Shawn was welcoming from the moment I arrived and guided me through the entire car buying process. We called the dealership and spoke to David Schulz. We drove up from Poland, Ohio which is a 90 minute drive. We were greeted outside by David. We were very impressed with him. He showed us the A5 convertible and then took it for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about this car. He was very friendly, no pressure, and assisted us in closing the deal. We were very happy. He delivered the car to our home the next day. We are extremely happy with the entire process. We highly recommend David Schulz! **

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years of purchasing cars. David Schulz was an amazing representative. He was never selling the car, just providing as much information as he could in all formats possible. He was patient, thorough, kind and informative. I never felt an ounce of pressure from him or any of the Audi Mentor Team. I was only buying a used car! Mentor Audi is terrific! I ve been using the service dept for over 5 years and can not say enough good about Pat and Dale. I find them honest, trustworthy and they always treat me with dignity, no matter what crazy sounds I say my car may be making. It is definitely because of them that I recently purchased a car from Jeff in sales, who was a pleasure to work with. And the cherry atop this car sundae is Jaren, the Audi rep they sent to my house to program my garage door opener and show me how to get the most out of my new car! I had purchased a car for myself earlier in the week at a different dealer, and needed to purchase my son a car. Mentor Audi and David Schulz were so much easier to work with. Purchasing my son s car took less than 1/2 the time it took to purchase my vehicle from a different dealer. Really an easy experience.

Just leased a Q8 Sportback e-tron. Had the pleasure to speak to product specialist Jaren. Had questions on vehicle, suggested it would be easier if he came to my home to provide tutorial.Hour later arrived, went over all of my questions in detail. This gentleman was kind considerate and most importantly very knowledgeable. After this wonderful experience, Audi Mentor will be my go to dealership now and in the future!

If you want to be treated with respect for your time, money, and needs, I highly recommend Audi Mentor. Scott has taken care of us almost every time we have been in. From oil changes, to replacing the thermostat and water pump. Scott and Audi Mentor have done an excellent job with our vehicle. He calls with any updates that are discovered, and has all possible answer you may have ready at hand. I receive emails with a video walk through of my vehicle, even for simple things like an oil change.

My husband and I worked with David Schultz when purchasing our new 2024 Audi Allroad. It took us a couple weeks to decide on the purchase, and David was professional, calm, personable and proactive without being at all pushy. He knows his product well, and was helpful throughout the entire process, including the trade-in of my previous Allroad (also purchased at Audi Mentor!) A shout-out for Technology Specialist Jaren Hodgson. Jaren did a great job of re-setting my 2024 Audi Q-8 E-Tron app that had stopped working. He had it up and running primarily through a phone call, and offered to come to our house to complete the final steps that could only be done through the MMI in my car, which was much appreciated. Jaren was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He was eager to explain a number of additional tech questions we had, in understandable terms. I drove 50 miles from the far Westside to visit Audi Mentor on the recommendation of my Son, who is in the motor trade. I was interested in a A4 Allroad. Chris brought the car around for me to test drive. Liked the A4 immediately......... and we drove back to discuss a deal in detail. In the space of a few minutes the deal in principle was done and all that was left was for Mitch to find me an A4 in the color/trim I wanted. Chris sent the deal sheet; a little more discussion, an electronic link for the deposit from Mitch, and I have to wait patiently for delivery of my A4.I'm impressed with the no BS approach and the proactive customer service.

I found a used vehicle online and called Shawn to get some info, and from the first call I was greeted with amazing customer service. He answered all my question, sent me a full walk around video of the vehicle, and was prompt with all responses. I live an hour away, and he made the buying experience enjoyable and easy from the start. I came in to purchase the vehicle with my 2 daughters and starting from the receptionist that greeted us it was very welcoming. Shawn was a great salesman, and then I got to Patsy which answered all my finance questions, was straight forward, and friendly. They made my whole experience great, and I have worked in vehicle sales for quite a while so it was a breath of fresh air. Will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking! Thank you!

Summary of posts below: There are many updates posted below that describe my first, and last experience with Audi. From corporate Audi, to Audi Mentor, and Audi Sewickly, my experience with a CPO A5 has been terrible. So far, it has been the worst car I have owned, and with a few shining moments of help from Mentor Audi, the worst customer service I have experienced. I am sure noses will be snubbed at this comment, but I guess I will stick to Ford and Jeep. At least they don't claim to be a premium brand.BLUF: NEVER CPO and NEVER Mentor Audi!Bought a certified pre owned (CPO) A5 Cabriolet that was a decent price with the options I was looking for. I was out of state and trusted that a CPO would be in tip-top shape, especially from Audi. We drove 2.5 hours to get there, after transfering money to hold the car. Upon initial look of the car, the hood was horribly painted due to it being a lease turn in and they just quickly sprayed it to cover up blemishes. I called an auto body guy and got a quote for $650, still a good deal with the options I wanted and a CPO warranty... ok, let's test drive. On the test drive the car shook terribly. I then was informed it has sat for 9 months waiting on a recall part (air bag replacement). The shaking was from the tires sitting, in all fairness, the shaking did subside but never went away and still hasn't. I am now paying $650 to have the wheels straightened because they are bent. Unfortunately had to pay $300 to find this out. On top of all that, it had a bad rear wheel bearing, fixed under warranty but needed the 55k service at 45k (300 miles after the 45k service) because it was over the 12 month timeframe from sitting. I was told I had to do this in order to keep the warranty for 12 months. All-in-all I have $1000 plus into a CPO and Audi Mentor has essentially said "there is nothing we can do, sorry." Never trust a CPO, thinking it was throughly checked out, I will not be dealing with Mentor Audi again, but I do love the A5 and Sewickly Audi has taken my money, but they have done a great job with customer service and troubleshooting. They may have salvaged any hope of a continued relationship with Audi.UPDATE: After the post, I did receive a call from the used car manager, he listened to my issues and offered to take a look at the shop (2.5 hours away.) I did not take him up on the offer as I had someone fixing the wheels locally. He did offer to pay for half of the bill if I send the invoice to him, which I will. This is a nice gesture and does show good faith but still disappointed in why I am in this predicament (failed CPO inspection and not handled on first contact.) I will update if all works out.UPDATE 2: 12 May 19: The sales manager (Jeff) has been in touch with me trying to help make some things right. I do appreciate the customer service and attention in this matter. I am dissapointed in how some things transpired and wish my experience was better but in all fairness, Mentor Audi has responded and tried. I cannot change my rating to 5 stars and I strongly contemplated 4 but all-in-all, after some issues and attention I can recommend 3 stars. Thank you, Jeff for giving this issue your attention. JasonUPDATE 3: June 2019: Had the Audi in to Sewickly Audi to try an figure out the vibration issue again. Which I now have $1300 into trying to figure out, with 5000 miles since purchased AND "under CPO warranty." What a joke CPO is! While troubleshooting, I was told my front brakes are dangerously low. Which I was surprised at, due to the fact that, to qualify for CPO, everything is deemed at 50% life or better. See attached pictures of my front brakes and rotors. I cannot stress how dissapointed I am in Audi (corporate, Mentor, and Sewickly) for their lack of support and questionable integrity with my vehicle and experience. You will hopefully have better luck but I expect much more from a premium brand! To add to the insult, my clean A5 when dropped off was apparently in a flood when I picked it up from the dealer a week later. Pictures keep getting deleted...

Good people first time being in a legit dealership and it didn t disappoint. Only thing is when checking a car they are not the best fail to see the car needed new brakes and tune up. Bring your own mechanic to check the car out.
