We've had 2 previous vehicles repaired here. However upon our 3rd vehicle needing repaired they gave us an absolutely terrible price even though we wanted to pay out of pocket and not turn it into insurance. They wanted $1800 to repair a very small ding in the door. Even though there phone quote was $600-$1000. They quoted almost 15 hours of labor for a small ding smaller than the size of a dime. Disappointing to see the greed in this business. They wanted to repaint the adjacent door for no apparent reason(other than to make more money, I don't care about blending body panels on a brand new car) even though there was nothing wrong with it. Don't go here unless you want to pay triple what it's worth. They apparently only deal in sky high insurance pricing..... basically the reason we have such high prices on insurance. Also on our 2nd repair that we had them do they never did finish the job. They told us there was a delay on a fog light replacement and they'd call when it came in. That was 3 yeas ago never did call.

Picked up my vehicle today and they did a fantastic job! Looks like new! The staff was very professional and the job was done sooner than expected. Very please with the total experience

I was referred to Crash Champion after a front end collision with a deer. They came highly recommended and I now know why! The staff was polite and professional throughout the whole repair process from start to finish. They sent messages informing me of my vehicles progress. My vehicle looks great! You would never be able to tell there was work done. They also assisted me in getting into a rental. Allstate sends me here .My SUV wasn t repaired property.Visited twice to check problems.Turned down. I called a consumer company and they rejected calls. They called Allstate and told them he was done with me. Car is still unsafe and no one would touch it because of an insurance claim. Can't say enough about this body shop. Rob is very professional, extremely quick to get quotes over, prices are unbeatable & quality is second to none! Please do yourself a favor and just take your vehicle here if you need body work or paint done. They have done a few projects for me and have delivered each and every time. Paint match is always spot on.

My wife hit a deer and our insurance recommend that we take her car here. I was throughly impressed with the body work. However, we had a constant battle with them trying to get her AC fixed. First they agreed the damage had been done by the deer. They replaced some components and said it should be fine. Summer comes, AC doesn't work. They said bring it back and they'll diagnose it. They blamed it on a pinched oring on the Schrader port. Understandable. Car back AC works for a week. Same issue. Was told they wanted to get UV dye to further troubleshoot and they'd call back when they receive the dye. After a month with no call I call them asking when to come in and magically was able to get the car looked at the next day. After this trip they told our insurance company there was no way the deer caused the damage and we were left to foot the bill at that point. For those unfamiliar, refrigerant lines in a car are typically aluminum. Aluminum is a softer metal, considering the deer caved the whole front end of the car in, and the ac worked before this incident I'd say this event 100% caused this issue. Would not recommend for mechanical problems at all. Also, the customer service declined everytime we had to come back. I guess if you're through an insurance claim and not an actual paying customer they have little care for you. Will never bring a car to them again not worth the constant back and forth hassle that went on for months.Services: Painting, Air conditioning
