Car was in shop 20 days. Service decent but could improve by calling when they say they are going to call. Also, did not appreciate having to wash off mechanic s dirty handprints from the front of my vehicle. You d think they would have washed but they did not.

Every employee went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of while waiting for an oil change and tire patch. I bought Weather Tech liners the next day also and the guy happily installed them. Impressive.

We were visiting family and stopped in to physically look at a 2019 Impala. Jake was very informative, professional and engaging. He let us know that even though we were out of state he would still provide top quality customer service and he did!! Thanks Jake!!

Went here to look for a car, mine that i previously had gotten from them was totaled in an accident. I went and test drove 3 vehicles, and i have to say they are a bit overpriced. I did my homework and looked at cars online, at Pats they wanted 15,000 for a 2015 Cruze . My last car that i drove was a 2015 Malibu, looked sharp but in taking a test drive i noticed the engine light was on, thats a big no no. Who wants to purchase that? Not me. So the following day i went to Serpentini looking for a specific Cruze, i test drove it and it was perfect. Had a ton of options and was almost 5,000 dollars cheaper. So it pays to look around, it helped me find the car i really wanted.

Parts department, awesome. Sales staff friendly, service department.... I WOULDN'T EVER go back for service even if it was free!!
