Store #4475I m beyond disappointed in the service from this store. I went into the store for battery testing and replacement if need be. The employee that helped me rolled her eyes and sighed when asked for the test, once we were outside I was told it was not my battery at all but my alternator. Which, she turned to me, smiled and said that s worse, just so you know. Now, I had already been to a Valvoline prior where I had my battery tested and it was previously testing low; I knew my battery was on the verge of going, so I knew something was wrong. After going back inside I was given a handwritten, personal number for a local mechanic who would replace my alternator for $800. I decided to get a second opinion and found out I was originally correct, my battery went and my alternator is fine. I had my battery replaced and since then, have had no issue driving or starting my car. Either your employee who assisted me, doesn t know what she is going and needs retrained; or she was lazy and did not want to replace the battery in the cold. Either answer is completly unacceptable. Do better, be better and don t scam your customers please.

Don was super helpful, gave me a free battery test, and was sure to give me all the info I needed in writing to bring back to my mechanic. These guys are awesome.

THANK YOU TO THE TWO (older) GUYS THAT HELPED ME.. YOU BOTH WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME WITH MY WIPERS AND ENGINE LIGHT. Also PUT A NEW GAS CAP ON. NEITHER MADE ME FEEL BAD FOR NOT KNOWING.. THANK YOU. SORRY NOT SURE OF THEIR NAMES.

Needed my battery checked. Staff was friendly and quick about testing it. They gave me all options on new batteries then installed the one I selected. In and out in 20 minutes! Great place, knowledgeable, friendly people.

Scott really helped me out. He tried his best to fix my key fob, changed my windshield wipers, and even swapped out my blinker light. I couldn t ask for better assistance from such a kind person. Thanks again!

I was traveling with my kids and have close to 0 knowledge about cars. RJ and another employee helped me with replacing my headlights and breaklights and also deactivating my car alarm, that the kids activated because my key fab wasn't working. They were very fast, friendly and efficient to help me get back on the road safe.

The reasonably priced car batteries are not on the sales floor. Check online first. I was asked if I wanted a battery with a 3 or 5 year warranty for $159- $209. The $79 exact fit battery was kept in the back. Bought that and it worked great. I'm giving 3 stars because my young salesman made me feel like I was putting him out to take care of me.

This is the first time I've had a negative experience at this location. An older Gentleman named Tony was helping me find a headlight. I told him I only wanted one and pulled up the type of light I had bought from them last time and he acted as if the whole ordeal was an inconvenience. Every other guy in there was nice to me but apparently I was the thorn in his side for having questions about my headlight. I didn't talk much. I didn't want to buy more that one at the moment because I couldn't afford it. And it seemed to be too much.Not a huge fan of this visit. Will be getting my headlights off of Amazon this time.

Went to auto zone for a bulb for my tail lamp. You tube looked pretty simple to install however I didn t have to worry about that. Sales associate came right out to my car in very cold temperatures and replaced the bulb. Even after telling him he didn t need to several times. So thankful for this service. I would never expect someone that s selling me an auto part to actual fix me car. Wonderful service.

Worst customer service ever!! Bought new wiper blades and after Three days they started streaking! Went back and told the manager what happened and he said I need a recipe! I told him the guy that sold me the wiper blades said I didn t need one, it was in the computer. NOT the case! My car parts will be purchased at O Riley from now on moving forward!!

I was very happy with the service I received at Auto Zone. The two men working were a great help finding and delivering the correct part needed to fix my car. Don was one of the guys that assisted me. I appreciated the friendly greeting when entering the store and promptness of service. I definely will use this store location again. Thank you!

Scott and Andrew went above and beyond when my alternator went bad while visiting family in the area. First, checking to be sure it was the alternator. Then, picking up the part from another store that actually had it in stock. They also found me a tow truck company and a mechanic that was open on Sunday - crucial because I had to depart for Cincinnati in the afternoon. Thanks, guys!

My daughter texted me pictures of things she wanted from AutoZone for her birthday. I held up the phone and Frank was VERY HELPFUL taking me to the items. I made my purchase, used a coupon, and was on my way in no time.Everything should be this easy.

I had am amazing experience when I went into AutoZone today. Jay was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and very helpful with assisting me with getting my brake lights fixed. Although this is a far drive for me, due to the service I experienced, I will forever be a customer at this store. Thank you Jay!!!!!

Most new counter persons are clueless as to what part a customer is looking for. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I resent listening to some Mexican voice talking to me in a foreign language and repeating every 25 seconds in a language I do not speak. Do not cater to these non-english speaking people. All recordings should be in ENGLISH , This is AMERICA , we speak ENGLISH here! I will NOT ever use Auto Zone for anything. Feel free to contact me. ( in English only ).

So far I have been here 2 times and the guys at the counter have been very helpful, nice and pleasant! They have had the parts we needed and were eager to help! Always checked to make sure the old part was exactly what we needed with the new part!

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received at this Autozone. I had recently purchased a set of Bosch Snowdriver wiper blades for my car, and while driving home from the Thanksgiving feast my driver s side blade popped off and went sailing behind my car, never to be seen again. I went back to the store a few days later and explained the situation and asked for any advice since I had no clue why this had happened (for the second time, I might add). We all agreed that the arm hook may need a little plier love to ensure the blade doesn t snap loose again, so I grabbed my new wiper blade and proceeded to checkout. Without a second thought, these unsung heroes handed the blade back to me and said This one s on the house! I was floored. They grabbed a pair of pliers and followed me to my car where they deftly installed my new wiper blade while I moved the passenger side blade back to its rightful arm. All this with a hearty happy holidays and a smiling customer sent on his way, worry free of losing another wiper blade. They didn t even know it was my birthday, but their kindness was one of the best presents I received all day! Thanks fellas!
