They've always done a good job here. I had to have my brakes replaced and they took the time to take a look at them thoroughly before I made the appointment to have the work done. That way I knew what it was going to cost and they knew what parts needed to be ordered. Just the way it should be. And they did an excellent job.

I was far from home and had to stop here due to a flat tire emergency. They were very helpful and got be back on the road quickly. Nice clean place and very professional.

Great service I was there a couple hrs it was worth it very much Cory was the tech that put new rotors/breaks and calibers on/Ken manager was the best too got me in no appointments needed either. remember this to all what ever u get your vehicle done by these guys u want them to take there time putting parts on or whatever there doing to your do not rush them anyway. Cory also took my car for a test drive also to make sure everything was great.thank u guys for your great services.

was passing through and needed a tire repaired. walked in and was really surprised to see the manager yelling at staff in front of customers. pretty unprofessional if you ask me. I left and had my tire fixed elsewhere

Customer service here is immaculate absolutely amazing, service was quick and easy and they were very helpful and responsive when I asked something or needed more of an explanation! 10/10

I've had my 1991 mr2 aligned here before and they did a pretty good job. They're also one of the few places around here that know how to do 2pc/3pc aftermarket wheels for new tires/balancing

Hell of great place and customer service. Had an emergency tire repair, and they jumped right on it. Joe is the man. Super friendly and great sense of humor. Thank you, Joe, for helping us out at the last minute. You gained a customer for life. MR. TIRE, GIVE JOE A RAISE!!

This shop is all about, "top notch customer service!" Don't bring your vehicle here unless you expect anything less. You get what you pay for. So... if you want to save a buck, go somewhere else!Just ask for Ken or Eric. They will take care of you and more!Sincerely,Greg K. 2007 Ford FusionP.S. Hey Doug M. ... If you are getting a set of new tires, an alignment is industry standard. It's a safety protocol! Again, expect this shop to go above and beyond because that is what they do.

We were two hours away from home and four hours away from our destination when we had a tire blow out. This happened at 640pm on a Thursday evening and no, we did not have a spare on board.She called TripleAAA while I jumped on Google without much hope of finding anyone still open. And there it was Mr Tire, Medina Ohio, open until 7pm.I called, explained the situation that we were in unfamiliar territory and had to wait for AAA. Randy was very kind and assured us that he would be there whenever we got there.Outstanding service, HUGE thanks to both Randy and Justin for sticking around to help us out. We were in the middle of a 17-hour drive when we realized one of our tires was about to blow out. We called Mr. Tire, and even though they were supposed to close soon for the weekend, they squeezed us in and changed out our tires and adjusted our alignment to prevent any further issues, staying late to finish the work. Very grateful for their service!

Brought in car for tires. When I picked it up, they had done an alignment as well. I had only authorized tires. When I asked why didn't they call me before doing additional work, the clerk said he was out of the store all day and couldn't call me, so he just told his worker to do it. Problem was I had already made arrangements for an alignment elsewhere. Filed a complaint with corporate. Got a call the next day from store manager and he said he would refund me the alignment since I didn't authorize it. Well, been over 3 weeks and still no refund.Update. It took getting mr tire corporate involved a second time. I did finally get a refund but it took over a month.

Wow !! Exceptional service and customer service. Walked in and was greeted by Bob immediately and received excellent and prompt service. Price was very good as well. Went in for a routine oil change and to see the level of attention; will be back tomorrow for brakes.

Fantastic service! Dropped car off for an oil change about an hour before close, wasn t expecting to have it back till the following day however I received a call about 35 mins later saying it was done and I was able to get it back same day! Would recommend this place. Fast and efficient service! Thanks Mr.Tire

i cannot thank these guys enough!! i was very open about having little to no car knowledge& nick and kevin (i believe their names were) explained everything to me, & truly didn t try to upsell anything or make me overpay they showed me everything they did& told me why they did it. they stayed after closing to finish up on my vehicle on a saturday which i was so grateful for. truly cannot sing their praises enough, i wish i could give them 20 out of 5 stars.

Best place for your auto needs. I had several estimates and told I needed more work done than necessary. This Mr. Tire was honest, reliable and did great work. Did I mention the manager is professional and great to work with? The mechanic was knowledgeable and did a fine job. Nice people at this place. Highly recommend.

For decades I have been the customer of a large tire/repair chain with no real complaints. A year ago I stopped into a Mr.Tire nearby and was told they would take great care of me. Right? This store has not only lived up to their promise ..they have gone far and above what I ever expected. The staff is amazing and have not only done what needed to be done but have advised and created a trusting relationship. These guys are wonderful!!

I had a screw get stuck in my tire and needed it repaired quickly. I called and they got me in within a few hours. I have never actually had a tire be repairable, but they removed the screw and repaired the tire and charged a very reasonable rate. The staff was very friendly and didn't try to take advantage of my situation. I would be a return customer when needed.

What a great experience using Mr. Tire. I had purchased tires off Tire Rack and had them shipped to the preferred installer (Mr. Tire -Medina Oh). I called and got scheduled for installation next day. They took great care of my needs and done in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for the caring and providing a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Tyler got me in so fast right when they opened after leaving for an 8 hour business trip and blew a tire flat right off 71. I was in and out in under 25 minutes so I could get back on the road in a quick, affordable way. Never have had service like this be so kind, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you, Tyler!!

Just had a great experience with the Medina Mr. Tire and the Manager Ryan. I stopped after they had technically closed desperate for someone to check my tire as I was quickly losing pressure and leaving for vacation early the next morning. Ryan was so quick to help and filled up my tire and offered to have it looked at 1st thing in the morning, as there were no technicians still there. Sure enough, the tire went flat over night and we called Ryan 1st think the next morning. He said to absolutely bring the car up and he would squeeze us in and get us on the road to our vacation ASAP. He did just that! We were so impressed and pleased with the customer service provided. I would highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back. Thank you Ryan for the excellent customer service!

I hate doing this, I run my own store and feel like it comes back in karma, however I don't understand why. On 7/13 I scheduled an online appointment to get a tire fixed, Found a coupon for a free repair on your website. Took over an hour and a half to patch the tire. I presented my coupon when I first arrived. When my car was just about ready they rung me up. $28. I asked if my coupon wasn't valid. They changed the price to $11. Which I am fine with, nothing is ever free, shop fees etc. 07/16 I left for work in the morning and felt a pull to right front which is the tire they repaired. Hard to break too. I get out after I arrive at work, flat as a pancake. Same day I drive it back missed closing time by 15 minutes.07/17 I leave work early to ensure I'm there before they close. 5:55 pm the door is locked and the lights are off. I'm pretty upset. I call the number stating they are hiring technicians. Someone answers, we go back and forth if they are open or closed, the man identifies himself as the manager and no technicians are on site. I asked about the hours of operation and need my tire repaired again that they already repaired once. He is very defensive, hangs up the phone and storms out of the store to the parking lot begins pacing around my car. Looking for the flat, offers for me to leave it overnight. No thank you. We discuss the techs not being there again and how he is the manager and can't do anything for me today. I explain this was my first and last explain Mr. Tire. He then states he sent his tech home due to a family emergency and his mother is in the hospital and what is he supposed to do keep them there. Nope, but maybe apologize for my frustration and tell me the hospital story at the beginning of the conversation instead of the end, because it kind of seems made up at that point, he stormed off and went back inside.

Came here to have 4 tires installed and a wheel alignment. The service was good, although when the mechanic pulled the car around he sped through first gear then hugged the corner of the shop in my car. Driving it like he stole it, very unprofessional. All I heard while in the waiting room was my custom exhaust hitting high RPMs then swinging around the corner. I figured I'd take my car there while I'm in town since I needed tires. I do not recommend this place if you are planning on getting anything done and you don't want your car beat on whether you are there waiting or you leaving it there. So if a mechanic is having a bad day expect your car to take a beating at this place.

Have had great experiences with Mr. Tire! Ever since Ryan the manager took over, everything has been smooth sailing. They re very accommodating, quick, and customer friendly. They always make sure you know exactly what they re doing to your vehicle and are more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

Ordered new tires and set up appointment. Was told everything was good and to be in 8 am Saturday for the tires. Show up and the guy can't find my info and never Ordered the tires needed. Wont go back. Spend the extra and go to goodyear
