Katz tires in medina worked with me to find exactly what I wanted for my truck. Twan and Sam did an exceptional job being professional and even working after hours by calling me to clarify any changes that came up with the orders. I am very satisfied and happy with the results that was achieved with the new look of my truck. The Katz team did an outstanding job in medina. I will be going back to them for my next project.

Sam was great at getting the tires we wanted. We had a problem with our vehicle and Sam did a fantastic job helping us get it all right. Would recommend them to anyone. A great big thanks to Sam.

Where do I start... Katz tire has helped me out so much! Sammy went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I blew a tire and none of the big box stores were able to get a 265/30R19 in fast and some even refused to order one. Sammy made a few calls and got me a tire straight away. He also spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out a new rim and tire set for my Type R. Sammy went above and beyond with his customer service and knowledge. I really appreciate your help Sammy and Katz tire! You have my future business!

I ve been using Katz Locations for a few years now. My most recent experience was unforgettable. I purchased a pre owned Audi and when I purchased I needed to replace 3 rims and all tires. I loved my after market wheels and the only solution the dealers gave me was to purchase factory wheels (because they could not find the aftermarket wheels I had on)which was over priced and wasn t the end goal I was looking for. So I called O l reliable, AKA Katz tires. They found the exact rim I was looking for, and did it with MORE than HALF the price. I had them delivered and installed within the week. Talk about customer Service! Absolutely Impeccable, and I could not recommend them enough.

Had an awful start to my Monday with a flat, I went to the Norton location. I just showed up they took care of it immediately and didn't charge me for my plug. Great young men and Great service!!

When nobody else s could do the job, Katz successfully completed the job. They have fair prices there! It s the only place in town I would trust to put tires on my car.

I would never went there but my truck had a slow leak so I stopped at katzs to see if they could fix it. They did no problem. The guys were very helpful and friendly. So I went back to get tires on my wife's car. They saw that her tire sensors were bad and gave me a price on replacement with out any pressure to replace them . Good people.

They were wonderful! They got me in right away, they explained everything in detail and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman who knew little about cars. No upselling or sleezy tactics.. They were fair, the tire was only $100 and they put it on within 15 mins and I was good to go. I highly recommend this place for tires! The guy I spoke to the entire time was also very friendly and kind.

I contacted the sales department at this company they were more than accommodating to meet my needs. They said an appointment and had me in and out in less time then allotted for the appointment. All of the people at the Medina location were more than accommodating, even offered me a beverage and a ride if I needed to go somewhere while my vehicle was being maintained. I have nothing but high recommendations for this company. Great people great service great product.

Great service!I recently bought another set of new tires from Kat tires this time. Sam helped me out. These guys are absolutely great. They re very friendly and they re careful about what they do.Start to finish I was 1 hour in the shop.The service manager (Medina, Ohio location) was very helpful. Great pricing.I would recommend this Katz Tires location to anyone needing quality tires for your vehicle.Joe

Sam hooked me up with a tire after I had flat. He and his colleague were professional, as well as personable. They didn t try to get me to buy unnecessary items and my tire came with a warranty without an extra charge. Highly recommend this establishment.
