Sam was so easy to work with! Sent me a quote for a new window on a weekend after hours and had great communication about the status of the window being delivered. Dropped off our car and it was done in just a couple hours! 10/10

The only guy i go to, anytime I've ever needed a windshield replaced he was on it same day if not the next day. So impressed with the efficient and professional service we received from Great Lakes Auto Glass! We submitted an online request for a quote and received a reply within minutes....which is practically unheard of these days! Took our vehicle in and the work was finished in about an hour. We were very pleased with the prompt customer service and the price and will use them again should the need arise. Made an appointment ( 9AM Friday) to have my truck windows tinted, I arrived 15 minutes early and finally some 45 minutes later the store was NOT OPEN for business. I called and was told they wont be there for yet another 45 minutes. I was asked to put my keys in the drop box ( hole in the over head door) and they would call me when complete. I asked how long it would take and was told late this afternoon, which is contrary to what I was told when I made the appointment. She stated that there was several other vehicles ahead of mine, of which the lot was totally empty. If your making appointments keep to the schedule. Open the store at the time posted. If their scheduling and customer services has anything to to with the quality of work, I would avoid them.

Glass install looks professionally done but there were many areas that could be improved. My vehicle has an aftermarket stereo with a microphone wire run through the a pillar and headliner. They didn t tell me until I found out that it was cut and hidden back in the headliner. They also broke a clip on my cowel trim but gave me a 20 dollar discount after I asked them to. They install glass well but make sure you look over your vehicle well before you pay for your service. Very friendly staff also.

Brad is extremely knowledgable and works quickly. He s replaced two windshields for two different vehicles of mine, both on short notice. Affordable work by a professional who draws customers back with his efficient and expert service.
