I wanted to express my satisfaction with the service I received yesterday. Typically, I require an oil change every 5 weeks and have patronized various service centers in the past. However, the Valvoline location on Medina Road has consistently delivered the highest level of customer service. Every staff member, including those attending to other vehicles, greeted me warmly.This service center consistently exceeds expectations in terms of customer service. The entire process was swift and exceptionally thorough. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every staff member for their dedication and hard work. I am truly appreciative of the outstanding service they provide.

Do not go here. Ever! Went for a simple oil change and they snapped something off of one of their oil extractor into the dipstick tube. It s 4:00 on a Friday and we are supposed to leave for a wedding out of town tomorrow morning. Unbelievably awful service.Update: it s three days later and I m still waiting on a response

I came here all the time to get my oil change because the staff was excellent and very prompt..so today i took my company vechile there and the customer service i got from carly and some other blonde girl was not at all excellent or what i excepted from take five service i have recieved in the past. They were not friendly at all i sat in the parking lot for 15 mins without anybody even greeting me then when she called me to come into the bay she was far way and got rude because i stopped to make sure the vechicle would fit then was rude about my vechile not being lined up the way she wanted it to (she was the one directing)..and then it went down hill from there..needless to say i dont think they knew what they were doingand i dont think my oil got changed right and know i have to take it to someone else to get it checked because im responsible for lives in my vechile and i cant risk it. I beleive in everyone can do a job they want to but u need to know how and carly and that other girl should not be in a mans profession.take five needs to bring back the right people..Probably never go back if thise are the people who are gonna wait on me

If I could give zero stars, I would. Saturday morning at 8am, 3 cars waiting total while 3 cars are in the bays. I was asked to move into a different line to avoid waiting longer. It's now been an HOUR.. still haven't been helped. Not a single worker has apologized for the long wait or explained why it's taking so long. They aren't understaffed, as they have someone walking around just observing. Currently 9:40am and still waiting. Not sure what's the hold up, but this is insane. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere!!!!

Visited Valvoline at 6:30 on a Monday 8-21-2023 and you would think these guys would have wanted to get out and ready to go home by 7. Nope. Jack (Manager) and Noah and Briyon. did my oil change, tire rotation and recharged my AC all in a timely manner. I have been here a couple times now and this is definitely the best service that I have ever had. Great job buy these guys. I will be back with my other vehicles. - Toby Strebel

On my first time here, the team was super expert and professional. I could tell they cared about being thorough. I also felt like a got a great value for my money (be sure to grab a coupon from the Valvoline website). The manager I talked to, Joey, was very nice and represented the place very well!

Great oil change in about 15 minutes. Friendly staff that seems to be happy to work there. This is a corporate location for valvoline so you can be confident you are getting oem oil and filters from their company. Remember it is a 15 minute oil change so you will be paying a little more than your average oil change and will not get the little extras that your car dealer offers but the service speed makes up for the cost when your short on time. I would recommend this location.

First time using them as I needed last minute oil change before trip out of town. Amazing customer service and so efficient! In and out under 17 minutes. A little more expensive than anticipated but between the two coupons I was able to use, worth it for the time it saved me since usually waiting 45 min to an hour for oil changes! They do hit all the upselling points, but nothing aggressive or over the top IMO.

I've never been treated better! Getting your car an oil change, or something replaced is always a huge hassle. When you come here, they take their time and do whatever they can to make sure you have excellent service. Josh and the others working were so friendly and sincere. If My car needs something done, and they can do it, I'm never going anywhere else.

Joey the manager was incredibly informative and helpful! He demonstrated patience and solidarity with his new employees and treated his customers with the utmost urgency and respect. This may become the sole place I get my oil taken care of because of him.

Always a pleasant experience here. I pay a little more than other places it's totally worth it though to never leave my vehicle and to have all the extra care they take done. They really go above and beyond for the customer. I got a flat one day driving past and coasted into their parking lot. They helped me put my spare on at no cost. Thanks again Vavoline!

Oil change was good, but not exactly instant. Prices have gone up a lot. Waited for 40 minutes to get in a bay and left over an hour after I got there.

These guys knocked it out of the park. I called to ask about price for a full synthetic oil change and they texted me a link to $25 off. They were super fast, really friendly, answered all my questions, priced out things I was considering doing on the car, and most importantly found and removed wads of padding from rodents trying to nest that had been clogging my engine air filter. I will come back here for every oil change if I can help it!

I will never go to this location again, and possibly the company. No additional services were recommended when I know my vehicle needed it. They just rushed me out the door. I asked before I left and they left said nothing is needed after I saw recommendations on the screen in front of me! They simply lost out on a lot of money for services.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

Great service every time I go in. The guys that work there are efficient and friendly. I recommend anyone that ever asks for an oil change to go here. Also, they are always running some sort of donation for a good cause. Very admirable.

Great Service, Great Prices, Love the Coupons! They make it possible for my car to last a long time. Added value if you always go back to the same location as well. Medina Valvoline is highly recommended.If you don't have time to sit in a waiting room; your car is like a mobile office like mine, it just makes good sense to have a professional team work on the maintenance of your vehicle like the pros at VIOC.

2 visits today, once for my car and once for my daughters, they are on the spendy side, but you get what you pay for...I had an oil change and air filter replaced and my daughter had an oil change and a serpentine belt replaced. The best thing was they took time with my daughter to explain what they were doing and how to read the dipstick etc. They looked for an extra coupon for me since it was our second trip there, which I thought was above and beyond. The guys attitudes were congenial and professional. They replaced the serpentine belt and stayed past closing time to get everything done. Above and beyond.

Always fast and friendly service without any hassle. Way better than having to schedule an appointment to have a mechanic lie to you about a dozen things actually not wrong with your vehicle.

I've taken my vehicles here on numerous occasions and I've been happy every time except for my last visit they left boy Lee handprints all over my hood. I understand you run into that every once in awhile but they were very noticeable let's step up your game guys
