I used our Roadside through Hagerty on our classic Packard tonight after losing brakes and going through an intersection going to see my parents in Medina. Jon s Towing was dispatched out and I forget the drivers name but he was excellent. Took excellent care of my very first classic car and made great conversation about it and other classics. He was able to drop it with perfect precision right into my garage and helped me back it in. He turned a bad night into a good one. Will definitely use them in the future.

I cannot say enough about the gentleman (flatbed 13 on 2/2) that came to help us when I had a flat tire along I-71 on a cold dark night! He used his own tire plug to plug my tire and asked no money for it. He was compassionate to our circumstances, quick to make decisions and problem solve and had a genuine concern for our safety. You re a rockstar! Thank you so much!

Jon's Towing is honestly the best company I've ever had to experience when it came to towing my car. Anthony was the driver that came out, ended up being one of the co-owners. He was compassionate, caring, informative and very easy to work with. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know!! They are literally the best!!

Our insurance company chose Jon s towing for our tow.The tow truck driver used a regular tow for our AWD vehicle and left a very long scrape into our concrete driveway and in the street.We called to tell company of damage and the owner, was very unprofessional, argumentative and actually told my husband to read the fine print of the paper he signed and that he wasn t going to do anything about it, actually he went as far as saying you can t prove that (which we can on ring footage).Thank goodness for us ,the driver did not have us sign anything and they were forced to address the damage to our driveway. The owner also said he was going to fire his driver (which he didn t) he made the driver come and power wash our driveway while he and another worker looked on. The power washing minimally addressed the situation and we have permanent damage. The driver himself was apologetic, admitted fault and was professional. The owner was disgusting and had to be reminded that his way of doing business was really a joke. We have let State Farm know as well of our experience with this company. It s sad that there are many local businesses that do right by their community and business and this one is getting fed business and does not deserve it. Beware!

Just finished being towed from Medina to Columbus... CJ and Jon's were amazing! I had my two teenage kids with me and my cc wasn't processing properly, just a nightmare of a day, and they really helped me out. CJ held great convo the whole trip down and even have suggestions about what could be wrong with my truck! If I ever break down again up north they'll be who I call!!

Cannot recommend this company more. Tony picked us up and not only got us where we needed to quickly, but he was kind, fun to be around, and gave great customer service.This was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company, and I wish I could rate Tony higher than 5 stars.

Kayla was very professional and easy. She contacted me right before she left and gave me an accurate ETA. She then sent a photo and text of the delivery knowing I was working to let me know. Tony was phenomenal! Was able to pick up my car while I was not there and followed my instructions to a T. Jon and his team were great. Our daughter was in a horrible accident where she was broad-sided by a semi (she walked away on her own with minor injuries). When we went to retrieve her belongings from the car, the FIRST thing they asked, after finding out which car was ours, was how were the occupants. They were very courteous of the time we took getting our stuff and didn't rush us.Getting a car towed is generally not a good experience, and the folks at Jon's Towing & Recovery made it less stressful.

Anthony pulled out my F750 dump truck and was on site with three wreckers to close down the busy road and was on site within 15 minutes of calling him. Their service is exceptional, and I could not be happier with this company.

I had a great experience! My car had to be towed due to a drill bit getting stuck in my tire and having no spare. Kayla was my driver and she was GREAT! Jon's towing was there at a timely manner when my car broke down on the side of the road. Rachel was amazing, and stuck around while I waited to resolve the claim with my insurance. She was able to tow my car back to my house and she let me ride with her back home. She was more than accommodating, and was also kind and respectful. I recommend Jon's Towing!!Service: Car towing

I could not have asked for a better tow truck driver than Kayla. Her truck was immaculate as is her personality. I had just popped two tires by hitting the median divider in black out and rainy conditions. We were in a rush to get my daughter to the airport . a kind stranger pulled over and actually let my daughter ride with his family to the airport and she made her flight . the Uber driver picked up my wife as I stayed with the car, I was so happy to see Kayla and her smiling face. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in need. thank you guys, and especially Kayla !!! for helping us. By the way, if anyone wonders, Kayla is meticulous and very mechanically capable. Thanks again Kayla for helping us get through this ordeal and home to our puppy !!!Service: Car towing

James was super helpful, kind, & professional while transporting our vehicle in Valley City. He arrived on a busy street on Marks Road during rush hour & skillfully handled traffic while maneuvering a difficult driveway. I had a rough night last week when I flew back from Vacation with my two small kids late at night only to shortly develop a flat tire on my hour drive home from the airport. Kayla was awesome! She was knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent communicator. I was instantly less stressed after speaking with her and she came as fast as she could and got me back on my way very efficiently. I was so glad to be connected to her!

Driver had an attitude did not pick up my car on a triple a call when I called her dispatch after waiting for two hours he told me that she has already went on another call so I have to wait so I ended up reporting them back to triple aIf you need a tow I would not recommend their service .. worst tow experienceDriver name was Rachel

Shane showed up in less than an hour and had the jeep loaded to go very quickly. He was so nice and funny. I'll just make a call to dispatch next time instead of waiting for insurance.

They were dispatched by our insurance to pick our car up that had broken down, the oil pan had cracked. The driver showed up and I told him that the car had lost all of its oil and the very first thing he did was start the car which of course was followed by the awful knocking noise.The only reason they are getting three stars is because we've used them before and they are quick to get to you and the owner is nice.Eta** we had to use them again and they were quick to get to us and get our car home and we were informed that the last tow truck driver that started our previous car with no oil in it was released. They get 5 stars now.
