My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for years!Mostly for our tires and oil changes but have brought our vehicles here for other work.Staff are always super nice and helpful.They answered all the questions I have had! Prices are competitive with other places in the area.

I left a review a few months ago, but have had a few experiences with North Gateway since then, so I thought another, updated review was in order. I've been dealing with North Gateway for over ten years, and I can honesty say, I've never dealt with a business, particularly in auto repair, that has been more fair with me. They are upfront about costs, they are fair about pricing, and they know their business. Jim and Jeff have both been wonderful to deal with, and their responses to situations that arise are beyond the call of duty. I simply can't say enough about how good these guys are to deal with. It's the reason why I won't take my cars anywhere else.

Not a better place to buy tires or have any work performed on your vehicle other than North Gateway Tire. Great family owned and operated business, super nice employees and most important, honest!! Thank you to the N. Gateway team:))

I sent my 22yr old daughter by herself to North Gateway Tire Medina to get tires for her car and she had exceptional service! They are nothing but honest and kind.Thank you, again, for taking care of us!

First time ever making a review - but I had to! I was referred to North Gateway by our RV dealer for new tires for our travel trailer and also by a few friends. Being our camper was over an hour away at our campsite I called a few weeks ahead to schedule in advance and I was surprised that our tires were able to be ordered on that call and I was told to just call when we were ready to bring it in. I called a few days prior and no issues working out a time to drop off our trailer. Brought our trailer in the afternoon before and I was even more surprised when talking with the front desk that they would do the tires that day - fully expected to drop off and come back the next day. Under 40min after backing our trailer into a spot we had new tires and we were ready to go pulling out of the parking lot. Couldn t thank the front desk enough for the amazing service! Fair pricing too especially for servicing a trailer. Thank you to your crew for fast service and front desk for being honest and friendly. Will recommend to everyone. Thank you!!

Spent a lot of money here. Then, in December 2017, they decided to screw me over (had a problem with some tires and they insisted they didn't sell it. Finally convinced them to check their computer and voila!, they did sell them to me. Then charged me without any estimate!). Haven't been back since. Decided I might give them another shot today. Went on their website only to find they don't publish their tire prices. If I have to beg for prices, I go elsewhere immediately!!

Had an alignment on f250 2003 should of been really easy considering all front end parts where new the guy for some reason took retaining brackets off and did put them back resulting in my front end parts south as wheel bearings tie rods to have premature wear and needed to do the job again on my dime called up and they wouldn t do anything abt it as I expected

I highly recommend North Gateway Tire for services.I took my 1970 Monte Carlo there for tires and an alignment. During the process they discovered that I needed some hard to find front suspension parts.They got busy right away to locate and procure the correct parts. 53 yr old cars can be challenging, but, they took care of business.I highly recommend them for new and older cars

Amazing service. Was running late from work and arrived just as they were closing at 6:00. They not only did not make me feel rushed, the were genuine and understanding. They checked out my car and tire issue. They had found a nail in the tire and the tire was not salvageable. Rather than just leaving my car overnight in fixing in the morning, which would have been fine given the time, they repaired the tire and got me out of there within 10 minutes and at very reasonable and respectable prices. I was not a customer before but will be using them for all tire needs going forward. And I usually don't leave reviews as this is my first one but the exceptional service warranted it

I was calling around for quotes on a full break/ rotary change, alignment, and full tire service. I scheduled ahead so this would all be done right before my vacation. I haven t received the service on the vehicle yet, but man-o-man were Patrick and Mark so helpful, polite, and informative. They re prices are average based on other local competitors, and I m already impressed with the customer service. They were the nicest to talk to out of everyone I called! Highly recommend gateway just from the two phone calls I had!

I was waited on last minute close to closing ( my fault) and they were helpful and actually had my 2 tires done and mounted within an hour. Jim waited on me. He was helpful, being a woman we do get intimidated as this is in my thinking a Man's place. My husband is Frank which all of these posts are in his name.

North Gateway is the BEST. I live 30 minutes from them and so worth the drive! The whole team is the absolute BEST!!! They really helped me out this week before leaving for vacation with an unexpected situation with my car. Not only did they fixed my car but they prevented me having a huge issue while traveling in my vehicle. Thanks Pat, Jeff, Jim, and Mark!!!!

I was in a pinch because I bought trailer tires from another shop that was not able to complete the mounting process. I was getting ready to go on a trip (of course I waited until the last minute) and I needed the tires for my trailer replaced before I left. I took the tires to North Gateway and they were able to complete the mounting of my tires in less than 15 minutes.

We have taken all of our cars here for years and have never been disappointed. The most recent experience was my daughter's car broke down in medina and we were able to drive it to North Gateway but we did not have an appointment. This was August 3rd. They said the next time they could look at it would be August 16th, which I understood since we didn't have an appointment. However, it was fixed and ready to go home (at a reasonable price) on August 10th. Thank you North Gateway tire for fixing her car before she had to leave for college!

Had gone to another auto shop for regular maintenance upon recommendation of 3 people after moving from Vegas. They found all kinds of things wrong that cost me $1500. They didn't fix the minor problems but charged me for them. They put on 2 tires & said I needed all 4 but I couldn't afford it. They couldn't find what was draining the battery 24/7. N. Gateway Tire did the regular maintenance plus said my tires are fine & found the battery drain problem! Instead of costing another $1500 it was $150. They rock! Excellent customer service as well.

I feel obligated to leave a wonderful review of North Gateway. I got a flat and called several tire shops closer to my house to try and find a matching tire to my set. No one could locate a match and quoted me outrageous prices for a similar one. I called here, which knowing it s a business owned by a wonderful family should have been my first call anyway, and they not only had my matching tire in stock but it was a great price and incredibly quick service. You can t ask for more than a family owned business who treats everyone who walks in like they ve been a customer for life. They took great care of me and my kids from the start and I m thankful for the staff here for making it a great experience :-)

Been there multiple times and it seems to always take them more than one trip to fix the issues. I get a lot of nails in my tires due to the line of work that I do and they always "fix" my tires, only to have them flat again within a day to two. Going to be finding another company to use that is more competent.

Came in with a tire issue. Jim was extremely courteous and helpful! The waiting room here was very clean and comfortable. The best part was they had me in,out and back on the road in a very timely manner. I was ery satisfied with the service I received and I would highly recommend North Gateway to anyone in need or servicing or repair.

We called every shop around for 4 new tires on our boat trailer and nobody had any except this shop. They hooked us up with new tires in less then an hour despite showing up there when they had a full shop and without any notice. They were absolutely perfect for the situation I was in. If I wasn t from New Hampshire I would 100% go again! Thank you guys!

I had 4 tired installed yesterday. After driving for about 15 minutes the low inflation pressure light came on. I checked the tire pressure and they were ok. Contacted Jeff, the Manager. He told me to bring it in. They replaced a tire pressure sensor that was questionable that may have been damaged during the tire installation. They didn't charge me. I am impressed with the service and their response to my problem. I will be a repeat customer.

Been in dire situations before and normal scheduled maintenance, every time they ve exceeded our expectations- great communication, good prices, quick turnaround getting your vehicle back. The shop always seems to be busy, which makes sense, they do great work. Thanks guys, we will be back

I couldn t be more happier with the service I received here. I m so happy my mom and brother recommended this place to me! Everyone treated me so nicely here. That is so much appreciated. I couldn t believe at how good prices are here. I got both set of brakes done and new tires and a oil change done. I ll NEVER take my car anywhere else. I am beyond happy with the service and treatment I got here. Thank you to the technicians that took great care of my car and to the friendly staff. I recommended 5 people here so far and 3 brought their vehicles in and felt the same way as I do! 5 stars just isn t enough! Thank you again for everything

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I called earlier and spoke with David due to having a screw in my tire thinking I needed to get the tire replaced. When I got there a few hours later I was greeted and David took a look at my car and said they guys would pull it in and take a look at it. They were able to plug the hole and they were very honest when they could ve just sold me an expensive new tire. I really appreciate this place and a great customer service I received! Thank you again

I have been using North Gateway Tire for years. I recently called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and brake check. I was told that no appointment is needed for those services and to just come in. I did just that and I was told that it would take a couple hours. I informed the sales person that I didn t have a couple hours to sit and wait and asked to make an appointment so I could drop the car off. I was told sorry we don t make appointments for oil changes . Possibly the store doesn t want to do oil changes which is fine however they have sold me the tires and brakes that are on the vehicle. I think management needs to rethink that strategy.

I I have dealt with this company for years and have not even found another tire store that even comes close to their service and quality. They are honest, fair, friendly, prompt... I live in Parma and have no problem driving to Medina because everything they do is worth the distance. Other stores and businesses need to pay attention and see why North Gateway is so successful. And just maybe your business will do better and stay afloat in these challenging times.

Speedy, quality, and courteous service every time. I've moved out of Medina but still choose NGW over anything closer to me. The staff are excellent and respectful without fail.

We have been using Gateway Tire for 10 years. My son brought his wheels and new tires to have mounted and balanced. They scratched up 3 of 4 wheels and left a ton of glue on the wheels for him to take 2 hours to clean off. He went in and told the guy he damaged 3 rims and the guy told him he was going to play games today. GWT took 3 pictures before service,and they were taken so close you couldn't see very well. They both started getting mouthy with each other. So much son left. Needless t9 say, we will not be going back. Moral of this story: If you choose nice wheels, take them elsewhere if you want a company to take care of the things you paid your hard earned money for. If you don't care about them nicking up your wheels, then by all means, go here. We are now waiting for a refund as my son had gotten another alignment with correct numbers, so I have bumped to a 3 star for the current issues. Thank you Jim.

Sent to gateway tire todayGreat service and highland support but a questionWhy were no girls tennis players ever selected for athlete of the month? The team was ranked 8th in the state...we had 2 all state selections (sgambati and pawlak) and the entire 7 girls made all county (never been done before) including one who was 2 time player of the year in the county....??
