Recently had tires, brakes, oil change and alignment done at this location.Friendly reps, quick service and fair prices would earn them 4 stars in my mind.What sets them apart for the 5th is the follow up call the next day to ensure work was done to my satisfaction.This is the reason I will give them first look at my business the next time around and I would suggest them to family and friends moving forward.

Quality tire installation and wheel alignment. I made an appointment and expected to have the job done upon my arrival but was told it would be done by the end of the day. Negotiated back to 3pm as my wife had to work and needed her car by then. Also experienced significant upsell sales tactics. These things being said, the tires are great and I m happy with the installation.

I own a Lexus RX that had a 5 year warranty and free oil changes on it, but instead of free Lexus I went to Medina Tire Source and paid.Curtis and Joe have been great to me for many years, and I would not trust my vehicles anywhere else.

Great experience with Goodyear! Husband has used them before, but this was my first time.Had a bolt stuck in my tire which was obviously causing a slow leak. I was for sure that I d have to end up replacing it, but hoped at the time we wouldn t have to for financial reasons. The guys were honest and nice the entire time. They tested the tire and felt that it was definitely repairable. They didn t try to rip me off but also cared about the safety as I had mentioned to replace the tire if it was necessary.It s been good since then and it s been about a month.

Great service!!! I took my 2018 BMW 440 here for an alignment I m a 17year professional mechanic myself. I wanted the suspension adjusted to performance specifications. They did a great job they listed to my wants and needs so I can get the car set up how I wanted it. That s not the normal response I get from most shops. The techs are very thorough and take just as much pride in the job on my car as I do. No corners were cut here. And bonus they have a very nice advanced alignment system. It s not often that I give reviews and it s not often I let someone else work on my car so I think that should speak for itself. I will be coming back and it won t be for another alignment because it was perfect.

Tires Source is a great place. I stopped there with low pressure in one tire. They were immediately able to remove the two nails and plug the tire. I mentioned I was due for an oil change and they completed that also, saving me from coming back some other day. They are very thorough and efficient. Period

Went in for a front end alignment that would have cost me $100, the guys told me that my vehicle was in standards and did not need an alignment. Honest and trustworthy business, highly recommend!

Joseph Pontrelli, Curtis Thomas and the 3rd guy ( didn't take note of his name) at the front desk are awesome! All three were very helpful and honest. The mechanics hustled to put my new tires on my GMC and were very respectful. I had my damaged tire in the trunk and instead of putting the spare in the trunk, they took thier time to put it under the vehicle with the cable where it belongs. I can tell its a smooth operation with everyone working together, they all deserves a raise. Much respect with every employee at this shop! We will come back again.

I ve been here a couple of times now once for new tires and twice because of road hazard issues. They were wonderful and accommodating. They were able to get me in last minute both times . Joseph and the rest of the team are wonderful. I will be back. Thank you!

High praise for TireSource Medina. I had a problem with one of my tires losing air. They were able to get me in quickly to take care of the problem. Fast, friendly service! Will do business again for sure!UPDATE: 12/2022: I just got my oil changed, tires rotated, key fob battery replaced, battery cleaned, etc. I love TireSource! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the work is always done perfectly and professionally! It's so wonderful to have a mechanic that I can trust!02/2024: Continued high praise for TireSource of Medina as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem with my tire pressure sensors and correct the issue! Having an honest mechanic I trust completely is the best feeling in the world!

The staff at tire source is always willing to work me in for an appointment when something tragic happens to my van. They are quick to diagnose and fix it. Curtis and his staff are always very professional and honest with me. My van is over 15 and we aren t here to fix all of it, and the staff here understands this.

I was very pleased with the Service from the start of my quote to the end of leaving with a smile! Curtis Thomas is outstanding to deal with!! He went over and beyond making sure I was satisfied. Fantasy service once again. I received a call that they were able to save me money on the original quote (600 dollars worth of savings). Normally companies call to tell you that it will be more expensive. I will continue to bring both of my cars here.

I couldnt be happier. Called around to about 10 shops in Medina for prices on brakes and rotars on my truck. This place had the best rate by far AND they didnt try to lure me in with, "We cant quote until we look at it". Amazing people, friendly, and very professional. Tim couldnt have been more friendly and welcoming. Dan who did the work on the truck was awesome, and the front desk gentleman(I forget his name), was very friendly and welcoming as well. Trust me when I say, if you need anything done with tires or brakes, and youre in Medina, GO HERE! You will not be disappointed.

Fast, honest service. Was quoted nearly twice as much at other tire places just to plug my tire and these guys did it way cheaper than anyone else. I was in and out quick. Definitely will be going here again!

I was not impressed. I was told my tires would be in so that installation could occur on a Saturday. On Friday I was told they might not be there. I had to wait for their call on Saturday before I could go in. Good thing I didn't have other things planned that day.When I arrived I was given information about the tires I selected that was out of the ordinary. I would have expected them to share that before I arrived during our discussions of the Michelin tires I was interested in. That was also disappointing.I also requested an alignment only to be told they couldn't do a full alignment on my car. I waited about 2.5 hours for a job that I felt should take one hour to 1.5 hours. Not impressed. I won't be going back.

The staff at the Medina location are very courteous and professional whether over the phone or in person. They readily answered all my questions. My scheduled appointments have been on time. The length of time stated for the work needing to be completed was very accurate. Their pricing is also very reasonable and as quoted. Will continue to use their services for all my car needs. I highly recommend their business. Great job!

We moved to Medina 4.5 years ago. My car needed service. Chose Tire Source as it was close to our new house. So very happy I did. This group is wonderful. Their service is quick, accurate and I am never pressured for unnecessary work. You don t need any other service company other than Tire Source. They do it all.

Had a major issue happen with my pickup. I called Brent late and he fit me in next day. I met Curtis and he was very helpful, explained things, and Joseph even helped me get home (bad day and I was very close). I was called near end of day, picked up again (still bad weather). I cannot say enough about the team at Tire Source, they are the best, the work is great, and at a fair price. You will not go wrong in stopping there to get your vehicle issue resolved.

Staff was friendly, prompt and honest. I went there to have a nail removed from my tire while on vacation. I had an 8 hr ride home the following day. They removed the tire and nail and told me it was a short item and never pierced the inner wall. After they gave me my paperwork I asked how much I owed them for their time. I was Expecting a service charge, but they said there was no charge and wished me a safe trip home. I would definitely recommend their service

Christmas eve day and our vehicle was hemmoraghing fluids. Our family Christmas gathering was in jeopardy. The crew at tire source diagnosed the multiple issues and were able to repair our vehicle; even staying well after closing to get our vehicle repaired. God bless them all!! Thank you for saving Christmas for us!!
