reserve the vehicle which was reaching the dealership on Apr 11th.Apr 6 & 7th - I got a call from David mentioning that they are expecting the vehicle on 08th instead of 11th. After negotiating on the rate and discounts they ran a credit check and got me approved.Apr 8 - David got back to me on 8th apologizing for the delay as the vehicle reached the dealership only on 9th. I decided to pick the vehicle on Apr 15th.Apr 15 - I traveled from Columbus to Cleveland to pick the vehicle. David himself was courteous enough to pick me up from Cleveland downtown.David is someone I would recommend anyone who is in the market looking to buy a car from Classic Hyundai to approach. Infact the entire staff at the dealership were so friendly with smiling faces all around. David was so patient till I called my insurance company to get my car added and he never rushed me up at any stage and he was constantly answering all my questions till his EOD. I cannot thank him enough for all his patience and dedication. It was truly remarkable.Eric was also so patient, friendly and he waited till I finished my call with the insurance company and later walked me through the Finance options, explaining me about the additional extended warranties available and never ever tried to upsell anything unlike other dealerships. He even provided me with option to choose the extended warranty within 30 days if I changed mind and that too only upon my request. Thank you for your help.I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Classic Hyundai and the entire team are the best that I have ever worked with. Keep up the good work. Their new service center and waiting area are really pretty nice. Extremely comfortable if you need to wait for your vehicle. And the people are really quite friendly. That said, I do have one complaint.It takes roughly a month to schedule routine maintenance. This is borderline insane. I need an oil change? No problem. There's availability in a scant 26 days.Cool. I will only go over-mileage by about 1000. Just what I want to do with a new vehicle I paid a small fortune for.

There simply isn t a price on working with someone you know and trust. In these crazy times Andrew C. is a breath of fresh air. Kind, patient, and straightforward with just the right amount of humor to get you through - I can t recommend seeing him at Classic Hyundai enough. I am THRILLED with my new Tucson and feel very good about the purchase. The experience at Classic was great from start to finish - the dealership is homey somehow - small and cozy with great vibes. Be careful on your next oil change here. the are now using full synthetic and they don't tell you until after it is done and they hand you a bill for twice the amount you were expecting!I'll be going elsewhere for my oil changes.
