I have had Mighty Auto work on my cars for a few years now and they have always been thorough and done good work! They are very communicative and they don't try to force unnecessary repairs on you! They do a multi point inspection that tells you what urgently needs done, what can wait and what doesn't need fixed. They also work with you on loaner cars and their waiting room is so amazing and always clean!! They have snacks and drinks, a treasure chest full of goodies for the little ones to pick something out of. The receptionists always have a cheerful tone to their voice so it's always refreshing calling and they are so chipper to be doing their jobs!

Mighty Auto Pro did an excellent job on undercoating our new car! I cannot tell you how impressed I was at how organized their entire operation was! The receptionist was always kind and helpful, their rental car was in pristine condition, and not to mention...but I have to...their facility was spotlessly clean! Their auto messages kept me informed on when the car was completed! We will definitely be back for future services! Thank you Mighty Auto Pro!

There are many reasons why I take my Prius to Mighty Auto Pro. Foremost among those reasons is that every employee I have encountered listen to my concerns and willingly explain justifications for the services they are recommending. Without objection they complete the services I approve and do not quibble over the services I decline. I never leave dissatisfied. Recently I needed a replacement headlight. That service was provided on the very day I phoned. I was impressed.I know next to nothing about the way a car works and I am not interested in learning. Lucky for me I know I can find people who do know about auto mechanics. I feel I can trust the staff at Mighty Auto Pro.

The group at Mighty Auto Pro are amazing across the board. We take all 4 of our cars there. Their free loaner is convenient and the inspections they do help me feel safe and knowledgeable about what is going on with our vehicles. Josh always takes time to explain every visit and is always honest. I wouldn t go anywhere else!!!!

Mighty Auto Pro has been my family's auto repair shop for several years. They keep our high mileage vehicles well maintained and have been able to fit in several emergency repairs the same day I called. Cannot say enough good things about their work and customer service.

Mighty Auto Pro does an exceptional job maintaining all of my vehicles. Their customer service is top notch and they are very easy to work with. I especially like the night lock box pick up option!

Been a customer for over a decade. Have always been happy with the service and quality of work. Loaner cars and shuttle service are a great perk when you can't make other accommodations. I see some negative reviews regarding price, but I've always found them to be comparable to others in town. Wish they would bring back the customer club discount card.

Great place to take your vehicle. The staff is very friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of you. I like they have free drinks and snacks if your in their waiting area. I like that they do inspections on you vehicle and show you pictures of what need fixed.

Always have been helped from maintenance to having a vehicle I wanted to buy gone over by them, because I can trust them and the results. Always give beyond what is needed and inform me of same. Trustworthy.

Took my 2010 Dodge Avenger in for oil change, tire rotation and few other items that needed fixed. The online scheduling is easy. Once again I was able to utilize one of their loaner vehicles. Josh once again explains what needs done and I give the okay. This shop has been my go to shop for quite sometime. I appreciate them! Was referred by a colleague who lives in the area. Although the shop is an hour away from me, I will certainly be back for all other auto needs. The experience was stress and anxiety free, from scheduling all the way through pickup. This shop has achieved a perfect balance of customer service, mechanical expertise, and 21st century technology to run an efficient business.They call you each step of the way as well as text and email you inspection reports (with photos and explanations) with recommendations for work that needs to be done or should be done soon. They talk through several options and lay out the full pricing with zero hidden fees or surprises, which they send via PDF with itemized breakdowns for parts, labor, and taxes, so you know exactly what you pay at pickup.I was assigned a personal shop pro (Mike) who talked to me on the phone at least once a day and also texted me with follow up information. He was very upfront and honest about everything going on with my vehicle and even did some additional research into some design flaws/issues that my make and model have so as to be sure that the information and recommendations they had were accurate.Highly recommend this shop.

I called last minute and they got me right in! No funny business! They kept me updated and even called to let me know it was gonna be a little bit longer to figure out all the problems! They sent me a text link to the diagnostic and called me! I was ready to make the fixes and they got right on it and was completed that day! From the first phone call they were sweet and kind! The shuttle was able to take me where I needed to be once I dropped it off!! I even got a monkey on my mirror when I picked it up!!

This place earns their stars. The office and service staff were phenomenal. I never felt a hint of stress during the whole process when I brought in my old Infiniti.They did a great job accommodating my schedule and the mechanic I spoke with was concise and professional. It was the third shop I went to as my initial estimates seemed bogus. Glad I was skeptical because I saved a lot of money and my car is running great now.You are making the right move if you decide to give this place a shot with your vehicle. Cheers to all the staff there, really helped me in a pinch.

I'm posting this to help my friends, family, and neighbors I see leaving good reviews because they don't know they're being ripped off. I'm begging the community to PLEASE STOP letting this place take advantage and fool you! They prey on those they assume have expendable income and zero mechanical knowledge by wining and dining you with candy/coffee, being overly friendly and rides home etc.. all while they rob you.I know from experience only because my extended warranty insurance company forced me to go here. I knew right away it was a scam but had no choice. That was a long time ago and I don't care anymore, but I'm disgusted when I keep seeing people in the community rant and rave about this place when I know they've been taken advantage of.

The team here at Mighty Auto Pro is awesome to work with! Professional, friendly, and excellent customer service each and every time. Love the personal touch they provide both before dropping my vehicle off and after picking it up. They've always handled any issue with my Jeep to my satisfaction, plus more. Never pushy on anything either. Would highly recommend going to them for any of your car repair needs!

Fabulous marketing, treatment of client couldn't be better. I have only had 1 problem with undercoating being left on door jams. I have reported this, and they are addressing the issue. Other than that, perfect.

Great experience, went for the rust proofing service, explained everything without being pushy. Was given a courtesy car to use over night while they worked on my car, overall very professional. It seems there is not one detail missed in their business. They even sent me home with a goody bag

Mighty Auto Pro was fast, incredibly thorough, and professional. Their email summary included pictures and there was no pressure to buy. They also sanitized my keys and left me a gift pack in the car to wipe down the inside of the car. Incredible service. Strongly recommend them.

Extremely fast friendly and professional, I was in a bind as my brakes went out and they were able to get me in and out the same day on a minutes notice...owner is attentive and on site and very professional...would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of auto work done

Mighty Auto Pro has been so great to us for about 3 years. We ve used them for routine inspections, oil changes, strut/shock repair etc and they have done a wonderful job every time. They are always so kind, and offer rides to and from the shop while the car is in their lot. Customer service is awesome and the prices are very reasonable.
