My Ford Maverick was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled an appointment which I had to cancel. Josiah called me and asked why I had to cancel. I told him that the day that I scheduled wouldn't work for me. Then he offered me an at-home service. I was like cool. How much extra? He said no extra charge. So I got an oil change and a tire rotation at home!!! I couldn't believe it. The technician was amazing. It was so nice to be able to stay at home whole they did the service in my driveway. I am so pleased and will always use Classic Ford to service my Maverick.

I had some repair work I needed. Pricing was fair. The team was really nice. I had a very nice service agent, Ron, he was very good at listening and helping me out. Ford had the part in stock and I got my car back with holiday in the way pretty fast. I have been getting my other service done there and it might not be as fast as a commercial oil change place to turn in car and get back but they do a good job on the car. The porters are also very nice.

Extremely satisfied with the purchase of my new truck just about a year ago. It was just back to classic for service, and it was the best experience I have ever had with a service department ever. John was great, the techs were great, very happy that I chose classic Ford for my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing in the future from Classic.

UPDATE... I received a call from the manager and after our conversation, I feel he did a nice job at taking care of the customer and I was satisfied and felt the need to update my comment and score.Worst service ever when you have an emergency! I am a regular customer since moving to this side of town. Thurs evening, my 2021 vehicle wouldn't start and needed towed. No call from Steve in service all day on Friday. When I called he he said they didn't have time to look at it but would on Saturday. I call late afternoon 4:50pm on Saturday and was told everyone in service is gone but someone could reach out on Monday. My vehicle has been there for 48 hours with NO communication.Absolutely unacceptable.

Outstanding Service!! I would Recommend to anyone, who has or doesn t have a Ford. The Entire staff was pleasant and kind. Best Ford Dealership around:) I couldn t thank them enough. Amazing service from the time I walked into the time I walked out.Ps. Quick service as well

I had a fantastic experience at Classic Ford leasing a beautiful new Explorer that I absolutely love! Andrew was our salesman. He was super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. It was great working with him! Matt, the sales manager, was also extremely helpful and very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Excellent sales and service departments. Recently purchased a Ford Bronco. I am very happy with the vehicle so far. Just finished my first service visit. Recall parts came in after. They sent their Mobile service car out to my office to install the parts a few days later.

Todd at Classic Ford did a great job throughout the whole process of ordering a raptor. He was attentive and quick to respond to all emails. No pushy sales tactics and after a couple months and the truck was on the dealer lot they honored the original price we agreed upon even though many dealerships are selling them for higher then MSRP. From sales to Finance the process was smooth and honest, I would recommend Classic Ford Mentor to anyone looking for a exceptional car buying experience.

I had my car broken into by someone breaking the rear passenger door's window. It took one day short of three weeks to get this fixed, due to a delay in getting parts to repair the damage done.

We just leased a 2021 Ford Explorer Hybrid from Classic Ford in Me for, Ohio. We have bought several other cars from Classic, but this by far was the best experience. Scott Kidd and Todd Hagedorn were absolutely amazing. With there being very few cars out there, they went above and beyond to get me the exact car I was looking for. They found me a car that was 3 1/2 hours away and had to send someone to get it during some stormy weather. They wanted to make sure that I got the exact car I wanted. Everything went so smoothly and we are so excited to have our new car!! Thank you Scott and Todd!! We definitely will be back when our lease is up!! I truly recommend Classic Ford to anyone looking for a car!! Go see Scott and Todd!!

When every other dealership was adding the ridiculous surcharge market adjustment they did not. When I had a few issues,they responded and took care of my concerns quickly. I have had multiple normal services on my Maverick, service was outstanding

Paul facilitated an extremely professional sales experience. To say that Paul provided a fair and equitable offer and trade in to a new showroom F-150 Lariat would be an understatement. His knowledge of Ford trucks in these current times of challenge was well placed and helpful in making a decision to purchase a new vehicle. Paul respected me as a valued customer with a no pressure top notch fact focused sales experience. I highly recommend Paul and Classic Ford Mentor for anyone in the current market for a new vehicle.

I bought a 2015 mustang gt used with 14k miles and did not realize how bad the first owner or someone beat on the car before I bought it should have brought it there before I bought it would have saved me a lot of money and headaches in the future but I put a clutch in it thinking that was the only thing and there s metal shaving in the trans but the staff there is really nice and helpful sucks that I was there for issues but they helped me a lot through this.

I have bought quite a few vehicles over the course of my seventy-five years, but my recent purchase from Classic Ford was the best experience ever. My husband and I found a low mileage 2020 Ford Edge SEL online at their Mentor dealership and called salesman Paul Gayhart to make sure the vehicle had not been sold since we were traveling almost two hours to look at it. When we pulled into the parking lot, he had the vehicle sitting right in front ready for us. His knowledge of the car really impressed me. I had a lot of questions since this Ford Edge was seven years newer than the one we were trading in. We had been to two other car dealers, and I had heard I ll have to look that up several times, but Paul was very familiar with every aspect of this vehicle. His friendly jovial personality was a plus. After an initial test drive, we got down to business. Classic Ford gave us the trade in amount we had been hoping for. Paul completed the necessary paperwork, and we made plans to pick up the vehicle two days later. When we arrived, our new to us Ford Edge was all shined up, sitting out front complete with a full tank of gas. Paul had completed all the necessary paperwork in advance, so all we had to wait on was a call from our insurance company to confirm a few details. Paul also explained that we have a fourteen day money back guarantee on the vehicle if we are not completely satisfied. My husband and I drove away in our beautiful new purchase, definitely very satisfied, not only with the car, but also with salesman Paul Gayhart and all the staff at Classic Ford of Mentor.

Car dealerships and mechanics often get such a bad reputation so I wanted to make sure you all knew about my very positive and pleasant experience I had when I brought my escape in to this dealership. First of all, the people in the service department were pleasant and welcoming. I met with Ron who was patient and clear in what I should expect as far as length of time they would need the car to look it over and provide a recommendation and also quoted a reasonable cost for the repair. Staying true to his word, Ron got back to me sooner than I thought and explained thoroughly what the mechanics did to assess my vehicle and the recommendations for any repairs. When I went to pick up my car, Ron greeted me and asked again if I had any questions. He then made sure my car was warmed up and the seat warmers were on. Walked me to my car, opened the door and wished me a very Merry Christmas. With customer service deteriorating rapidly, Ron and the Ford staff reminded me what exceptional service is. I left feeling happy and taken care of. This level of service is consistent with my previous visits to this dealership and I highly recommend you buy and have your vehicles serviced here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ron and the entire Ford family in mentor for making my day complete! God bless!

On my Thanksgiving drive from Colorado to New York, the check engine light on my Econoline 250 started flashing on the freeway leaving Cleveland. Before I could even hit an exit, I saw a billboard for all the Classic dealerships straight ahead in Mentor. I headed right there. Service was indoors. I was greeted and directed right away. Explaining my situation, my van was quickly triaged, placed in the queue and the offending coil replaced, all in under two hours! As a former Ford Division marketing employee in Dearborn, it was pretty special to see the promise and capability of a member of Ford s dealer network in action. I was kept updated, the repair price was great and my van and I were quickly back on the road. Special thanks to Olivia, Tom and Steven for turning a horrible situation into a great experience. I am impressed and grateful.

Classic Ford was great! They were super flexible in working with me and did a quality job on a major engine repair. My Cam Phasers were shot on my 2016 F-150, so they had to do a complete timing job on my engine which is a huge job. Grateful that they provided a loaner vehicle to me while I waited for the repair to be completed for a week. Truck is now running great, would come back to them again for any other major repairs that I need.

I see a lot of positive reviews here and honestly I am not the type of person who writes reviews, maybe once every 3 yrs in total. I have to say every experience taking my truck in for service has been a nightmare . Earlier this year it took bringing my truck in 4 times for them to figure out what was wrong. In the end they fixed it but with renting a truck and cost of repairs each time added up to be near $8k. I took my truck in yesterday and my appointment was for 7:30 am. Called mid day to ask on progress and they told me they didn't look at it yet. And may not get to it at all. I made this appointment 3 wks ago. It has been the single most worse customer service I've experienced in decades.

Just bought a Civic from Jake, and I couldn t say enough good things about him and the Classic Ford team. The buying process was simple, and they were accommodating. On top of that, before driving off Jake noticed that my tire pressure was low and drove it into the service center to fix it, and asked me to call him if it was low the next day. As small as it was, it meant a lot that he was willing to do that, and made me even more confident in my purchase. Thanks guys.

I can t recommend Todd Hagedorn highly enough. He went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle we purchased was the right one for us. When you stop in at Classic Ford, ask for Todd. You ll be glad you did! The only issue we had was the vehicle could ve been cleaner upon delivery.

From the beginning, the team at Classic Ford was super respectful. Vince Iaboni, Eric Ashmore, and Justin Gordon worked with my situation and brought it to the best possible outcome. Could not recommend these gentlemen or Classic Ford Mentor any higher. Love my truck and will definitely purchase another vehicle at this dealership.
