Joe at Medina was excellent. I had an appointment scheduled for 3 o clock and they took me as soon as I got there. He had gone out and got the correct euro oil and filter for my 2014 BMW. He had a very good understanding how oil has changed over the years, and what was the latest requirement of oil for the car. The job was completed in a timely manner and had a good price. I will be going back.

Had a new tire put on today as a walk in and it was quick and easy transaction! Joe and team were awesome to work with. Very friendly and customer-focused. Prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend!

First class service.Great experience and will definitely go back. Marc was extremely informative and kept me in the loop throughout my visit. He even broke down the cost of service line by line to explain what the charges were. Our vehicle was completed very quickly and Marc showed me the problem with the old parts.

I went in to get an oil change and the costumer service was great. They gave me a nice discount and found a nail in my tire and fixed it up for me for free. Everyone that works here was super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend

They told me there was no price difference between a 2 or 4 tire alignment, then waited until after to tell me they didn t have the right tool to complete the alignment but were still going to charge the same amount because they aligned the back tires I specifically made the appointment for the front and now the pulling is worse and the steering wheel is not straight. I basically just paid them to mess up my car. The people there were nice while they were doing it though.

I got an oil change for half what they charge next door to them. They also did a free safety inspection and found a worn inner toe rod. Really nice people. Definitely recommend.

This company is the worse Monro fires all the good hard working people and hires people that claim know what there doing. There is always new staffing every six months at this location. I like the old crew that was there Tim , justin , Ericka. Now it s so unorganized they have manager not scheduling people for weeks at a time then firing them bc they no call no show but was never on the schedule to begin with. This company is a disgrace I would not recommend a place of business to anyone that can t even keep good people that actually know what they are doing I will be taking my business somewhere else and I will be telling everyone I know that wouldn t go here

I had a tire blow on NYE, and while most auto shops were closed (or at reduced hours), Joe & his team were ready to take care of my car. Joe was honest, and went above and beyond in helping source the correct parts for the repair.

IMMEDIATELY specify EXACTLY what you want.I got an oil change and I expected them to ask what oil I wanted or at least review the cost or something. Nope - they gave me the most expensive oil without saying anything and before I could protest. Over $100 for an oil change on a sedan. On the plus side, the employees were nice while making a fool of me.

This replaces a 5 star review I had done 3 years ago. Things have changed a lot since then. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10, they were full so they asked me to come back in an hour. Arrived at 11 and waited for a 1/2 an hour or so. No one asked what type of oil I wanted or mentioned prices. There was a huge sign hanging over the bay that said Oil Changes $29.99, I had assumed that would be the price plus disposal fee and tax, I was expecting something like a $50.00 total. Brianne told me to go ahead and sign before even telling me the total. When I was asked the total I was shocked at the $90.00 price. I mentioned the sign and was told that was not the price anymore and she had actually given me a discount from what was listed on the website. This whole experience was awful, from the wait when I had an appointment, to the deceptive pricing, to be called sweetie and told that I would have to pay or they would keep my car. I learned a lesson to ask more questions, but with like 20 other options in town, I will not be back and I strongly urge no one else to either.

Me and my friend are on a road trip and stopped in this shop for a balance and alignment and the employees stole HUNDREDS of dollars worth of cash out of out of our van. We left to wait on it to be done and didn t get a call for an hour and 15 minutes just to tell us that they didn t have the part to be able to get the hub caps off. We get back and our suitcase was pulled out from under the bed and the pocket our money was in was unzipped. We then proceeded to count the money and we were several hundred dollars off from the amount we started with. We called them to question it and all the person who answered said was that they didn t do it, he didn t say he would ask the employees about it until later on in the phone call.

Frank Fazio TAKE NOTE! You have gained a loyal customer today! Visiting manager Mike D. and Kevin went above and beyond! They repaired my tire on-site and explained the Puncture Repair Procedures - I had my oil changed elsewhere (nearby!) And my air filter wasn't looked at, my fluids weren't topped off and I was made to feel like an inconvenience! YOUR TEAM MET ME WITH SOLUTIONS, GREAT SERVICE, AND A WONDERFUL SENSE OF HUMOR AND I am leaving smiling!

Aaron, the manager of this location, gets customer service and how to create an experience. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I left I felt my business was appreciated. Oh, and he was able to work in my car repair without an appointment to help my situation. He did it without hesitation because he understood how to take care of a customer. Great job Aaron! I found my repair facility for my future car needs! Well done earning the business.

While out with the wife I finally heard the sound she'd been complaining about. First thought brakes, then the more I drove her car, the more I listened. Fortunately I had the number to Tire Choice (when it was under another name) explained to Aaron what I heard and thought. Scheduled to drop it off early the next day (Sunday) Aaron called later to explain what was found and just what I had expected both pads and rotors were needed. Discussed packages they had, selected one and was told I'd be hearing from them the next day. Sure enough, Aaron called me before 9 am to let me know the parts were there and it'd be done before noon. On picking up the car, another gentleman with his young daughter was picking up his car. When Aaron's eyes suddenly brightened and he started talking to the father in adult holiday talk. Aaron then goes out the door to the father's car and begins to bag things the daughter didn't need to see at that time. Coming back smiling and handing the keys to the father. This was above and beyond what you would expect from an auto repair place. My wife even mentioned something to him the day before when we dropped her car off about how refreshing it was to hear and receive customer service as it was meant to be. My hat off to Aaron, I'll be seeing him in a few days for my vehicles oil change.

Aaron at Tire Choice was great to work with from beginning to end. Never tried to up sell me on things I didn t need and was open and honest about my vehicle. He told me exactly what needed to be done and what would need to be done in the future. Will 100% be using this shop in the future!

Never come to this place of business I came in for a oil change and tire rotation , they could not preform the tire rotation , and it took over over two hours to do the oil change because they did not have parts for a f150 in stock

I was able to easily make an appointment.Aaron, the manager, not only assisted in the bay with the vehicles, but also provided individualized customer service to the patrons.He kept me updated, as I chose to wait for my vehicle, and checked on me periodically to see if I needed anything while I waited.The office/lobby area was clean and comfortable and I had uninterrupted, quiet time to read my book away from the chaos at home. It was like a mini me-time vacation. Lol.

Chronic low tire. This business found a drywall screw in the tire. Amazingly I called on a snowy Saturday morning. Aaron got me in at 10am. I was home long before noon. First place I called said they were busy and first available was 5 days out !) Tire Choice is professional, yet kind and down to earth business people. I will spread their business ethics to others!

Normally go to my regular mechanic for everything, but a tire blew out and we needed it back on the road ASAP. This was a Sunday. They were able to order tires Monday morning and had me in the early afternoon. Had them do an oil change as well and an alignment.It was a new to us car. Manager was very friendly, down to earth, didn't push other services (though did mention the alignment just because of how the tire blew out). Work was done quickly, I could watch through the window as they did everything.Price was slightly higher than if I had gone to my own mechanic, but not horribly so. They were close by and able to do the work quickly, so I felt that it was worth the little bit extra. I would use them again.

Just a recommendation, don t go through their website just call the store directly. Bob is an awesome & has wonderful customer service! I got my oil changed, some tires replaced and rotated & an small oil leak fixed. A few weeks later some of the lights on my warning board came up, and I called to ask if it could be related. They assured me it wasn t, but had me bring it out anyways and fix it for me for no charge. I get the feeling they are loyal their customers! Will definitely be returning for any future issues and maintenance!

I just visited Monroe Muffler for the very first time. The manager Robert Murray greeted me like an old friend. Professional and super friendly.The work was done when I returned to pick it up. I was given a quick understanding of what was completed. Processed my payment quickly and I was handed keys and they even held the door open for me.I will return. Pricing was excellent. Service was excellent. Customer service was excellent.I will return. Also there was a coupon on their website so I got an alignment and tire rotation for $84. (Plus tax)Oh and Lydia did my service! (Great job!!)

Honest and trustworthy! Bob and Matt explained carefully and gave me full details of what my vehicle needed. They addressed my concerns about safety and really took care of me. I felt very comfortable talking to them and they gave me a fair price for the repairs to my vehicle. I feel like they went above and beyond for me being a new customer. I would gladly return and give them my business any day. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU!

They are the nicest and they go way beyond to satisfy the customer, very friendly and make you feel like family. We have had two of our vehicles done there this weekend. Definitely will be using them in the future

I had unexpected car trouble on a Saturday afternoon. I called Bob at the Medina facility. He was helpful and told me to bring the van right up. He had it fixed by Sunday morning. It was so helpful and didn't interrupt my work week . Great fast, efficient service!

I got my oil change there and never in the 3 years that I had my car have I ever paid $79 for an oil change. It s always about $35. When I questioned the price they magically found a $10 discount for me. I still think $69 for an oil change on a Kia Soul is way too much! I m not happy.

just dropped in to get 2 tires put on they were great they even checked all my fuilds and add windshield fluid and I didn't even asking had a good time talking to the manager too! and the price was great!!!!!

After over 2 hours of my only day off was wasted at a competitor, I was on my way home when I noticed Monro s doors were open. I was pleasantly surprised they were open on Sunday. I pulled in hoping they could resolve what the other company totally failed to do. I walked in, and explained to Lydia, the TPMS issues I had and what I needed done. She double-checked the stock, gave me all the options, and printed out my estimate. Without any delay, she, herself, went out to the shop and started working on the Jeep. I honestly couldn t be any more satisfied with my visit. In a day and age where good, knowledgeable employees are are to find, you found a gem with Lydia. Very personable and professional. Make sure you do whatever it takes to retain her as an employee. She is a very valuable asset. Great job, Monro! I will be back!

Great customer service! I have a fleet vehicle and had called ahead get approval prior to showing up, they kept me in the loop the whole time and were able to get what they needed very fast. As soon as I walked in I was grated by name and had the paperwork ready to go. Pulled my vehicle in right away and were done replacing all 4 tires within an hour. Highly recommend.
