Multiple people I have spoken to about this business have agreed, this place WILL cheat you out of money. They wait to make you aware of anything wrong with your car until it is too late, and had me pay 70 bucks for an inspection when its free at Midas, or pretty much anywhere else. As soon as i told them im taking my business elsewhere their entire attitude changed. I arrived at another autoshop and as soon as their inspection began they notified me that my OIL TANK WAS ROTTEN AND CRACKED. They explained that during the inspection ( THAT CONRADS CHARGED ME 70 FOR ) they should have seen the oil leaking out from the crack. Terrible buisness practices happening here, or maybe the individuals being hired are flat out stupid. Take your business to busybee, or any of the others in medina. Trust me on that.

Scheduled a simple oil change a week in advance. I drop my car off at 0930am for 1000 appt. 1500 comes around and still no call from Conrad's. I call them and the manager tells me he was just about to call me and that they couldn't do the oil change today and had to order a oil filter wrench.... So they had my car for 5 hours and I had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. I went to pick up my car. Manager then says he will call me in a week to do the oil change half price. No call. Nothing. I did the oil change in my own driveway the dayafter.

My family and I were driving to see a Guardians baseball game and had a flat tire on Route 71. We were able to get the car to Conrad's in Medina and when I arrived they told me they would do their best to get a tire to the store in time for us to make the game but they were uncertain. Long story short Nick went out of his way to find a tire, get it to the store, and somehow get it on the car in time for us to make the game, Nick provided excellent customer service and was terrific. Thank you so much! Rick

Very flexible with schedules and willing to adapt to needs. Fair pricing and very detail and honest inspection to identify what the vehicle needs.

Friendly place. They helped me dispose of some old tires for a fair price.

We had an appointment for 9:00am for a battery replacement and specifically told the person on the phone we needed a waiting appointment, not drop off. My husband arrived and was told he didn t have an appointment so it would be a few hours to squeeze him in. Apparently the appointment time was noted in the quote, but not scheduled in the system. No apology was offered, my husband was told that the other customers that actually have an appointment would be prioritized. We will find a new service center.

Had a van up there, said it needed an air compressor belt and another belt never mentioned the serp belt . There isn t an air compressor belt or any other belts except the serpentine belt. And the serp belt is brand new . Also said the axle was bad, axles perfectly fine. These people are trying to pull one over on whoever walks in the door it seems like to me. I wouldn t recommend these people to anyone .

Took my car in to have a wheel bearing replaced. No big deal. TWO THOUSAND EIGHTY NINE DOLLARS later, the car now has an illuminated check engine light, no cruise control, no hill assist, no traction control, a parking brake that doesn't release the driver side wheel, a headlight out and a fog light out. They broke the ABS sensor replacing the wheel bearing and tried to charge me another $320 to replace it. "That was the worst wheel bearing we've ever seen here." It's a 2016. Grow up and learn how to do your job. This place is bottom of the barrel. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CONRADS

I had my car in for service. They had did an alignment. When I took the car in short of needing the alignment it was perfectly fine. Once it left there the passenger wheel lost a lug nut and the driver side sheered one off and then lost a tire. Then was told bring it to them and once I did they said they couldn t do anything that I needed it towed somewhere else. Costing me more money. Very disappointed in this shop and will recommend to everyone not to use them.

When scheduling my oil change and tire rotation, I was told that their schedule was pretty full on the day selected, so I d have to drop it off and they d get it done by 6pm. No problem. I arrived at 8am they signed me in and I left for what was to be an indeterminate amount of time until my car would be ready. I got a call around 9:30am that my car was done. Wow, that was quick!! I m always very satisfied with my service at the Medina store! I went back up to get my car and as I was settling up on my bill, I asked the person checking me out if they normally supply valve stem caps if they see one missing during a tire rotation, and they said yes . That sufficed me enough not to look before leaving to head home. Needless to say, I should have looked because the one that was missing on my passenger side, was still missing. It would have been nice if they just added one! They could have charged me if free for a valued client is too much! What are they, $0.05 each?... $1 each? I may be back for future service, after all, I ve been a customer at the Medina store for the past dozen years! It would have been better to get my car back at 6pm rather than 1.5 hours after dropping it off on a booked up day than to get the car back with in my mind was less than complete service... especially over something as insignificant as a valve cap on tires that I got there 7-8 months prior!

An employee at the Medina location came outside in the cold rain today to help me put air in my tires. This level of customer service is very rare today. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family looking to purchase tires or have their car serviced.

Purchased new tire a year ago, today I have a flat, with leak and took my car in this morning, I asked if they could plug my tire and was told no it would be 3 days, they are too busy and they have no good nor enough techs, they have lost a customer for life.

They explained everything thoroughly, didn't try to upsell me, they were able to get me in and out quickly, and the price wasn't bad either

From the time I made my appointment online for the Medina store the entire process was great. Conrad's immediately sent me a chance to review the starting process. Then the next morning Stephanie called to verify the appointment and the tire size. She said the tires were not at the store but would have them from the warehouse by the time I arrived. When I arrived I was important as a customer. She walked me through the process and set me up for Goodyear credit because of 3 rebates. They checked the alignment and was honest that i didn't need it. Friendly, courteous, and profession is what Stephanie was to me. When I paid and the rebates printed, she organized them and explained each one. I was in and out within an hour. Oh, did i mention that I travelled almost a hour to get there. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Stephanie and the Conrad's crew!

I have had several repairs done at the Conrad's in Medina on my aging Jeep Cherokee. They keep me coming back because they are always very thorough, they tell me what I need without trying to upsell me or pressure my decision. Everyone I have dealt with here including, Jordan, (he helped me this time) has been kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The prices are also extremely competitive. I am thrilled to have my Jeep back in safe working order and with no more noises! Thanks guys!

My service included getting all four tires replaced, a wheel alignment, and an oil change.Extremely quick and efficient. I dropped my car off the night prior to my scheduled service appointment, and the next day they had my car done and ready for pickup prior to when my car was even scheduled to be serviced.I also appreciated the video the tech sent of the work that they had done and issues they ran into so that I could review the video prior to discussing it on the phone with them. This was my first time using Medina Conrad s and I plan on returning in the future.

Conrad s is the best! I got a tire rotation and alignment on my Focus ST and their customer service could not have been better. Unfortunately I waited for additional 45mins from the time they told me it would be done, but they gave me $50 off. Very nice guys that work there. Will definitely be going back again.

My son was in Medina on his internship. The family that he was staying with recommended Conrad's when an engine warning light came on. I called to learn more about the company in my son's interest. Their call waiting message talked about family owned, local, there for it's customers. Turns out they were. Their service was fast and courteous. Their price was more than fair. My son is back on the road. We need you to open a shop in Cincinnati. Thanks.

I didn't get my oil change here. I called to ask if they do synthetic oil changes for a diesel. Their phone message says they service "any make and model," but I guess that isn't true because I was told they don't have a lift that can lift a full size pickup. I'm not mad, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was nice, but I felt a little misled by the phone message and also the website, which listed my dually truck as an option for making an online appointment. I'm glad I didn't drive all the way down there only to be disappointed. Also, they quoted me $160+ for a synthetic oil change. That seems high. We're used to paying $100+ got an oil change on a vehicle that size, but I've never paid over $150. Sorry, Conrad's, you seem like a great local business, but I'll have to take mine elsewhere. Thanks, anyway!

My appointment got mixed up by a day but they still got me in right away. They asked me about the alignment check, I said might as well. They said I declined. I asked to go ahead and check my air filter and cabin filter. They didn't. So, since my car was back out, I just left. Guess I'll take care of the rest myself. Today's service, speedy but felt neglected

Had to drop off my car in the morning, without having an appointment, when my check engine light came on right before work. They quickly found the problem and my car was ready by noon!!!! As always, the entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and honest! So glad I made the switch to Conrad s!!!

Took car in for a new water pump, serpentine belt, front brakes, TPMS sensor. When I got car back, it wouldn't blow warm air, and had a low tire dash light. Water Pump had a bad o-ring, and another TPMS sensor was bad. They hadn't checked the air in all tires, and didn't test drive the car. $2300..They took care of it however, when doesn't a place that sells tires, not check the tires evertime they service a car for any reason? The best ones always do.

I like going there because the price isn t bad. But every time I take one of our cars there it s always something. For example, today my car was done and parked out front for over 20 minutes. I had to actually go up to the desk and ask the lady if I was good to go and then she took forever finding my paperwork. The people are nice, the service is iffy though.

Don't go here for emergency tire repair. They won't help you unless you have an appointment. Never in 43 years of driving have I ever been to a tire shop that wouldn't help or service a flat as a walk-in..

Always a good experience at Conrad's in Medina Ohio. I was putting air in my tire when my valve stem snapped off and it turned out it was my tire sensor they had it in stock. He came out and told me that they what it was how much it was going to be, and in less than 10 minutes problem was solved and I was on my Merry way. Conrad's always gives me good service power prompt attention to any additional problem, are very informative and very professional. There's hardly ever a long wait and everyone there is courteous. I recommend them to any and all people Khomeini tires or repairs

Just had my car in for new brakes and I couldn t be happier with the service One of the guys actually drove me back home because it s 13 outside and then picked me up when my car was finished. This is the kind of service you don t typically see every day anymore and I am very thankful to Conrad s for providing that to me. I have used them for service before for new tires, etc. and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Never going to Conrad's again. I've been going here for years. Today is the last time. I brought my 2008 Lexus RX350 in for service. They checked it out and said I need two rear ignition coils. Said that it was about a three hour job. They said that while they were in there that they recommend doing all three coil in back. They quoted the three coils at $110 each. Said that they found the cheaper ones, the more expensive ones were $170 each they said. I told them to proceed. Out of curiosity I Googled the part and found it online for $22. I went back to them and asked how they arrived at that price for the part. They said it was set by corporate. I said I get that you're going to mark up the parts but how do the justify charging over five times the online price. They then began to double talk me about quality of the online part, you don't know what you'll get, you can't trust some sites, what happens if you need warranty service on the part, that's a special online price, no legitimate local parts stores sell them that cheaply, etc. I still didn't understand how they can charge 5x the price that they are widely available online, that's pretty outrageous, in my opinion. So I wanted to see if, indeed, they did sell at local parts stores for the price he quoted. I called some local stores and found the exact act part for $42.85 - almost twice the online price, but still much cheaper than Conrad's was going to charge me. I told them to take the car down, I can't pay 5x the price for the part, I'll get the work done somewhere else. The guy said, hold on, they'd check with corporate to see if they can buy that part, but that they will want to mark it up if they use it. After a few minutes they came back as said they'd charge me $52 each for the part. A $10 mark up from the local parts store price and 2.5x the online price, but the car was in rough shape and I really didn't think it would make it anywhere else so I told them to proceed. To make matters worse, when they showed me the estimate with the new parts price, they again gave me a labor estimate of about 3 hours. They said they charge $102 per hour for labor. They started working on the car at 12:35 and finished at 2:30. A little under 2 hours. When I got the final bill I was charged $353.60 for labor. I asked how that was possible - that's the labor charge for 3:45 hours of work. They said that they used Mitchell's Repair Estimate software and they charge according to the estimate, no matter how long it actually takes. I said that was nonsense. I said that they can't charge me for hours that they didn't work. The said they are sorry I feel that way. So in order to get my car back I paid this fraudulent charge and went on my way. However, this isn't right. I was not quoted, nor did I sign or otherwise approve a fixed-price repair. They showed me an estimate for labor - 3 hours, and quoted me a per-hour labor rate - $102. They have no right to charge me for time that they didn't work. This is fraudulent. I can't imagine how many other people they scam this way.

Absolutely horrible experience! The Medina and Fairlawn locations are awful. From misdiagnosis to no communication costing time, money, and frustration. The police were called in at the Medina a Conrad s location due to the the altercation with the front desk employee. Seriously? Think twice before you come to this place. You ll thank me and others reviewing this later!

Friendly staff! The wait time was longer than i had anticipated, but they were accommodating and actually applied courtesies that compensated for my time. Professional and honest. Lobby was nice, complimentary beverages and popcorn available, and free wifi.
