This was the best experience we have had and we have leased over 10 vehilces. Eddie (Eyad) Qandalaft is a wonferful sales person and made us extremely comfortable during the entire process. The sales (Jeff Gircsis) and finance manager (Rodger) were also very kind. We were treated great and there were no "sales pitches". We plan to be return and highly recommend Eddie and the Medina Auto Mall to everyone.

Went a few days ago to upgrade an XTS to another Cadillac or Buick. The salesman wasn't very interested in showing us all the car options that were available. I needed to push for some answers and assistance, specs, pricing, models, etc.. Once we figured out what model we were interested in, they didn't honor the deal that was running that was all over the news. Not very happy with the service & how we were treated. Ended up buying somewhere else! Never let a lead walk out the door.

Took my encore in for its 1st service, fast, friendly staff greeted me and took my car in right away , service was preformed under the allotted time frame given and they gave it a quick bath. My only issue was the car wash... they need to rinse better. But all in all 5 stars

From check in to check out it was a great experience. The entire service department staff was so nice and welcoming. They even wash your car after servicing it. If I didn't live 40 mins away they would be my go to Cadillac dealership. Who knows I may just go to them from here on.

Great service experience thanks to managers Tim Rollins and Jeff Gircsis who intervened on my behalf. Highly recommend this dealership for service. Service advisor is a gem, great to see her there regardless of day or time, like she's a permanent fixture.

I worked with Scott who is a newer salesman at the Medina Auto-mall on a lease for a 2022 Cadillac XT6. In addition to Scott, I was working with many other Cadillac dealerships across Ohio and Michigan to find the best car and the best deal. Out of all the dealerships and salesman, Scott offered the best experience by far. His professionalism, attentiveness, and customer service were excellent. The transparency and comfort level I felt with Scott don t compare to the other interactions I had with salesman at other dealerships. If you re in the market for a new or preowned vehicle, I highly recommend Scott at the Medina Auto-mall!

Went in for recall airbag in my husbands truck and I was greeted very nicely by Andrew Leonhard one of the service adviser's. Andrew gave me excellent service. To all at Medina Cadillac you are fantastic. Thank you for all you do.

I really like this dealership. I have had my vehicle at the dealership many times for normal maintenance and also a few problems. They were very willing to take care of everything. I have a very nice vehicle and when they gave me a car to use while they had mine and I really appreciate that.

My experience at Medina Cadillac was excellent. From the moment I stepped into the dealership I felt comfortable and was treated with respect. Specifically our salesperson, Joe Martin, did a fantastic job. I will be a repeat customer at Medina Cadillac for years to come

Great experience!! My sales person took the time to ask meaningful questions to understand where I was in the process of buying a vehicle and then showed me several vehicles in the color I wanted along with the safety features I requested. I love my new Cadillac and will be back to lease my next vehicle.

I rarely leave reviews! But had to say that I had such a great experience purchasing my new Cadillac. Dean and Paul were so helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made sure I knew everything about my new car. Thanks Medina Cadillac for everything!!

If you want the bait and switch and be strong armed into a vehicle this is the dealership for you! Horrible experience for my wife on just about everything and then told if we got our own financing due to the initial high interest rate quoted they would not sell us the vehicle! Went to Beechwood and bought the same ESV for $8000 less!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Got the car we wanted. Got the price we liked. What can I say. Go there you won't be sorry. We bought a GMC Terrain. Our son went there and got a big GMC Yukon Denali the following week. Too bad they didn't give any credit to our salesman that the kids asked for Paul Toth

Service people are nice, but the process of even having something simple done, takes longer than it should. Seems they need to stop over booking themselves.

Medina Cadillac has always taken excellent care of us. We're especially happy to have Mary in the service department. She always goes above and beyond to get my wife's car taken car of. as painlessly as possible. Medina Cadillac has pickup and delivery like most luxury car dealers now, but even with that its a hardship when the vehicle is used to cart all the kids around. Even though we live a little further away than most of their customers, Mary always works extra hard to make sure our car can be picked up, serviced and returned on the same day. She was there for us in an emergency too- my wife was driving the car with the kids once when all the screens go totally blank... and in an Escalade, everything is a screen, there's no real buttons. So she had no gauges, no radio/nav, no climate control- nothing at all. Mary saves the day and squeezes in an appointment, has the technician meet them to plug in the car in the parking lot and then perform a data download to the computer, all without my wife having to get the babies and toddlers out of the car. Just A1, perfect service, every time. Medina Cadillac and Mary are just the best.

Dropped off my Cadillac to find out the building and my keys were unsecured (as were the keys to everyone else's vehicles that had been dropped off and anyone else's that were there being serviced). Had to call the local police department to report the incident, dropping out keys off took over an hour. We were informed that this isn't an uncommon occurrence at Medina Auto Mall, very disappointed. Let's see how the actual service is....we will keep you posted.

Just bought another Cadillac from this dealer. There great.And see Brad White. He is a fantastic sales person polite and no pressure.
