Cory and Nick make a Great Pair! They both showed me Great Courtesy and Respect on a super busy Saturday. They made my decisions about what things to fix on my older truck and in what order easy to understand. I found them to be personable and honest. I have trust in the team at Midas Medina. Very dependable and polite. Nick helped me with everything from setting up my appointment with a quote, looking over my car before they began service to make sure it was needed and even checked on me often while I waited for my car to be done as well as offering updates throughout my experience. It was a great experience and the men here work very hard and do great work. Thank you all for the help!!!

Excellent service and a very fast repair for a great price! They did a great job with quickly fixing my flat tire for free with their free flat tire repair coupon. I recommend them for repairing flat tires. Thank you Medina, Ohio Midas for fixing and repairing my flat tire so that I can continue using and driving on my same tire and I do not need to buy and get a new tire until this tire's tread is worn.Service: Tires

Arrived 5 minutes before closing and my auto issue was handled without hesitation. They clearly explained the exhaust issue and what work they did to correct it. On top of that the customer service was excellent and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I came into this shop thinking that my car would need more work then what it did. These guys took it in, gave me it a look (for free) and was able to help me get the fixes I needed at a much better rate then what I thought. They were very good at communicating with me on what the problem was and other things I should look out for in the future. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle service needs.

Couldn't be happier with the friendly, fast service I received. I called around 130 asking if they take walk ins and how busy they were as I had a 445 appt. To get to. They said that shouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, every bay was full, and I realized my appt was actually 345, not 445. When I shared this with the gentleman, He assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Well, they delivered, and I arrived to my appt 20 minutes early! Job well done!

Had Full suspension replaced along with new tires. Reasonable price for a much needed TLC. Vehicle feels like new and road ready for upcoming trips. Thanks to Nick and crew for job. will be coming back to keep up with tires service

Booked an online appointment. They confirmed it. My husband and I drove 30 minutes to get there. Then they decide to let me know they don t have the tires in stock and I can reschedule my appointment.

Genuinely the best auto place in medina. Super friendly and you can tell the store manager Nick ACTUALLY cares!!!! Super good deals n such. Doesnt treat you like ur stupid if you dont know what youre talking about lol. Going to go there for my car needs!

The individuals at this Midas are very fair and really work hard to find a good solution for both parties. We recently had a situation where both of our cars were there for major repairs (transmission/power steering) it was a bad situation and was going to put us out a lot of money. They worked with us and helped save thousands of dollars. We are so appreciative and will be lifelong customers!

Unfortunately I was told two weeks ago that my tires were wearing faster than they should be and that the tread was well below where it should be per the mileage listed and reviews by Corey (the manager who replaced Dave). These tires are well within their warranty with the company who makes the tires, and so I had him sign and confirm these numbers he quoted me and was told I could make my appointment the following week when I got back from my trip. Which I did. So I dropped my car off today for the tire replacement, and was called 2 hours later to be informed they could no longer complete this service because I was misquoted. He now says my tires are wearing down improperly due to them being overinflated which is a lie because they weren t overinflated until just last week for my trip (to assist with being more economical and fuel efficient). It is my belief this company is now no longer honoring the legacy left behind by the previous management, which was what brought so much loyalty and referrals. I m very disappointed and will no longer be returning here nor will I refer anyone to go here. All I am asking is that my tires be replaced since they are under warranty and have worn out much sooner than they should. There was even a customer in the shop who verified my mileage and the tread and agreed it was insane how fast they had worn down. I do not understand why the sudden change of tune from the new manager. To tell me this cannot be completed after telling me (and putting it in writing 2 weeks ago) that it would be taken care of. Very disappointed. I have a paper document showing Corey s signature and his number quote for the tread assessment when I find it I will add it to this review.Service: Tires

REVISED REVIEW!!! Had my sons car taken to Midas for a grinding. They said it was his left front half shaft. I get it fixed. I get the car back and in less then 24 hours the car has gone through 3 full jugs of transmission fluid. I took it back up there yesterday and I called this morning because there as NOTHING wrong with the transmission. I got attitude and was told they would look at it when they have time. I advised that the car not leaking when I gave it to them in the first place. And that I do not want to have to deal with corporate again because of ANOTHER ERROR by this specific employee. A few months ago I also had another car up there with the same employee in charge they did work the car didn't need charged me for it and then had to REFUND me for the part and labor because it was not needed and did not fix the problem. I am hoping that they step up and fix another mistake made by them so that I can revise the review. It is sad that the quality of service has gone down since Dave is no longer there. And I guess I will be looking for a new shop that knows what they are doing and doesnt try and rob the customer. CORY WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM IT WAS WITH THE NEW PART THEY HAD JUST PUT ON. First the individuals I dealt with were very friendly and professional.The work they did on my car did not live up to the initial impression. I own a Subaru and needed a new flex pipe on my exhaust. When I got my car back the exhaust pipe was rattling against the underside of my car. I immediately drove it back and they drove it around the block. Then pulled it back into a bay to look at it. I was told that it was "known" issue with Subarus and the noise I was hearing was the heat shields not the exhaust pipe, and if I wanted they could "rig something up for me". In fact the heat shields is a known problem with my car. The tech even walked me under the car to show me the problem. Sure enough there were a few missing bolts on my heat shields. However, that was not the source of the problem. I simply told the guy to just put my car down and I promptly drove off.I ended up taking it to another local muffler shop to finish the repair correctly. The flex pipe was installed incorrectly placing my exhaust pipe too close to the underside of my car. They also installed a new front exhaust hanger that needed replacing. Both stopped the exhaust pipe from banging. While they were at it, they replaced the missing bolts on my heat shields. Ironically, there was no need for them to "rig something up". All that was needed was a job done correctly.Save yourself some time and find another shop to repair your exhaust. There simply isn't a "Midas Touch" in Medina.Service: Exhaust

There are a few things that make a good mechanic shop these days and this store nails them. The customer service is great and they explain what services are pressing and what can wait. Mark made my first experience at Midas an awesome one.

I made an appointment at Midas to get my brakes, rotors, and pads fixed. I was going to try to get an oil change done some time that week and David White, the manager, said he could get it done same day, so I took him up on that offer. I came to this place of business because of the high reviews. That is a huge deal for me and to be honest, I was quite impressed just being there. If there was more than a 5 star review,This place would get it. The manager, David, was not only honest and caring towards me, but also every customer that walked in the doors to get their car fixed. He is a very genuine and kind man who is compassionate about his work and caring of each individual person. If you looking for a good car place to get your car fixed, and not be stirred wrong, this is the place to go. I will be coming here from now on with any issues I have.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Manager was changed and I got ripped off on service that was not done right. Did not listen to my needs and expectations were not met. Last time I will be going there.Addition: they charged me for $200 to change my 1 - TPMS senors out. And the same cost you can go to Discount Tire to change all 4 and they didnt do right because my Tire warning come on all the time. I wouldnt recommend going here. Back Yard Mechanic specials

I can't say enough good things about this Midas location. Dave and the guys in this shop care about the customers and doing right by them. We waited for a month for the Jeep dealership to get a hanger for our exhaust system in order to keep more damage from happening to the vehicle. One of Dave's guys in the shop is a fabricator and ended up fabricating the hanger that we had waited on for weeks. Currently they are saving me over $1,000 for a drive shaft on the same Jeep. Thought it might have been CV joints which are by far cheaper and we were already to replace those but upon inspection found out that it was the drive shaft. Could have had a drive shaft the next day but rather than spending $2,400 or more they found a drive shaft that was $1,000 cheaper with the caveat that I had to wait 7 to 10 days. Quality work, honest people, and just plain great work. This is my go-to shop in the area.Update: Drive shaft took less than an hour today to replace and came in on time. The source that they were supposed to get the new one from ended up not being able to provide it and they still found one and made good on the quoted price even though I know that the replacement cost more. This is exactly why Dave and his guys have earned my trust, my respect, and will continue to keep my business.Thank you, Dave and thanks to Midas for providing outstanding service.

When they don't want to do the work on enterprise trucks they make every excuse not to be able to do it. I was even told they no longer work on diesel ..Called corporate and they said they were unaware . Enterprise was also unaware. Pretty sure the mechanic Cory just didn't want to be bothered by it. I guess midas can afford to lose the 400 they charge enterprise for oil and fuel filters.. wasted my time and lost my business. This place went downhill since the old manager left.

Just left with another superior experience. I have used this location for the past two years and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. The service is top notch,very thorough and efficient. They were actually horrible , I just brought my car back to them over a warranty on my brakes , they called me back and told me I was going to get charged around 900 bucks for all around brake pads to get replaced, rotors and a new caliber for the front of my vehicle.. I had a friend work on my car and turned out all i needed was one rotor on my driver side and front pads . DID NOT NEED A CALIBER AT ALL. My calibers are almost in new condition. I would not recommend Midas to work on anyone's vehicle.

So thankful for this team, they repaired my tire in 30 mins after a nail got stuck in it. Their customer service was exceptional, very professional, and honest. Which is so important when getting work done on your car. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs!Service: TiresService: Tires
