Love this place.I took my 2019 Q5 in because the light on my dash indicated a drop in pressure in a front tire. I also needed new batteries for my remote, which Patrick replaced as I was explaining it to him! It took him about 5 seconds.I had no appointment; I just walked in for an assessment. My tires were bald and needed to be replaced. I agreed to the work, as I travel a lot and need to make sure my car is safe.Patrick immediately secured a loaner Q5 and said the work would be done by 4:00, which was about 3 hours from the time I arrived at the dealer.I went to play 9 holes of golf, and my car was ready before I finished the round!Fast, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, the staff is always wonderful!I ll will not go anywhere else for Audi service!

Patrick is always professional, respectful and polite. When I arrive for my appointment, he knows my name and has everything organized and ready. He make sure I understand the service request that I have in and gives me the update on what service was completedI m notified of all the information relating to my service and when my car is ready. The car is always clean and washed for me. That s a nice gesture for customers.Everyone on the service team treats me with respect and are professional.This is one of the reasons I chose Audi again!

I was well overdue for service, with travel coming up and Pat managed to work out a slot and a loaner car for me. Updates on the work are always prompt and thorough and my car was done well before I expected. The team in the Service Department at Audi of Mentor is top-notch: courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel confident into car s inspection and the work they do. Thank you for making the dealership experience so positive!

I am well pleased with services I have received from the purchase, service agreement and warranty. An accident brought me back sooner than I would have liked. But the service department took good care of me and my car . They understood my urgency. My repair was resolved quickly. I left feeling like I was driving out with a new car again.

Easy scheduling, efficient intake process and timely service. My car was returned cleaned and sparkling. Their excellent service is well deserved. Mitch, one of the senior sale staff came over and caught up. A little thing perhaps, but rounded out a superior experience.

I went here for an oil change for my Audi. I had been a customer at another certified Audi service shop that just never could get it right, whether it was customer service, fixing sensor issues, parts.. you name it, everything always snowballed into another issue.I gave these guys a shot and cannot rave enough about the quality of service I received. You are in the loop from start to finish and I could immediately tell they were just on a different level than what I had previously experienced. I am just so impressed and happy I will continue coming here to get my Audi serviced. Thank you!

I ve taken my Audi TT to Mentor Audi Service four times now, and each experience has been great. Pat, one of the service managers, has been very helpful and transparent about the requested/required service and has never tried to upsell or push anything which was not requested.A nice touch is that I always pick up my vehicle cleaner than how I left it, which shows the team s commitment to great service.

Usually take my Audi to an independent shop but got to a point with an issue that they said to take it to the dealership and thought to try the mentor one. The service was great and fixed the difficult issue. However, I verbally told them I just wanted a diagnosis and then once I heard their plan, I would let them fix it (bc I wanted to see if they would come up with something different from my other shop). Bc I thought it d be a one day thing, I did not get a loaner. Long story short, they worked on my car w/o telling me until after starting and were not communicative with the process to where I didn t have a car for 2 days and every time they would promise a time for it to be done, it would come and go with not even a phone call. They did great work but customer service and transparency was lackingUPDATE: I was willing to let it go and maybe use them in the future since they fixed my issue. The GM reached out and asked for my info to get in touch with me. I emailed him immediately. No response. Fits with my experience there. Lowing rating 1 star for another promise broken

Everyone is beyond friendly and helpful. I did not purchase my car from them because they didn t have the car I originally wanted so I purchased from Audi of Bedford and had a horrible experience with a few people and trust factor went out the window. The first time I bought my car to Audi of mentor, Dale took his time explaining the car to me. Even got in the passenger side and we took it for a ride so he could explain my car in detail so I didn t think my car was broken . This was my first luxury car and coming from lemons, every noise I heard, I thought it needed service. Dale was so kind and patient. When Bedford told me I needed xyz done, Dale assured me I didn t. It s been 4 yrs and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. I absolutely love Dale, Pat and newly Dave. Three gems!! No anxiety, feeling ripped off, hassled or pressured. Always a great experience.

We have used Audi mentor service center for several years now and I continue to recommend them to friends and family who are looking for fair and honest service for their vehicles. Our family has an an excellent experience with Pat Schudel, who always makes the process simple and straight forward. The payment and signature process online makes pickup easy and the receipt always includes your brake and tire report so you know when you re getting close to a replacement on either. From the moment you drive in, to waiting for your vehicle, to viewing the video the service person performs on your vehicle, you're greeted with a very warm welcome and a sincere fond farewell till next time. Can't share enough how attentive Patrick Schudel is, he's just the best at all of it.

As a new Audi owner that was my first experience with the service department and it exceeded my expectations. Scheduling the appointment was easy, had a nice loaner car and my vehicle was ready sooner than I anticipated. I am actually looking forward to my next service appointment.

They always treat me great. I could go get my oil changed at a 5 minute spot, cheaper and quick but Mentor Audi makes me feel that I m being well taken care of and my car will be too

I took my car to Audi of mentor got an oil change and diagnostic done everyone was friendly this is my third time taking my car to them I also had a thermostat and tension replaced every time they ve serviced my car I ve been pleased

Audi Mentor service department is great. Had my all-season tires installed on my SQ5, waiting at the dealership.Very well appointed customer area, charging stations, and lots of freebies for those that skipped breakfast.Car completed in about 2-hours, I requested no wash because I had just waxed my car.Last time I had tires installed, on a previous vehicle at a named-brand tire distributor, the clowns scratched up a rim on the remount.My car was pristine from Audi Mentor!Big difference in a good service department.Thanks!!JeffMacedonia OHServices: Tires, Wheel alignment
