Thank you for the excellent (and fast!) Service and kindness today at Jiffy Lube. Their team is prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. They knew that I didn t have a lot of time, and they serviced our vehicle quickly. I was very impressed by the employees and their dedication to doing a good job. I was also impressed that a team member washed each of our vehicle windows! Thank you for the great experience and for going the extra mile, Jiffy Lube! Now my vehicle is ready to do the same. Keep up the excellent work and customer service. We will be back!

Everyone was so friendly. I felt they were up front about what services I needed and with pricing. I was worried about going to an oil change place I have not been to before and it ended up being a positive experience. They told my father he had an oil pan leak. He got a second opinion, and was told that his oil pan is fine and bone dry. No leak. So whoever dealt with my dad that day must ve been hurting to charge something. Pushing Work that didn t need to be done so he could charge for it. I ll never be back.

Best oil change experience in 35 years. Staff was super friendly, not pushy and listened to what I had to say. Facility was spotless and a very comfortable place to wait for my truck. Services were performed quickly and it was reasonably priced. Best oil change place in Medina (I've used them all over the years) job well done!

Just showed up a couple of minutes after it opened. Was met at my car by an employee who literally was in his pajamas. He said, "It will be a few minutes because I have to change." I backed out and left. Not very professional.

I have had two visits to this Jiffy Lube and both were good experiences. The staff are polite, knowledgeable, and fast considering how busy they can get. I was able to wait comfortably in the lobby while they worked and play with my phone and watch Top Gear. Prices were also not bad compared to other centers. After an oil change the manager offered to mount and balance tires that I bought online for only $20 each, which was a nice service. I will definitely come back since I trust them with my vehicle. I have been to this location twice now, and it will be my go-to place for all of my car needs from now on. I had a really frightening, unpleasant experience at another local car shop and ended up at jiffy lube on a whim. They were so kind and professional, it was such a relief after what I had been through! I really want the employees to know how much I appreciate their kind and courteous customer service. The owner decided to open this location with some of his buddies and you can really tell that they love what they do. They were able to fix my air conditioning, special order my brake parts, and replace my brake pads/rotors. Thank you so much!

The gave me someone else's receipt with all their information, which means they gave that person mine, they charged me for their services, which were more expensive than mine, took an hour to correct it after I caught it, forgot to reset my oil button, it was just a terrible experience altogether and I will not be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Customer service was excellent. They got me right in and right out. Place was clean, they have big windows so you can see them working on your vehicle. All the employees were nice and professional. Based on all this I'd gladly go back.Now the bad part and reason I'll probably never go back- the price.$99.99 for full synthetic oil change.$5.00 for oil filter (not included in price of oil change apparently)$29.99 for tire rotation.$9.99 to fill up radiator fluid (apparently not one of the fluids they top off for free)These prices are outrageous and the fact that they're not already included in the already expensive oil change is upsetting. They display in their lobby the cost of the oil change, but do not disclose the price of the other items until checkout. I'm curious why.I'm also curious why they don't advertise the cost of their services, actually I'd like to know this for all the other oil shops as well.Services: Tires, Oil change
