Cheapest rate and fastest response time for a breakdown in Brunswick. Friendly and informative line operator and tow guy. I'd use again. (But hopefully I won't have to anytime soon ) thanks for quick, friendly response, and saving the day!

WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE THEY ARE THIEVES!I had a truck break down on me in oh 2 miles away from this place. It was a simple radiator hose. 10 minutes to pop off the hose and 10-15min to pop it back on. There's was a total of 30 minutes of labor done. They went to a parts shop 40 min away. After all was said and done THEY CHARGED ME $1000!!$160 for a service call out which I understand$528 for labor. They're justification for that was that the driver went on a parts run.Then they charged 70 bucks for fuel74 for the hose.102 dollars for 1 GALLON OF COOLANTAND 25 bucks for "misc, supplies"We're taken aback by the price and tried to figure something out price wise, to which the manager Trinity started yelling and cursing at us and threatening to impound our truck.

Carrie was absolutely the best. She was first contact during my crazy situation. Then Tim came and rescued me. Even though he had to deal with the owner of the property who's unshoveled driveway I slid off of. Tim got me out of my almost tipped car and back on the road.

I went into the ditch on a car carrier 18 wheeler, literally right in sight of the exit of where there towing place is. Called them up & they quoted me about 500 bucks. I confirmed w them multiple times. All set & done, they tried to charge me 1300. I called their manager up & asked if he was out of his e**in mind & that they quoted me 500 initially..he tried to say that my car carrier was sunken very deep & that I was super heavy. I told him that I was literally only half the weight loaded w only 5 out of 9 cars, & that you could see by the open carrier setup of how much cars I really had. I told him if I was as deep as he tht I was, then his driver would never had pulled me out within 45 min. I told him his driver is standing next to me to confirm. They ended up dropping it to mid 800's price range & I still thought it was too much & far fetched from wat they quoted me at first.. (even tho I sent them pictures beforehand etc) i wouldn't recommend these guys in the future to nobody. They're literally out there to get your money. For sure..

cash only is a bizarre choice for a business that charges hundreds of dollars to release a vehicle that was towed after a state trooper deemed it "undriveable" post accident, but after releasing the vehicle it's deemed drivable. as to the reply, if you looked up my name in your records over a google review then you are being very inappropriate.

I'm so glad I called Danny Underwood at World Truck Towing & Recovery. As you can see from the pictures, the foot from my driver side landing gear had totally rusted out and fallen from the bar that held it as well as the post that cranked it up and down. I was completely stuck because the post was too long to be extracted and I could not continue on my run without risking great damage to my trailer, my tires, the road, and other vehicles.Danny got out to me promptly, came up with good solutions and quickly did the welding necessary to get me back the last 220 miles to my home terminal and enjoying my weekend. Everything was promptly professionally and courteously executed. I would confidently recommend World Truck Towing & Recovery and Danny Underwood.

Was in an unfortunate car accident last night with a deer on 77S. My insurance company estimated a 2 hour tow arrival, so I went with the police officers tow referral, who was there within 10 minutes. Dakota was our tow driver. He was fast, friendly and extremely accommodating while we waited for someone to come pick us up, allowing us to stay in the truck while we waited when it was extremely cold outside. They towed my vehicle had my vehicle at the yard and the driver had my car keys a hour and 45 minutes away. Made me sit there for 4 hours to wait for my keys. Charged me for a full day when they had the vehicle for a few hours! Very rude told me it is what is is! Would NOT RECOMMEND!

I had gotten in accident. I told the driver of the tow truck that I wanted my car to go to a specific location because that's what my insurance covers.After going to the said location of where I wanted my car to go, it's not there. And the place hasn't even heard of it. So now my car is missing. The driver took my vehicle to a completely different place, without telling me. I spent the morning trying to figure out where my vehicle was. Come to find out it's at a completely different place with a completely different name.They told me if I wanted it to be transported I'd have to pay. Pay for THEIR mistake. My insurance agreed to get it transported.I asked the name of the driver. They said they know who the driver was, but wouldn't give me the name however, they allowed me to leave a complaint. The excuse was, "he's only been here a few weeks."They need to train their employees to communicate with their customers. I should NEVER be clueless on where a towing company is taking my vehicle.I will never use this company again. You shouldn't either.Service: Car towing

Had an unfortunate run in with a deer last night. Dakota was awesome, towed us and stayed with us until our ride got there. Professional, quick, extreme care of my car and honest just to name few great qualities World Truck Towing & Recovery has going for them above their competitors. My daughter ran over a piece of metal in Cleveland. She called AAA who put a time frame of 776 minutes (approx. 12 hours and some odd minute) until pick up of the car. Who can wait that long on the side of a busy, dangerous intersection. We called World Truck, who went above and beyond by calling in one of their guys earlier to get to us ASAP. The car was picked up and was taken to the service place we had arranged for the tire replacement. WT explained to us that we could get a refund from AAA to fill out a form and submit, something we had no idea could be done. Thank you once again for your outstanding service! World Truck Towing & Recovery the ONLY towing service to use.Service: Car towing

There's a lot of shady tow operators. I'm always skeptical of towing companies, had a radiator go on my semi, limped to their location. Asked to drop my trailer for a day or 2 was told no problem. Decided against them doing my work because of poor reviews. Went back to get trailer, some tow operator acted like I was stealing my trailer, they charged me $50 a day storage for trailer. 2 days and a hr equals 3 days. Wow. Never disclosed there was a storage charge, just bent me over. Stay away from this shady place.

I brought my sister to get her vehicle waited 5 hours missed work for them to not have the vehicles keys. No where to sit or wait no accommodations were offered, and was over charged!

We had a great experience with World Truck. We had a difficult situation in our driveway with a lift truck that got stuck and Tim had just the right truck and attitude to help us out! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out very quickly and really made a stressful situation go very smoothly. We highly recommend them!

Five star service at five star prices.I recently purchased a trailer from a Medina sales company. I had 20 miles on the trailer when a brake chamber went bad. world trucks' convenient location was on the way. I called ahead, backed right up to the door and he was on it ! It took longer to get the attention of the office woman to pay the bill. In and out 30 mins total, 248.00...the trailer sales were happy to reimburse me , but they were only going to give me 50% . They said because I paid double what it should have cost for a 30/30 chamber repair that took 20 minutes. IDK live & learn.

Don't call this company if you need their services! I called them for road service to do the computer diagnostic services on my truck. They came and spent a half hour on my truck doing the diagnostic, and after they finished they didn't find out anything that was wrong with my truck and didn't give me any information on what to do. They charged me for $437 when they were only 8 miles away from my truck. When i called the manager and asked why they charged me so much for a half hour service, he told me that the computer cost $7000 and that services weren't free. I didn't expect it to be free, BUT i was expecting a reasonable price for just half hour service.

How can you give a company a quote over the phone, too repair a tire and when you send invoice its 3 times that amount. Will never use this service again!!!! I do not recommend this service!!!! I brought my friend to pickup their car I drove a hour there and when we got there they didn t have the key to the vehicle I had to call off work because I they had us waiting 5 hours for them to arrive and over charged for a reckless mistake

This is one great towing company,,, I broke down on I 80 toll Road To add to the misery to it I have just come off being broken down at home for 4 weeks.We call world truck towing and recovery I was feeling really bad They sent out a driver his name was Cory one of the most pleasant persons I've ever met I guess he could tell I was feeling pretty bad, he was so upbeat and put everything in a different perspective when they drop my trailer off at the yard I met the shop guy I can't remember his name but he was the same way.I guess this is the manner in which they work at this company ,So professional and hospitable and you can tell it was truly organic, the way these people are thank you very much Corey and world truck towing and recovery

Late service..only12miles from where i was down..gave them vin number of the truck and yet the service guy came without air bag so they can charge me more miles and time service!..End up paying for air bag drive replacement $750!!!!!....Outrageous!..Stay away from them!!!.....and after i posted my review you have no shame to responde with a lie..i was there!!!..you weren't..so you have no shame ..just to protect your business image..but i guess now days is what it matters most...image and money!..God bless!

Really expensive and did not fix my problem, and then threatened me with calling DOT and tow my truck when complaint about the price vs to what they did. ,i would not use their services again.Be aware

Trailer air bag will cost you $500. Twice road service.plus around 4 hours. Very slow moving people. Don't know where to start
