I thought customer service was dead ------ until I purchased a transmission from Redline. Excellent communication and the people are very knowledgeable and have a lot of patience for stupid questions. I looked at every builder on the Internet I could find, all of them! I am sure happy I chose Redline. So easy to work with. Buy from them and you will have made the best choice possible.

After some guys I know recommended Redline Tranmission, I contacted Karl and he was very knowledgeable to know what I wanted. Went ahead with the stage 3 48re. Will take my stuff there from now on. 10/10

After a lot of research and reading reviews I decided to reach out to Redline for a transmission for my 2005 Ram 2500 Cummins. I contacted Karl and he was very knowledgeable about what I was wanting. He built me a stage 3 48RE and I drove 5.5 hours to have him install it for me. Karl and his team were amazing to work with and kept me informed about my service as I waited for it to be completed. After 2 weeks of driving on the new transmission I have to say I made the right choice. I would definitely use redline for any future Diesel needs.Service: Transmission

I don't trust anyone else with my Cummins other than Karl at RedLine. Always goes the extra mile and puts his clients first. His work is flawless, as one would expect from a guy that is nationally known and has been covered in major diesel and truck rags. I recommend him without reservation. Rachel handles all customer service issues and is great to work with. His staff are the same competent professionals there every time I show up, which speaks miles about what kind of operation Karl runs. 10/10

My 15 year old FASS lift pump died and I took it to RDP to get checked out. Karl quoted me some options, including replacing it with another FASS. He recommended a Fleece lift pump and I am so glad I went with his recommendation. My 2nd Gen Cummins runs better than it has ever before.I am definitely going back for a transmission rebuild, fuel injectors and a turbo and anything else I need for my truck.

Karl and his team did an excellent job building a stage 3 5r110 for my 06 F350. Having them build it was the best decision yet for the truck. It puts down about 650hp and it hold it so damn well now. They got the truck done when they said they would (5 days) and we re very good communicating along the way. When I picked it up the truck was clean inside and the professionalism was outstanding. I like working on my own stuff and stay away from most shops, but I will give these guys business any day! 11/10Service: Transmission

I definitely recommend Karl and his team. I ve been waiting to write this review. After burning up another transmission in my 04 ram 3500, I decided to take it to Redline. They had my truck for only a short amount of time week and half. Karl kept me up to date on everything that was going on. I went with the stage 3 build and after towing heavy a few times 12,000+ lbs I can t believe how well this truck performs! Pulls hard!! Shifts great!! The transmission is running cooler than before! Finally putting all the power to the ground!! I m really happy with the results and glad I decided to take it to Redline. Thank you to Karl and the Redline diesel power team!!!

The team at Redline provided great customer service. They go above and beyond just selling you a transmission. They responded and helped with a few issues in the process. After the first week everything seems back to normal with the truck. Time will tell on durability but I trust in their team's expertise.

I m from Utah paid in full for a stage 2 48re Karl had it built and shipped in a very decent timely manner! He s very professional and answers all the questions I ve had! I had Redline Transmissions build a stage 2 68rfe for my 2012 RAM 2500. The process was seamless and these people are super nice. I dealt directly with Karl, the owner, and he walked me thru what is best for what I use the truck for. The transmission went out in my 2016 Ram 2500, I knew I needed a good one because I tow a lot... i was referred to redline by quite a few guys and after the 1st call and speaking to Karl, I knew I got a great shop.Karl explained the different options and was very professional, yet still talked to me like I was a friend. I also had some turbo issues with the truck and they straightened it out without hesitation.Redline gets a 10/10 in my book. I put just over 1000 miles on the new transmission in 2 days after it being built and the truck runs phenomenal!I highly recommend Karl and his crew at redline!Service: Transmission

I had redline build a transmission for my 2005 dodge 3500 3 years ago. I tow my dump trailer with the truck about 150 days a year and haven't had any issues in 3 years. I just recently went back and had the trans fluid changed as well as my front and rear differential s. I was able to wait while the service was performed, it took less than 2 hours and I waited in the lounge watching TV. Dealing with redline is so easy I wish all business 's would treat you the way they do. I highly recommend them!!!!Service: Transmission

Took my 97 ram 3500 in to have them look at my transmission after paying another shop 5,000 plus to build me a "built transmission". hoping it would just be the valve body that they messed up, turned out it was ALOT more than that. decided to just have Karl build me one of his legendary stage 3 transmissions that a few of my other buddies have in there diesels. and i gotta say i have had this in my truck now for a few weeks now and i couldn't be happier with it, it launches off the line now. Karl wasn't kidding when he told me the transmission would boss the rest of the truck around, i had to turn up my idle a tad to keep my truck from idling so low! i was about to give up on this truck after being screwed over but now i couldn't have more confidence in my truck and cant wait to go back soon to get my turbo upgrade! the place really is a one stop shop for ANYTHING you need on top of being extremely nice people also. i remember first time i had work done, it was to advance timing on my 12v. after getting there after a 12 hour graveyard shift Christina handed me a remote and said "watch what you like or feel free to take a nap" they honestly make you feel like you have been friends for years, so to me it is a no brainer that i wont go anywhere else to have work done on my truck , great people, very affordable prices and a ton of cool trucks to look at what else do you need!!

Karl and his guys worked in my f650 with a 5,9 Cummins in it for me they are a top notch bunch did a great job there was a over charge when my wife paid the bill and when we went to pick it up there was a check for the difference it the truck already did not have to ask for it it was there it's great to find good people when you work on the road like we do go see Karl for anything diesel you have P.S. please see the lady from Louisiana there she's pronlay why Karl does so good. Don t recommend. Bad experience for such an expensive tranny. There 600hp 68rfe Transmission went out 2 times in a 490hp truck at the tires. the truck has 35 tires. When it finally went out the second time was told they weren t interested in working on thier Transmission that we bought from them. Do not recommend. Buy a Revv max or bd diesel tranny from a reputable company because we ended up ordering a revmax transmission after this one blew apart for the second time and they told me they wouldn t work on there Transmission.

Had a 68EFRE stage 2 for my 2012 dodge built ..redline changed fluid 15 months later..tyranny lasted 4 years..only towed landscape trailer 2 times.. one day I had NO forward and NO reverse..my truck was 4 sale.,traded it at dealer.i called redline lady told me they were a month out ,that busy.i explained my situation, that th we truck is sold..and I need help...she said "you had us build it 4 years ago"...shouldn't a custom built trans last more than 4 years..truck had 60k on it stored winters.. totally baby truck..dealer took off $10000 for blown trans... THINK TWICE BEFORE USING REDLINE..

4 stars because they do a good job but their "stage 2" transmission is only a single disc torque converter.
