I had a great experience with Mike Homolak, Service Advisor. I had taken in our 2017 Buick Encore which we were having some issues with and he was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. He always kept us up to date on the status, and he even got us a loaner when he knew it would take a little longer for us to get our vehicle back. He was so professional and great to work with. Thank you Mike. Medina Auto Mall is lucky to have you on their Service Team.

We recently bought a used vehicle from Medina auto mall. We were happy with the service they gave us in the beginning. After the fact, we were treated horribly. There are multiple issues with the car that were not transparent when we negotiated with them. We contacted them after a week or so, and told him all the things that were wrong with the car. We immediately put in over $1500 in repairs. Medina auto told us they would give us a $500 good will check to go towards the repairs. The receipt was emailed and also sent through the mail. We even have a text message from the salesman promising the money. We were never sent the money and they keep telling us that it is in the mail. It has been weeks now. They should follow through with what they promise. I would never deal with them again do so in the future. Stay away from Medina Auto Mall!

Worst experience ever, I inquired about jeep grand Cherokee overland from them, I got approved for the vehicle. Jeremy told me I was able to get the vehicle, but was waiting for vehicle to come back from services. Meanwhile the vehicle came back on Monday, Jeremy told me he was going to get me a lyft out there to get the vehicle when the car was available.They suspended my sales Rep Jeremy, put me with Cody sales Rep. He gave me the run told me I wasn't approved for the vehicle. I never felt so uneasy, and disappointed. They told me I didn't qualify for the vehicle, after I got approved. Jeremy call me on Saturday, gave me sob story that he got suspended for going to Arby's. He than began to tell me I was approved for the vehicle, and the car was still there. He told me I had to put down payment down to hold the vehicle, I text him back and told him I would put 500 down, never replied. He than text me on Sunday and told me the vehicle was sold, after he told me he would hold the vehicle to Monday for me, and get me a ride, my problem with this hold situation the dishonesty. The unprofessionalism from the sales associate, A sales manager never contacted me after I ask to speak to Doug. This place is bad for business I would never go here to purchase a vehicle. The paperwork was written up, they got me approved through the bank, and sold the vehicle to somebody else. To go through all of this I wonder what was wrong with the vehicle. I never been lie to so many times.

Tabitha was able to work us in and allow us to test drive a vehicle with the possibility that we weren t going to purchase. My fianc� loved the truck and she did everything she could to get us to the payment we expected. We didn t purchase that truck but she s knows what we are looking for and is in constant contact when she comes across something that falls in line with something that might suit us. I m impressed by the professionalism and determination she has shown. Looking forward to buying from her!!

Excellent service , top of the world customer handling experience. Julio the sales person was extremely professional, friendly and was never pushy. He understood my need and the car I was looking for to lease and was extremely helpful to guide me through the entire process step by step. The test drive was extremely fund as he had vividly showed me all the feature of the car . I personally never experienced such a delightful car buying experience ever before. Highly recommend to any car buyer who is looking for buying /leasing any car. I bet Medina auto mall will be top of the next level of buying car experience for any buyers.

Tried buying a new car. Tommy was great to work with. Very transparent and thorough in giving a fair price, unfortunately at the end of the day, my schedule just couldn't work out to come that far for the purchase. I highly recommend them based on our short experience. Thank you for your time.

I purchase numerous cars each year from various dealerships in the US. I couldn t have been happier with my experience at Medina Auto Mall with the purchase of a new Hummer EV. My sales rep David was great and the process was very efficient. In and out in about an hour. Highly recommended.

On January 5 I arrived at Medina auto to do my scheduled tire, rotation, and oil change on my 2023 jeep Rubicon. As I was waiting, I was checking out the 2023 jeep gladiator Mojave This thing was fully loaded. My sales rep. Ryan got me a really good deal on it so I traded my other one in And got a amazing deal

My sales guy Ryan O. Made this the best experience I ve ever had getting into a new jeep, he has the absolute best personality and spent so much time trying to help me and get me the best possible deal, this would of never been possible without Ryan . I ll be sending anyone and everyone I can think of to see Ryan , he is truly the best person I ve ever had the pleasure of getting a new vehicle from . You guys are certainly blessed to have him !

Easiest car i ve ever bought! They got me right to the price i was looking for without any drama. Jake was amazing the whole way through. I bought a 2013 Chevy Impala LTZ. The car had some minor issues that i didn t notice on the test drive. I texted Jake right away and he told me to bring it in to get it taken care of. They were on top of it the whole time and i got my car back good as new! Don t think i d shop anywhere else for the sheer effortless experience i had there. 5 stars!!!

My wife and I both went in for new vehicles as our leases were both up. Joe Martin in sales was great. A very pleasant experience. Could not have asked for a better sales associate to help us. We also really like Roger in the finance dept. just a really great overall dealership experience.

Great sales experience with Julio! Very happy with our new car. Was not thrilled that the detailing part had us there for an extra 2 plus hours. It's sad that the sales team does a great job of providing a great experience and then the detailing/service dept completely erases that and almost leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth

I'm so happy I found the car that I had been looking for. Everybody was great especially Damian. Thank you to everybody that helped us out. I would definitely send people up there for a car. Sorry I brought the manuals home and had to spend money to send them up to you but it was cheaper than driving back up to Medina. Thanks again .

Brad (My salesperson) and Amir (Purchase Processor) were outstanding. I finally found the exact truck I wanted, after scouring everything within a 50 mile radius of my location. I reached out to Brad, and he had me in/out of the Medina Auto Mall in less than an hour (I had a pre-approved loan through my bank). I would recommend Medina Auto Mall to friends and family; they have an expansive selection, they are courteous, they are professional, andthey are efficient.

My salesman was Alan, he answered all my questions. We made the deal all from the phone, even with a trade, got my final #s and upon pickup everything was what we had spoke about. I signed, traded keys, and was out within 30 minutes. Super easy, great price, great trade in offers. All around nice dealership both guys were very nice that I got to meet. My experience at Medina Auto Mall was awesome from beginning to end. My sales person was Damaien Tucker and he pretty much asked me what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment my decision was easy. He followed up and he made sure that I was happy with his services. Damien Tucker is professional and knowledgeable regarding the Cadillac Brand. His excellent Customer Service is top notch.

Purchased a car from this location and it was by far the smoothest, and easiest experience I ever had! Brad Kloetzly was so patient as I was deciding even the smallest of things for my new car. There was tons of inventory to choose from and he helped me pick the PERFECT vehicle!! Will always go here for any of my auto needs!!
