Best Dealership Experience Ever!After car shopping in MI trying to get the most equity out of my trade I called Medina Auto Mall in Ohio. They offered me more for my trade than any dealerships in Michigan which got my new lease payment lower than any other dealership. I arranged the purchase by phone/email and drove over 3 hours the next morning to pickup my new truck. Everything was exactly as expected when signing documents and I was in and out in 45 minutes. My sales person Alan was excellent on the phone to make the deal happen. I appreciate that he was knowledgeable, professional and made sure my visit was quick and easy. Can t say enough about how good my experience was!

Very friendly and not pushy. Let us walk around and was happy to answer questions. Fast service. Knew what we wanted and he made it happen in our price range. If looking for a car, go there and ask for Cody. You won't be disappointed.

Had to schedule recalls over a month out. Day of appointment both their diesel technicians call off and I received no courtesy call. My wife ended up driving 40 minutes with our child just to be turned around and rescheduled almost another 3 weeks out and no attempt to make it right. I'm a service advisor myself so I couldnt take it in as i work the same hours they're open. I understand things happen but this is unacceptable.Edit: After coming back for the service the guys were very friendly and helpful. Offered me a military discount on parts.

Oil change was over an hour. While I was there I was talking to a guy who was getting a battery replaced said he was about to go into hour 5 waiting with almost no "update" other than not ready. I don't mean to question his or the dealerships integrity but he was really agitated and seemed pretty genuine. However my experience was decent and I understand experiences may differ. Mine may have been pretty decent, the guy I talked to not so much.

Purchased my vehicle less than a year ago and haven't even put 10k miles on it and my check light is on. The vehicle was their service loaner prior to me purchasing it. I contact the service department to schedule to have it looked at and was told they are scheduling out a month for service. I wasn't even wanting to wait for my vehicle. Was going to drop my vehicle off and leave it with them for the day. They were no help at all and kept insisting nothing is available till next week. I was able to get my vehicle into another dealership. They have definitely lost my business and will not be recommending this dealership!

Brett A the salesman he was just great not pushy at all worked his butt off showing us every thing we wanted to see. If you need a car ask for him you can't ask for anyone better.

This is truly a fun place to shop everybody there is friendly and helpful not just to get into your pocketbook but to help you with anything that you need not what they want to put you in it's been a great experience and I will be back as long as these guys keep the same attitudes I'm going back. Believe it or not I have purchased three vehicles there in the last month, long story, and I took my sister-in-law there and they helped her out as well. Wonderful people

Dealer service departments are generally the reason I avoid dealer service (& new vehicles, for that matter.) Medina Dodge was a pleasant surprise. Advisor Chad & Tech Tom worked with me & my budget on my old truck, keeping me informed on what they found, what it would cost, & what options I had, throughout. I'd heard good things, & was surprised to find it was true! Highly recommended.

Wasted my time. I was clear that I needed to do as much online as possible and didnt have all day to sit in dealership. Already had financing. Picked out car. Drove 45 min to get there and the car had a lot of damage that they strategically hid in photos and was not disclosed in phone calls and emails. Talked in circles about their body shop could fix it. Ummm then why wasn't it already fixed? You just wasted my time. This is why I hate dealerships. Don't play games. Be open and honest and let people make informed decisions.

Bought a car from them. Great service. But, drove it home and it stalled out. Showed me the carfax before and the "72" point check.. I'm no mechanic but I've worked on cars before. Wanted me to make an appointment Monday when I proceeded to tell them it won't make it nor run.. probably the turbo. I live 25mins away. Pushing out black smoke. No RPMs. Traction on. Said it was great to drive! But No loaner car to give me for the weekend? So I can work? And also didn't get anything for my other car even though they advertised "5k over KBB and keep your payments" Shouldn't have a problem with a car within 20mins of buying it and driving on the highway. Hopefully it's done today or I'm going somewhere else. Nothing in return for the trouble neither. SMH. Guys up front were great. But mechanics or whenever works on their cars...idk. Our salesman, Ameer, provided us with a wonderful experience, was knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Do not let his youthful appearance fool you, Ameer is brilliant and genuine. He stressed that he wants us to be his customer not just today, but for years to come. He certainly proved that to us throughout the day and we could not recommend him more as a sales person. Also, Brad in finance is an invaluable member of the Team. We cannot thank you all enough for taking your time with us and not rushing through the process :D

Our Salesman Matt was awesome and so helpful. He keep us updated on everything they were doing. Even though they were backed up all day we were shown such attention and understanding. There was also a place for our kids to play which was very nice.

Been to a couple Jeep dealerships in the area I live in Cleveland. The appointments are always a month or 2 out. And you can't get ahold of anyone so I started coming to this one and I gotta say 5 stars isn't enough. They are quick, honest and do great work and are knowledgeable and always answer whatever questions I need. Quality work from quality people. Thank you for the great service I'll always be a customer here!

We purchased a new 2020 Rubicon. Sale went well no issues great trade in value great price on the Jeep. However the service department is horrible. Service manager was not helpful at all actually very rude. I have a noise/vibration that starts at 60mph and never goes away. Made an appointment to have it looked. Went on a test drive with Ron the service manager and he was so rude to me I didn't even leave the Jeep with them. He actually told me if I wanted a car that was quite and tracked straight I should have bought a Cadillac and to take my Jeep to another dealer. Not a great way to build a new customer relationship!!!!!

Did a trade in no issues during sale however, four days later transmission is messed up. After a two week run around went up there in person and we will see if they walk their talk....

Our sales person Sean was AWESOME! He helped us find the perfect vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo). Was patient & spent time with us in finding an SUV that hubby was able to get into & that would accommodate a wheelchair.

Very disappointed that they were incapable of fixing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even worse was they refused to even try. Ron the service manager was the rudest a person I'd ever met. Brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on and a broken piece of plastic on my DEF injector. I swapped the DEF injector piece out so it was fixed. I said all they had to do was drive it for a little bit and the trouble codes for the DEF injector would go away. Then the other codes could be addressed under an FCA extended warranty. Service manager refused to drive it one mile. I picked the vehicle up drove it one mile and it reset like I said it would. Wouldn't buy here, they don't service their vehicles.

Today Scott took care of me and he was fantastic. The three service guys, Scott, Chad and Tom are the best! The mechanics do excellent work too! I've been coming here since 2014 & NEVER had a problem! Thanks guys!

Chad Paul, the service consultant was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.He went out of his way to resolve my issue.Hard to find people like that in this day and age, usually I get we don t do it and I don t know who does .It s the employees that make the difference in how we view a business.

Working with Bradley k. Spent nearly an entire day in the dealership. Ultimately having to leave without answers because we had things to do. Didnt return phone calls, we had to continue to call in. Says hes looking into things, talking to this person or that person, but you dont hear anything back for hours. This is day 4 of trying to communicate. Been waiting all day, since 9 am, for a phone call from finance he said I would get yesterday and never did. Communication is absolutely horrible, the lack of explanation, just a very frustrating experience.

This review is for the jeep/dodge/ram section of the dealership. I am overall not happy with my experience. I leased a jeep this past month and was promised the jeep wave program. When I asked about it in specific my rushy salesman said "yes it will be in the paperwork" so I log online and guess what? NO JEEP WAVE AVAILABLE TO ME. I was PROMISED this by the salesman. He also has been blatantly ignoring my texts about the jeep wave program. I have called and left numerous messages for the sales manager to call me at this dealership and STILL NO CALL. I HAVE EMAILED. TEXTED. On top of it, the jeep that they gave me has defective speakers. You would think the sales manager out of all people would be concerned about 1. How the salesman are treating the customers with concerns AFTER the deal... 2. The customers satisfaction with the dealership as a whole. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointing experience. Went in based on an facebook advertisement. Was told I would receive the 'VIP' treatment, which was far from the case. I went in and clearly described my situation and finances and then they proceeded to waste 2hrs of my time with the run around and presenting options completely out of the price range we discussed and ultimately I left feeling like I was deceived and my time was completely wasted. Would NOT recommend.

This is specifically for the service department for Mopar. Bad service. The department had a line backed up to grt their cars in and the guy who is in charge of doing all the paper work sat outside the office in everyone's view and just kept chatting. Even his colleagues that kept coming in made comments about it. They weren't qualified to do the paperwork so they couldn't help us. Finally after enough people in the room started getting angry, I went out and interrupted their conversation and asked for help. He was so irritated I did this he wouldn't acknowledge or look at me. He just walked back in mad but at least he started working again.

I have been a customer here for a little over 3 years now, and it seems whenever I need something done, whether it be service or sales, I always have an instant response. The sales and service teams here are extremely responsive to all customer needs and it blows my mind. Very hard working team.

Tim Rollins and Roger Luttrell will forever have my business. I wanted a black Canyon Denali, they had two in stock, gave me a fair offer on my trade and the price on the truck was as promised online (including incentives obv). These guys won't waste your time and have the best prices in the state, possibly country. My sales guy was Paul Toth so shout out to him too. Time is money, save both and give them your biz.
