We had an issue with our RV oven, which we use quite a bit. For a year, it had not been staying lit. We tried all the normal things, even replacing the pilot assembly. Two other companies tried to fix it, with zero results. I took it to George at Premier and he promised fix it. It did take quite a while (partly due to slow arrival of parts), but it's fixed! He called to say he had baked a pot pie! Our first trip out, and the oven is working well. While the communication during the process could have been more prompt, we are very happy to have a working oven!

Had an insurance claim and needed to find a place to fix my roof and wood damage. The last place I wanted to go is a dealer, so I googled places near Medina Ohio and found this place. I haven't taken my camper in yet but from working with George I can tell he will get it done right. Looking forward to follow up reviews after the roof is done.

George was wonderful! He was straight forward and get this .actually did what he said he was going to do! It was refreshing! He fixed the laundry list of problems that we had and went over the top to be upfront with us after we explained that we d had a terrible experience just a few weeks prior with repairs in another state. We can t say enough! He even checked to make sure we made it to our next location and reached out a week or two after to ensure everything was still ok. He offered for us to call and ask with questions my time if we have problems on the road .but no problems to worry about as of now! Thanks George!

May sound like a repeat of other reviews but we too found this place go above and beyond to ensure our rig was repaired AND that we were satisfied with communication and repairs. Because time and money are both at stake, one really hopes to find a shop with expertise that they can trust. My wife and I recently purchased a 2007 RV with 42,000 miles. Prior to taking it to Florida for 2 months, I had George bring it up to speed. George seemed genuinely as interested as we were in our RV providing a safe and stress free trip. We just returned after enjoying our first snow bird experience. George and Logan are GREAT! My wife and I are new full time RV'ers with many out of the gate stories to tell. Running into George is one of them.We lost our steering box about 50 miles from his shop. We had called several shops and some dealerships, and it was clear when speaking with George he knew our rig, he talked with ease about likely solutions, and cautioned us about parts, which I suspected delays as it's a 2004.So, 2 days to get a tow and we're off to Premier Auto and RV Service. George's lot has its fair share of routine work orders and the unexpected like ours. Despite his busy schedule he said he could get to ours in a couple of days and diagnose and propose a solution. We knew what we were up against and fully expected to be down a month between parts availability and scheduling.We immediately rented a car and went to an Airbnb. George gave us several food and entertainment suggestions which were all spot on. We took in Cleveland and the surrounding area, Cuyahoga National Park and did some motorcycle and ebike riding all at his suggestion.He was able to source a part sooner than expected and sent one of his guys 100+ miles to pick it up rather than wait for it to ship. It's a busy shop and we would have completely understood our place in line, but as soon as he was available (his daughter got married the day the part got in) they went right to work, and called us with the good news that it was done.After 2 weeks we were on the road again. Leading up to that day we had gone back to the shop to grab or drop off stuff and get our motorcycle that we tow behind. George always has entertaining and informative conversation, he feels like a family member you only get to see every now and again, but when you do you don't skip a beat.I can't say enough about our experience there both personally and professionally. We could not be more impressed or appreciative of the repair and service provided by George and PA&RVS. We had a 3 week RV trip planned to Montana to meet up with family. Five days before departure we realized that our lift Jake s had failed and we could not get them to retract thus we could not move. One call to George and he assured us he would make an on-site visit and get us up and running so our vacation would take place as planned. He did exactly what he promised with extremely short notice. This is the second time we have used PA&RVS and the first time was just as impressive. We are now loyal customers and would recommend this business whole heartedly. George and his team did a catalytic converter repair for me. We are selling our rv and the part wasn't going to be in before the showing. George fitted me with a test pipe so I could show my rv and not go deaf. George and his team went the extra mile to help me out because they are simply good people. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Rv and will use thier services whenever my rv needs work. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with thier service and thier kindness. After reading the reviews, I thought I would give Premier a call. Taking our motorhome back to the dealership just wasn't cutting it anymore. What a great business George has, very knowledgeable on RV's and quick turnaround. I purchased tires which he installed along with my centramatic rings. I also had them do and oil change and he topped of the fluids. We will be taking our RV back to Premier for all of our future service. Do not be afraid to give them a call. Thanks again, what a Great Team you have.

Broke down with our RV. He said it would be 2 days before he could look at it, but over the phone gave good instructions to get us limped into his shop. Then they took a look almost right away. Since it required more than a quick fix, he told us about a great camp ground (Pier Lon) not too far away, and about some good restaurants. It took 11 days to get us back on the road because Freightliner sent our parts to the wrong state. George communicated well with us, and did all he could to get us going again as soon as possible. He was more than fair with pricing. We feel like we met a trusted friend. We will be back for a visit to the area. George is a wealth of information about the area. A real good will ambassador for Medina.

Traveling through Medina with an older RV, we developed engine problems related to fuel flow. George and his team went through various scenarios of filters, fuel pump, etc. until they found the root cause. It turned out to be a fuel distribution regulator. George never made any outrageous promises, he just searched for and diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it. We are very happy and can now continue our journey. George is also a fascinating character. Take the time to get to know him.

First time RV owner and first experience needing RV repairs. Premier told me up front what needed to be done, costs, and priorities. I remember telling George up front if he treated me right he would have a lifetime customer. My RV is done, my family is camping in it, and Premier will have a lifetime customer. So thorough and communication was top notch! You really know that you are in good hands! We are new RV ers and were quite nervous. We left feeling confident that our older RV was ready for some serious travel. The owner even giving us an emergency number to call if we had any questions! Wanting to give it a good cleaning prior to our trip I checked in alone at a local campsite for the night. Immediately I ran into an issue with the sliders coming out- I called that number and George called me back within 5 minutes and in less time than that was able to inform me that my parking brake had to be completely depressed in order for the slides to operate. Unfortunately, due to my own ignorance, the batteries were all dead when I tried to leave. Intending to call my husband, I redialed the last called number and it was George! He could tell I was upset and he asked what was wrong. After I explained he insisted that I wasn t far away and he would be right there. He came in the middle of the day and explained what I did wrong, and got me going again!! WOW- what a guy! We ll never go anywhere else!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were driving our RV to Maine and our house power went out along the way. Although Premier was booked up for the next 5 days George listened to our situation and said he would get us fixed up because that's what they do. And that's what he did, within an hour and we were on our way. George is not just a good he's a GREAT Samaritan and a very knowledgeable electrician!

My RV would not start when picking it up from winter storage. It was my first time using Premier RV Service. I called and talked to George. His shop was only about a mile away from our storage lot, and he actually came to our site to help troubleshoot the problem. I had it towed to his shop and it turned out to be a bad fuel pump. Premier is very knowledgeable about RV's and took care of it like it was their own. They even cleaned the mud off the floor that I left. Very pleased with their customer service and craftsmanship!

These people are great!!!!! They saved us. We we were stuck on the interstate when the transmission went out in my RV. Every place we called said that they couldn t get to us for 2-3 weeks. We travel for a living so this was devastating. George told us that he couldn t leave us stranded and told us to have our RV towed to him. He had us out the door in 3 days and that included him having the transmission shipped in. What great, great people! I can not say enough good things about them.

It's so hard to find a good mechanic and one that you can trust- let alone one you trust with a camper. George and the Premier team are just that. We stumbled upon Premier last year when we were looking for a shop that could handle some warranty repairs on our travel trailer. We had previously taken it back to the dealer, over an hour away, for service that wasn't done right. George and his team are "good people" and his years of experience and knowledge servicing the industry are evident. They were open and honest about the process, working with the manufacturer to get our camper fixed correctly and back on the road as quickly as possible, so we could enjoy the family trips we had planned without worry. We have never experienced such personal care and attention to detail at an automotive or RV shop like we have experienced here. Premier Automotive and RV lives up to it's name!

We love these people. Our RV broke down on I271 outside of Medina Ohio late one afternoon. We knew we had to find a shop that would be able handle our larger frame. We found George and his shop. They found someone to tow our cargo trailer to his shop as well as allowing us to plug up. He rearranged so he could see use 1st that next morning. He even drove us over to get groceries and dog food. And to top things off - their work was superior. We would highly recommend them.

After fortunately breaking down close to my parents in our Damon Astoria, we were blessed to get ahold of George. He made room for our RV despite being full and squeezed us in within a week for repairs. They did a thorough job and got us back on the road so we could get home with our 4 kids. Nobody else could get us in for 4-5 weeks so we are so grateful for Premier RV Service.We highly recommend them for any service needs you might encounter.

For both my work truck and personal vehicle, I don't use anybody other than George for anything. First of all, this is the first place I've ever gone to get a vehicle worked on for anything -- you actually want to wait there for it to be finished. The whole time you're entertained, and when the work is done, you find yourself saying, "Dang, it's already time to go!?"As for the workmanship, it's honestly second to none. I travel the country for work, and I only let Premier work on my vehicles because I know they're done right and honestly without any shortcuts. My biggest complaint about George and his business is that, whenever I'm across the country and need something done, his attention to detail and transparency in his work always leaves me unsure about when I'm stuck having to use somebody else. Honestly. I find myself calling him from out of state to get his opinion before I do anything every time.My biggest deterrent with any automotive service, is that you always feel like they're assuming you don't know what they're doing and that you're being taken advantage of. George's best strength is that he makes you feel like a lifelong friend, tells you everything he's doing, and does it well. I'd drive out of my way to use his business. Highly recommend!

Traveling through Medina and had my awning ripped off from a storm earlier in my trip. George determined what I needed, ordered the parts and replaced my awning. It took 2 weeks to build it, and 2 weeks for shipping. They spent additional hours for installation due to an electrical issue with the new awning, but did not charge me extra.I would highly recommend George at Premier auto and RV repair

We were driving our Monaco Dynasty from Texas to NY, when it overheated and wecwere stopped near Medina. George found the problem was a belt that needed to be replaced we were relieved that it was something " simple". George began looking for a replacement and found it was obsolete... He worked tirelessly to find one for us... We couldn't be more pleased with the care and service we received. George even took us into town two different days while we waited(though he was very busy) and arranged for us to stay at a nearby campground (Pier-Lon) also a very nice place. We will go out of our way to bring our coach to him in the future. Great price as well.

Being a longtime RV owner, I've taken my RV to numerous service providers. I always came away from service appointments angry, frustrated, and feeling "taken" by poor work, poor attitude, poor communication, long wait times and outrageous pricing. Until - I arrived at Premier. Let me just say, George and his outfit are not only miracle workers, but exceed all expectations in terms of quality, responsiveness, value and attitude. They obviously care about their work AND about their customers. Bravo!!!!

George and his team got my RV fixed and when the job got difficult, they made it right!I brought my 30 foot fifth wheel RV in because the black water tank valve wasn't working properly. Premier replaced my valve and worked through issues to make sure the valve worked properly. It took a lot of extra work on their part and they made it right!I'll definitely be back for my RV Service needs
