If you re looking for friendly & high-quality service, Van s is your place! I recently had an issue with my check engine light (also a Saturday) and Jeff at the store did everything he could to help me. Even while being busy, someone took the time to look at my vehicle and gave me advice about what to do. They even offered me a loaner car to get where I was going in the meantime while they figured things out. Very professional, friendly service & wouldn t choose anywhere else!

Wow! Talk about service and home town courtesy. Brandon, Jeff and Jason at the Route 18 / Medina store were amazing. From being flexible on a reschedule to fitting me in for a wheel swap. Definitely recommend these guys for going above and beyond and while taking very careful caution with the vehicle. You don t often see this level of custom service, happy and grateful.

This facility is amazing! I m good friends with the store manager Brandon and I only trust him and his team here at Vans to work on my car! I took my car there and waited in the lobby and had some good fun conversations then ended in lots of laughter! They are a good group of guys and I recommend Vans 100%!!

Vans is always polite and provides excellent customer service. They will make you aware of every issue but only really push what is necessary for your vehicle. I appreciate having a shop I can trust.

Recently moved to Medina from Elyria & received a coupon welcoming me to Medina from Van's Medina store for an oil change. Had oil change & tire rotation done ' they found a couple of things that I need to have done in the future. They explained everything to me & did not pressure me to have it done right away. All of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly & helpful answering all of my questions. I will return to this store in the future. Highly recommend.

I ve known Brandon for a couple of years and he s worked on two of my cars. He s very honest, reliable and flexible with working on your vehicle. He s really good at keeping up to date with you at what to fix at the moment and what to fix later on in the future. Always a pleasure talking to him.

Very good service! We had a vehicle situation that rendered our car unsafe to drive. They did an amazing job to fix it up and get us back on the road the very same day! Excellent customer service! Everything was explained well and we will certainly use them again in the future!

I did not have an appointment for service. I was traveling out of town alone for work. Accidentally hit something in the road and lost my driver side tires. I called Vans and they took care of me. I was back on the road in a couple of hours! Truly appreciate the excellent service. The interaction with several employees was awesome! I would highly recommend Vans!!

My tire blew out miles away from home on my way to work today. I stopped in Van s and immediately they were taking great care of me. The tire I needed wasn t on site but that wasn t a problem for them at all. They drove to their warehouse and had my exact tire in stock. I was up and running within less than an hour. They have excellent customer service and gave me the piece of mind I needed. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend going with Van s for your tire and auto service needs. Thank you guys so much.

I had a tire losing air and I saw Vans and stopped in. They were able to get me in on a Saturday morning, fix the problem, and get me back on my way. And with friendly service and a great price!Will now be my go to place for service.

Stopped in as a walk-in, on my way to work, with a nail in my tire. They got everything fixed quickly and affordable. I hadn t been there since Vans bought the place, but they were very friendly, great service and I ll return with any other issues.

Vans was really awesome in helping me get set up with some new tires. We scheduled an appointment, then they allowed me to adjust it by a few days to take advantage of a manufacture rebate to save me some extra money. I was so happy I decided to get tires for a second vehicle as well!

Last minute flat tire as I was headed to work. My brand of tire usually needs to be purchased at dealership but they were able to order the luxury car tire have it same day and came to my place of employment to accommodate my needs! Completely selfless with meeting my chaotic schedule needs, kind, and not impatient on the phone. Definitely felt customer service experience was their priority. 5star + recommendation for Jeff and his team!

This review is for the vans store on Canton Road in Elliot. My service associate was Marcus.When I called to price tires, Marcus was extremely helpful and very informative. He was more than willing to take all of my questions and answer them. I got the new tires today. I m very pleased with them. The wait time did not exceed the time that Marcus quoted me. All around, it was a great experience to do business with the vans store on Canton Road in Akron.

Great experience!They explained everything clearly. Mechanic was able to repair the engine drain pan instead of having to replace it. Overall positive and enviting atmosphere. Definitely recommend :]

My car developed a serious oil leak, I took it to Van s on Rt 18 in Medina about 3:45 . They got my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem, explained the problem completely and had it repaired before closing time! I ve been a long time customer there and they ve definitely earned my trust.

I took my f250 here because of a clunking noise when I turn. After a $900 dollar bill I get home and the issue was not corrected. I take it back and get charged $550 and before I m out of the parking lot it clunks again. I go back in and I get told the clunking is in the back end not the front end and you told us the front end this isn t true. It did end up being the front end like I said. I then left it another day (3 days without a vechile) and they call me and tell me to take it to ford. So I got charged $1450 to he told to take it to another shop. Ford asked why they even aligned the truck when it had bad tie rods (which I told vans that is probably the issue) I called vans back because I had to pay for 2 alightments within 2 weeks and wanted my money back from them for the alightment and some labor. I never got a call back, called multiple times and never got a call back. Ive had people in my family go to them for years and have had similar issues. I would not recommend them anymore. This review isn t to bash but I recommend taking your vehicle to an actual mechanic not a tire shop who claims to be a mechanic.

Very welcoming and cheerful. I was a walk to get my tires and oil changed and was still taken care of when they were full of appointments! Very helpful with the walkthrough of my vehicle recommending what I should get replaced.

Friday night driving home, went through some car wreak debris on the highway next day I had a flat. Called Van's 30 mins before closing and they said to come in. Took me a while to put some air in the tire drove over and they helped me out. Both of the employees stayed over to help me out. This is a lost service. Thank you for staying over to help me out! Not just tire pros, pros at people!

I recently relocated to Medina and received a welcome mailer from Van's, offering a free oil change with tire rotation and vehicle inspection, so I took them up on the offer and promptly scheduled. Their service is great, friendly and professional staff, I will definitely schedule future needed auto services with them.

I was across the street at an RV dealer getting my unit winterized when I found out my trailer had a big bubble in my tire. I drove over to Vans immediately and they were able to get me in and out with 2 new tires in less than 2 hours even though I didn t have an appointment and they were busy. Mike Shaw took care of me and he did a great job
