Jim and Ed made it so easy for me to get my car in and repaired. It was the same day and they were beyond willing to work with my crazy situation today. They were very professional and understanding, and didn t pressure me into anything. I ll definitely be back in the future.

I have gone to NTB for a few months for various services (oil change, brake flush, tire repair) and they always offer great, timely service at a fair price. Would definitely recommend to others!

Hello! Ed has always made oil changes easy for me! It feels nice to know I always have a place to come that informs me about my car rather than just trying to sell me something! I will continue to bring my car here for the service, the kindness, and the environment.

Needed to get my winter tires put on. Called and they were super friendly and got me in SO quickly! Dropped it off at 4 and they said I could pick up before end of day. Worked with Ed and he was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Exceptional customer service!!! The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I had my Jeep in for an oil change and the Medina store far exceeded my expectations. Additionally, they were very cost friendly as compared to some of the other local establishments. I highly recommend NTB!

Great service! Called on Tuesday & got appt for today! They did oil change & price was comparable to other auto service centers. After inspection I requested; they sold me only what I needed, brakes. Another auto service center said I needed struts & NTB confirmed I do not. Will return for next scheduled service.

My 1 ton diesel truck broke on my way through OH. Called the nearest NTB and spoke to the manager (Jim) who said they would fit me in as soon as I could get the truck to the store. The staff is both professional and friendly. The assistant manager (Ed) has gone out of the way to keep me informed and to find the needed parts. I would recommend this store to both the people in the area as well as the travelers who are in need of a helping hand.

I brought my car in to get my tires and breaks done. I got an inspection and book an appointment with Jim. They were all super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend to someone!

Was in the area shopping and came out to a low tire so I thought I would stop by and see if they could help and with no questions asked they looked at my tire and put some air in it for me and sent me on my very busy way so I want to thank them and I will be back with out a second thought cause the guys where all great and the boss ( Jim) told me what I needed to be aware of just in case it got low again!!! Great crew and very Polite and professional thanks guys!!!!

I have taken my truck in a couple times for service and have been impressed with the professionalism and honest advice. Services that were not needed were not recommended or pushed.

Jim the manager was very rude and angry seemingly for me just walking in the door and I'm not sure why .... this place was a whole lot better before he took over.... fortunately Ed and the techs where way better and I feel sorry he takes his anger out on them because I heard him basically screaming at one of the techs when I came back because one of the tires I had mounted didn't have the valve stem replaced and was leaking.... Ed took good care of me right away as Jim was still angry at the world the next day when I came back ..... I won't be returning which is unfortunate for the rest of the great employees but Jim ruined the whole store ...... additionally he swore at me when I called in to say one tire was leaking when he must have thought I couldn't hear him because I had bad service

The Saturday after Thanksgiving my wife & I were traveling from Circleville, Ohio to Hinkley, Ohio. The morning was below freezing & the low pressure light came on. We looked up the nearest NTB in Medina. ( We're 20+ year customers.). Pulled in, explained to Ed the issue. He directed us into the bay immediately; checked pressure; topped off the tires; and we were on the road in 5 minutes. Ed was most cordial, professional, & accommodating. Most appreciated
