Worse company in Medina. Scam artist! He had taken 1800$ cash from me to rebuild my engine. Took 4 or 5 months. Got it back finally same day,The engine started knocking . He said bring it back up,so I did. He ran up miles and gas in the car to make it look like I drove it farther then I did. He welded on my exhaust upside down. He threw greasy parts in the back seat ruined the interior.He destroyed my vehicle and life at the time. I lost my job over this business. I think they should be shut down. Not that dom or should I say bill cares. He said it wouldn't be the first or last time he been sued. Looking forward to seeing you in court! How many court dates does it take to shut this scumbag down!

Dom did an amazing job on my son s 1992 Mazda Miata. I asked him to make it mechanically sound and safe - he took extra steps to walk us through recommendations and was very professional and reasonable on his pricing. My experience with Dom s auto garage was absolutely -100 they were very unprofessional very rude they were only supposed to have my car from what he told me a couple weeks that ended up turning into 3 1/2 months gave me a very hard time, terrible communication proceeded to give me attitude for no reason. I m a single mom who knows nothing about cars or anybody that does so I thought I could trust Mr. Doms word I had a second mechanic look at it he proceeded to show me the parts that Mr. Dom supposedly had fixed and repaired he absolutely did the bare minimum amount of work possible the car was not safe whatsoever and charge me $4500 for basically nothing to get it re-fixed for another two grand from someone else. I don t appreciate the negative attitude that I was given when I just wanted a safe car to drive in and also proceeded to tell me I shouldn t have spent my money on such an expensive vehicle and I wouldn t be going through these problems. Very very very unprofessional and I pray anybody who considers going to his shop definitely thinks twice because it s not worth the pain hassle and headache.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

BEST PRICE AND SERVICE. I rely upon my truck for work, without it I don't work. I had made an appointment with a nationwide chain (THE NAME MIGHT START WITH a CO----) for tune up and brake inspection. Sure the big chain got my truck in the doors somewhat near the scheduled time but I watched through the window and waited for 45 minutes for a KID to put my truck on the lift, I felt uneasy about a kid with my vehicle. After waiting way too long, the "service writer" lets me know the outcome. Now, I was not born last night, needless to say the estimate for the supposed needed brake repair was freakin' astronomical. I wanted to research what was told to me and get another opinion, thank GOD I went to Dillard's. The shop is a real working shop not some dressed up overpriced learning center for kids out of high school. DO YOU WANT KIDS TO LEARN ON YOUR CAR? The owner got me in promptly after I explained I needed my truck for work, FIRST BIG PLUS. Second plus was when he personally took me out to the shop to show me what was really needed. I can't go into the details (I'm not a mechanic, but the repair works great!), about half of what work the big chain wanted to do and the chain store did not see that a brake line was bad and in need of immediate repair and the price was very reasonable. If you want someone to care about you and your vehicle, Dillard's is where you should be. My wife has a winter car and a summer car, BOTH WILL BE MAINTAINED BY DILLARD'S as I want my wife and son to be SAFE. PLEASE NOTE THAT DILLARD'S PERFORMS ALL REGULAR AND SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE not just brakes.

They took the time to listen about my various issues we had with our van. They diagnosed the problems and talked to me about everything before proceding with the work. All the repairs were effective and lower priced than other quotes in the area. I have great confidence in the mechanics at this shop and I will not hesitate to have more auto repairs done here. Very happy customer!

I have been going to Dillard's for years and they have always provided great service.Over the past 10 years I have had head gaskets done, breaks, regular maintenance, complete tune ups, struts, and most recently a fuel pump. Their staff takes the time to explain why the work on my vehicle needs completed and they always have the best prices in town. I would recommend Dillard's Auto Service to anyone having a problem with their vehicle.

Bad business friends brakes still smoked and they decided it was a good idea to weld brake hose brackets to the frame. Nothing but excuses. Stay away they re thieves!!!! Should ve listened and not went here. All the good reviews are from employees or friends of Dillard s. Scam artists!!!

Rip off artist. Can t even put brakes on a car correctly. How can you call yourself a car place ? You put my brakes on backwards. Rip off. Over charged for poor work. Still having problems with my vehicle. 3 other certified mechanics looked over invoice and work done by Dillard's and all said same thing. Rip off and horrible job done.
