Had JB fix a tire that had a nail in it. I dropped it off and came back later to pick it up. He was waiting at the door with the tire. Charged me $15 but I only had $14 in cash, he said don't worry about it. Pretty cool. If you live in the area you should really try to keep your money in the community by visiting places like JBs.

Awful customer service and very poor communication/listening skills. Not only was my car not fixed when the transmission was clearly acting up, they said nothing was wrong with it. I was still charged for the diagnostic though and told to pick up my car ASAP so they could leave early for Memorial Day. They also didn t tell me until after I paid that they don t work on transmissions? I had told them it was that from the beginning.Every time I spoke to Joe, I was interrupted. They also invaded my privacy by calling a family member about my bill and they assumed that person was closely related to me instead of calling me directly. They created false accusations about me to that relative who had nothing to do with my car.I had to take my car to another mechanic. He test drove it and checked the transmission fluid. It was low, so he added more. My car has been fine since. He charged me only $20.

Second time I have bought tires at JB s. Came highly recommended & I highly recommend to anyone needing tires. Knew up front what you were buying & the price before you walked out the door.JB is kind & very helpful! Thank you

Best place to buy tires, great deals. Also a real good place to have your cars worked on the man knows what he's doing. He is honest trustworthy and respectable runs a very good business.
