Steve was very kind to take a look at my car even without an appointment, so I wouldn't get stranded. I had this battery/starting issue over a year. Went to several places but none seemed to be able to find the issue. Steve did a great job with the electrical. He found the problem, was able to get my batteries replaced under warranty and get the original manufacturer part the same day so I had my car by afternoon.I am very appreciative of his kindness, listening to my observations and fixing my car so quickly. It now runs like when I first purchased it. And he tried to keep the cost down for me.His receptionist was also very understanding and nice to speak with. She was able to take me home while I waited for the repair. I highly recommend the service at Spring Grove Automotive.

Steve is great he was able to tell me what the noise was that was caused after another local shop didn't do work the right way. He fixed that and did my oil and other routine maintenance and even drove me home so I didn't have to wait for a ride. Great service, great price and he is very responsive and professional with any and all questions you may have. Took my sons car we just purchased to Steve again and as always great work and not expensive at all.

Great local business that does phenomenal work on your vehicle. Quick turnaround, explains easily what is wrong with vehicle and affordable repairs. We bring all our vehicles here now.

Amazing that's all I gotta say the staff everything, I have taken both cars to get fixed and they fixed them both up fast and at an affordable price, I will be taking my cars here from now on.

I have been using Spring Grove Automotive since they first opened. Steve, the new owner, is an excellent mechanic, and has been servicing vehicles for a very long time. Most importantly, he is honest and won't recommend work that isn't needed. If there is something he cannot do, he won't hesitate to suggest another shop.Although it is a small shop, it is much more organized and cleaner than it was in the past. Because it is a small shop, there is a sense of family and trust that is less common in dealerships and big chains where you are just another face in the crowd.

I trust this place with all of my vehicles. Steve is so great! Everyone is friendly, accommodating, trustworthy. Highly recommend supporting a local small business that runs as great as my car after leaving Spring Grove Automotive.

I can't say enough about how helpful Steve has been. I have been in need of a reliable mechanic that I could trust and definitely found that at Spring Grove Auto with Steve. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't hesitate to explain what's going on and what he did to fix the issue. Also breaks out the invoice to show labor and parts so you know what you paid for.

I was refered to Spring Grove Automotive by my son who had used their services and preferred them to other businesses. I found Steve and his staff to be helpful, specific and forthcoming with both good and not so good news. I recommend them to everyone but especially to single women. Great job, Guys!

I ve never been to Spring Grove automotive before in the experience was phenomenal! I stopped and just ask when I can get my vehicle and get some brake work done Steve asked what my concerns were and he said we can do that right now for you. I ve never been to a shop where you can walk right in and be welcomed with open arms and have unbeatable service! No doubt I will be back for future work on my own cars and family.

Under new ownership!! Steve was great! Very fast and reliable, he was even able to get me a ride back to work in town. Also very very affordable! If you want a trustworthy/reliable mechanic this is your shop!

Excellent job & great service!!! He was completely upfront & didn't sugarcoat the problems. He fixed my car the same day & he didn't have too. Will be a repeat customer!! I would refer this business to all the people I know looking for automotive repairs!!!!

I used to do all the work on my cars but am no longer able; my neighbor highly recommended them and extremely glad I went there. Great people, great prices and great work!! I wish I knew about them sooner and will not go anywhere else!!

Made an early-morning appointment to have a very faint noise (rotational 'scraping' noise for 6+ months) examined. Dealer and local tire/repair chain both claimed there was nothing wrong while getting new brakes and tires in the last month. This guy looked at my car for 30 seconds and drove it around the block and diagnosed a bad wheel bearing in the front. Ordered a new bearing, installed it, and had me out the door before lunch. He took the time to explain how he knew it was bad and how he knew the other one didn't need to be replaced. He has every tool you could need and did the work like he wrote the manual on how to do it right. Super impressed! No more noise, car rides like it is new.

Beware. You get what you pay for. I thought I got a bargain on back brake rotar and pad installation by paying for my parts and being charged $100. for install. However I kept hearing noise sometimes when driving or braking went back twice to have him look at and called. Finally he actually took the wheel off and checked. He could hear but dismissed and I was told my car was old and it was rust even though it wasn't like this before he touched. Long story short the ebrake spring was damaged when the rotar was pulled and I wound up paying $339. to have a reputable company repair. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Not worth all the extra time, money and aggravation. If I could rate a Zero I would.

I drove in with a flat tire, Steve immediately took the tire off, fixed it, charged me more than a fair price, and I was on the road again in 30 minutes. Great service for an unexpected arrival at his business!!
