After traveling from Michigan, I recently had the pleasure of coming to view and purchase a car from Classic Chevrolet, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This is my first time at Classic Chevy. I was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at my scheduled service time. It was busy, but quite organized. Check in went fast and smooth. I waited in the customer lounge which was clean and had great wifi which allowed me to work and made the hour and a half go quickly. The experience was great. I will return for future services and would recommend Classic Chevy.

Sterling Frye is the best salesman! Out of all the cars I ve bought, this has been the smoothest transaction yet. We were in and out in only a couple hours. He had everything prepared and ready to go when we walked in the door. Sterling was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, and on top of that just very professional. The whole atmosphere of Classic Chevrolet in Mentor was phenomenal. Highly recommend him, and the dealership, to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! They take great care of you.

Dan Kro is the best salesman I have ever worked with. I had a rough experience overall with my previous car (not from Chevy), and Dan and the rest of the staff at Classic Chevy truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a remarkably smooth and stress free transition with my new vehicle purchase. The outstanding service provided is the reason why Classic Chevy is the ONLY dealership I will ever recommend to anybody. I am thrilled to be out of my previous vehicle, and back at Chevy, with good people, who value their clients! It is very hard these days to truly find a good car dealership with good people, so I feel the fact they provide such exceptional customer service is not something to be taken lightly! An oil change, tire rotation and service checkpoints on our 2018 Buick was done in a timely manner. We arrived at our 10am. appointment and our vehicle was complete, washed and dried by 11:45 They did give us a 1 1/2 hour time line so, we shuttled a ride to a shopping plaza nearby. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I purchased the service plan when I bought the used vehicle so there weren't any surprise charges. We are very happy with Classic of Mentor and our salesman Brandon is the best!!!

I had an appointment this morning. I dropped my vehicle off before 8am. I called to get an update after 1pm and was told my car had not been worked on yet. There was a bigger job the tech was working on. I don't have all day. That's why I made an appointment. My advisor should've updated me instead of me reaching out because I hadn't heard anything. I could've made other arrangements. That would've been great customer service!

When I arrived they covered work do be done and cost.They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome.I had ordered engine and main cabin filters and when they finished up they said I did not need filters. Great when you have service and let you know what is need and not.

Had 100K mile service done for my 2018 Volt, plus a recall repair. Appreciated excellent greeting from Angelo and initial discussion and price and time estimate with service coordinator. In.itial estimate said the repair would take two work days, turns out due to parts that the repair took five days. Work was done well. I liked the video summary of the repairs by the technician. The price matched the estimate. The only problem was obtaining information while waiting for parts. The coordinators were not able to obtain information easily from the parts department regarding scheduled arrival of the required parts.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I visited a different dealership first (closer to home) and I had to beg someone to help me, their loss. Classic made the buying process very easy and spent time with me to review the features of the vehicle and help me setup my phone with the car. I would definitely recommend then.

Excellent customer service! Video updates, phone updates daily, smiling faces, courtesy car knowing they would have my vehicle more than one day and warranties on their work. Classic dealership have standards and ethics and exceed them!

Very poor experience overall- stay away. Whoever the manager is clearly needs some education on platinum trim trade ins. Offensively low offer only for them to turn around and want to leave because it was 7pm. Don t waste your time- go elsewhere!

My experience was very mixed...worked with a sales rep via email /phone for several days but the moment I walked into the dealer, I was passed onto some one else. I test drove the suv and it felt out of alignment so I brought it up to the new sales person and there was no response...I didnt push it because im not a mechanic and I wasn't certain so I went forward with the purchase. Sure enough after driving the car for several weeks and fighting the steering wheel constantly, I decided to take it to a Lexus dealership to have it checked. Sure enough the suv was out of alignment and cost me $175 to repair. I should have pressed it initially but did not unfortunately. The redflag went up when the sales person told me they replaced just one tire on the truck before it was sold...another tell that it could be out of alignment which Im sure they realized but sold me the suv out of alignment anyways. Im sure there have been good experiences at Classic Chevy but I would suggest being careful and do your due diligence.

I had Lissandra as the saleswoman she made the experience awesome. From the time of purchase to the time of taking the Traverse home was easy, paperwork was quick & easy. She went above and beyond on making sure I was happy with my purchase. Answered all questions even kept communicating on the update of the Traverse. I really just can't believe how understanding, patient, and generous these people are. I broke my key and I was going through a really hard time. Niko and the team working that day gave me my key for free and made me feel so much better. Not only do they care about the company but they care about the customers as well, which is so rare and amazing.

The wait time is too long for an oil change.. 1hour and 45 mins went by.. I had to go check status at that point they tell me it s about done. It takes another 15 minutes to check out.. the cashier is too busy doing multiple jobs. 2 hrs 5 minutes for a routine oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. They should be giving loaner cars for customers.

I ve never experienced more unprofessionalism while trying to purchase a car than I did here. I was speaking with Chase over the phone about looking at some options and talking numbers. I was never told while doing that, that he would run my credit SEVEN TIMES and never verifying with that he was doing so many. I decided to speak with a branch manager, his name was Christopher. This gentleman was so rude over the phone and made me seem like an idiot and tried to tell me that they send all offers to each bank all at once. So that s why I got SEVEN credit checks. And your snarky remark of well we were TRYING to get you in a car was where you lost all respect from me. This isn t my first car and I would have even been fine with my credit being pulled that many times IF I hadn t been treated so bad. As a manager Christopher should be ASHAMED to treat customers like that over the phone. Learn some class and customer service sir.

I purchased my first vehicle, Avalanche, here in 2003. I just completed my purchase of a new truck. Th Salesman (Sam) was cordial, knowledgeable and focused on my interest.. no high pressure selling! He worked with me and dealership personnel and we settled in a very reasonable price. Likewise, the finance executive was straightforward, looking after my interest . No pressure to purchase extras, but thoroughly explained the benefits and the decision was mine. Classic is in the customer business!

Always happy about the way my Trax runs after a full-service oil change from my Mentor Classic Chevy Service appointment. Although there was a little sticker shock when I went to pay, my bill was about 20.00 higher. (labor went up...not the price of oil).
