I went to Walmart to have some tires. Change and Balanced. without being on the car. They tried to charge me $51 and some change for one when the price was on the board for under $30. Just because I didn't buy the tires at that time. I did buy it through Walmart. I got them online, if I could grade them lower than one star I would.

My car was fixed in the amount of time that they said that it should be done. I appreciated this.Also the prices are very reasonable next to what other auto repair places are. And the employee was very kind and knowledgeable.

Customer service is an absolute joke in itself. Bought an oil filter with the wrong filter in the box. Practically blamed me for having the wrong filter in the box is a damn joke. Also bought a new battery that was dead upon purchase but apparently can t turn it in for a new one cause automotive apparently closed 2 hours early then what Google says on here. Seems like no body wants to do their jobs up there

I brought my car in for an oil change, and left with it smoking and leaking oil out the front .. my car which has not had any prior issues. Only to find they never put the cap back on and all the oil I paid for leaked all over my engine. I called to see if they would fix it but they closed early. Needless to say I don t be back

Great deals and prices at the cost of employee happiness. You can tell the employees are overworked and underpayed. They dont seem very happy in my opinion.

Can be the only person here and you ll still wait a hour or more. Just change the oil yourself and save time.

I went to Walmart to get new tires for my car early in the morning. The guys that worked there were Great! They took care of everything and they were so helpful and nice that I also had them do an oil change! I have nothing but good to say about them! Very helpful! I LOVE my new tires. The cat is a much better ride now!

No one answere phones. Hit or miss if they have your tire in stock. If they answere the phone it might not be the store you called. The hours they have posted are not the hours they are open. Walmart does care about wasting your time as long as they get your money. Sores are listed online as having an auto center that don't. And you be able to find that out if they answere their phone.. Walmart you are a corporation you can do better.

Almost 3 hour wait to change and balance tires. Car shows none of the tires show 35 pressure. One tire shows zero pressure. There reason was our sensors were bad. There was nothing wrong with the sensors before they changed the tires. Would not recommend this tire center. The lady that took care of payment was very helpful. Why does it take 3 hours and why did they only mention bad sensors when I left and had to go back in???

I spent 2 hours at this Walmart to get an oil change, only to find that they cancelled my oil change and didn't think to tell me. I was in the waiting area the entire time and they even had my number, so they could have easily contacted me. If I hadn't walked up to ask what was going on, I wonder when I would have found out that nothing was going on with my car and I was sitting there for no reason? Super unprofessional. The manager was nice though.

I got there last minute with 4 tires that needed installed. It was kind of an emergency, at first they didn't want to take me, but someone I guess agreed to stay late and make it happen. Really appreciated it and now I'm good to go. Great price for the install overall friendly staff and professional service.

Went in for an oil change, only had to wait 45min on a Saturday, not to bad. I needed for them to look at my tire as my low tire light was coming on. Was told it could be a sensor. But just had a nail in my tire. I walked out with no tire. As they only carried one brand I never heard of and for over $105, my nail and I left. This tire center is super busy. They need to hire more help.

After the treatment I received tonight, I would give 0 stars if I could. I googled business hours for the auto center which said they were open until 7pm. I left work early so I could get there with enough time to have my vehicle serviced. Arrived before 6 and was told they won't do it. When I questioned why because I thought they were open until 7, the man laughed at me and said because the guy is leaving in 40 minutes and doesn't have time. I can understand being busy, but I will never understand being rude or demeaning to a customer. I went across the street and got outstanding customer service and an oil change...in and out in 15 minutes. Thank your rude employee for the loss of a 10+ year customer.

This place is terrible! I waited four hours for an oil change and 2 tires. They told me it would be an hour and a half but they kept stringing me along until I had been there for 4 hours. At that point I was determined to get the work done. They have nowhere to sit down if there are a lot of people waiting, there are only two benches that will fit two people each so four seats for a large car repair place is definitely not enough. There is no TV or radio and the only magazines they have are men's health and hunting magazines. Do they not realize that women have their cars repaired too? As a matter of fact it was mostly women that were there. After 4 hours of waiting they didn't even do the it correctly and my husband had to go back the next day to have the tires rotated which I had requested when purchasing new tires. Even I know the new tires go on the front and the older ones are rotated to the back. Ridiculous!

I used Walmart auto service when I need basic preventive maintenance done on my car or my wife's car. Oil changes, tire rotations or replacement etc. Simply for the convenience and I'm saving my valuable limited time I could have doing other very important things with like spend time with my wife and grandchildren. Or getting things done around the house. Being an OTR truck driver, once that 34 hr reset is over you best be ready to roll or your not gonna make your ends meet that week. So while my wife and I shop for the week, Wal-Mart services my vehicles. No matter who does the work, if you know them or not,you should always put eyes on their work and under the car. Not that the men and women did anything wrong at Wal-Mart. It's just good practice to know all you can about the vehicle carrying your life and your families lives down the highway at 65-70mph. Sometimes oversights occur and it's a little to late in the middle of a potential catastrophe to be trying to figure out what themalfunction might be..

Well managed battery, tire & oil change auto services as you would expect from WM. Good brand nsme products at competitive prices with decent national warranty policy. Sometimes congested during peak hours with waits of an hour or more. Half hour turnaround common during off peak. Staff pleasant & helpful. Few complaints in past 20 years, local dept mgr always resolved any warranty or pricing issue promptly.

Awesome...the people are friendly & helpful & they don't try to get you to do more if it's not necessary...had a standard oil change done for $32.88...can't best that

I have never had a problem until now I brought one of our many vehicles here and they wouldn't touch one of my tires because of dry rot they said. This is untrue these tires have looked like this for 3 years. I believe they just dont want my business. It's hard today to to find people that actually want to do work so from here out they have lost all of my business.

Worst experience of my life!!! I arrived at 8:30am for a NEW $93.00+ Battery for my truck. At 11:30 am, I was still waiting as they too over 10 oil changes ahead of me. I finally asked why I was still waiting as I was told upon arrival that "battery replacement gets done first before any other work" by the girl who waited on me. Her name was Brittany. Finally, my truck was pulled into a bay and the Manager started replacing my Batery. An hour later and still not complete, I went out to where my truck was sitting only to see the Manager/Technician repeatedly slamming the hood on my truck as he couldn't get it to stay latched closed. I asked the problem and he said that the latch just needed lubed as it wasn't staying closed. He kept opening and slamming it for the next 45+ minutes and he bent the latch mechanism and broke my Grille. He kept trying to hide the damage from me but, I noticed it immediately!!!Finally, after over an hour and 15 minutes, I myself went out and used a prybar I had in my truck and I bent the Latch Mechanism back to its original,position and the hood closed and latched with no,further problems. I had to work on my Grill and the parts in their parking lot for 25 minutes just to drive it back home!!!When I had to pay for my new Battery, I asked the Auto Service Manager if I got ANY discount for them taking over 4 hours to replace a Battery in my Toyota Tacoma. He said " Nope, no discount today". I couldn't believe they wouldn't offer even a free oil change or two for taking SO long and beating the hell out of my truck!!!I'm forever done with Walmart!!!I will never buy anything there again as I see how much they appreciate me spending $109.09 and over four (4) hours of my day there!!!BEWARE of the Medina, Ohio Walmart!!!

I tried to purchase 2 truck tires. They didn't have any in stock. No big deal, brought used tires up to swap and the mechanic lied about the tread depth to sell a tire ironically. When asked to show me, it wasn't even remoteley close to his depth gauge, and they had some kid with no authority do it. Very shady in my opinion to take advantage of a person for Walmart's benefitService: Tires

I came at 8:30 am. On August 11th. No one was there but me. The 2 guys working there were so polite and covered my oil and filter perfect! They also checked any other area. No charge! In and out in 30 min. A great big thank you guys!

Bought tires cheapest (BFG Comp 2) on Walmart site through third party. Couldn't ship direct to store, so had to deliver at home and take to store. Mount and balanced the set of 4 in about an hour without appointment. Fine job.

Excelent experience!! I would definitely recommend this place to others. I Stopped inn today with my husbands truck, I was in a pinch because I had my 6 month old baby with me who was being super fussy. I was helped by an older gentlemen named Jeff. He was super sweet, very helpful and nice even with a fussy baby. Jeff went above and beyond with customer care and should be recognized for his service. Thank you so much!!

I have gone to this Walmart's tire service center 3 times now. Every time I have gone to get new tires. In my case the services were always provided on time, they always seemed to be available to change my tires when I called ahead to see if they were busy or not. Their tires are reasonably priced and have lasted for the duration of which they were rated for. I will go back to them in the future for more tire changes and would (and do) recommend them to my friends. Hope this helps so far as tire changing goes.

Mike the manager was awesome and helped me warranty some bad tires I had purchased 9 months ago and the guys installing them did a great job and balanced them perfectly!

They need to get it right the first time not 3rd or 4th. Never had this problem before not sure if it's new people or management. They did resolve the issue but didn't offer a discount or other compensation for mistakes made.

These people at Medina Walmart auto center put the wrong mileage and color in their computer system for my wife's car. They also had the wrong address in their computer. We waited for almost an hour to get things corrected. The manager or the associate didn't offer an apology.

Joe and Bryan were so very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I understood my options and didn't pressure me into anything like other automotive places do. I appreciate their kindness, consideration, and efficiency especially at this busy time of year. Thank you!
