If you come here, ask for Corvay Chapman! He is the man. I gave him some tough negotiations and he handled it with kindness! I cannot recommend him enough!!

Had the anti-theft software update done here. Everyone was friendly and I was done in about 1.5 hours. They washed my car for free! I'll be back to Ken Ganleys service department.

Very clean dealership, polite and knowledgeable staff. Waiting area is very comfortable with free coffee, cappuccino, water and snacks. Certainly gets 5 stars. One thing I found amazing - a completely empty showroom, not a vehicle in sight.

I go here for all my service needs. Oil changes, brakes, and tire rotations are all good prices. Jarrod helped me and he was great.

Absolutely Fantastic people at Ken Ganley KIA in Medina. From Mike G in finance to Tad in sales and everyone else I came in contact.All Professional and really cared about meeting and exceeding my expectations.I highly reccomend.

I had the pleasure of working with Cordale as my salesman and he was excellent! Without his help, I don't think I would be driving in a 2021 Kia Rio! It was a hassle, but he didn't give up on finding a car that fits my wants and needs! Thank you so much Cordale, you're much appreciated!

We purchased our vehicle at another Ganley lot. The car needed an oil change and I had a concern about a noise coming from the front end. The service department was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful and the situation was handled in a timely manner. I highly recommend the Service department at Ken Ganley of Medina!

I bought a 2022 Kia Soul today and I absolutely love it! I had the pleasure of working with Tad today and he was so professional and polite, definitely helped me find what I was looking for and needed! The GM Steve did a great job working some magic and was able to help me out, I'm a server so to show my income is some what difficult but he definitely came thru for me! Also the financial department was very helpful! Thank you Ken Ganley Kia! I really appreciate all your help. I couldn't be happier.

If I could give non stars I would! My problem was not resolved and my issue could cause a problem. Service stated that KIA says they have to see the problem for them selves and that they took it on a test drive not sure the depth of that NOT IMPRESSED
