Don t normally write reviews but never had such a good experience at an auto shop. Needed a new window regulator and while other shops were backed up for weeks Cole s got me in the next day and also charged extremely fair price. Greyson was super friendly and professional, work was done super fast. Definitely recommend!

My truck was in need of new brakes, rotors, and wheel bearings and COLES AUTO REPAIR SHOP got me scheduled in a timely manner and did a great job! What a difference drives like a brand new truck! Very professional from start to finish and will definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend to anyone in need of automotive repairs!

Horrible first time calling for some brake pads, Grayson tells me that I can buy my own brakes and then charge me 100 to put them on. It's only a 15 minute job dude I would do my own if I could but medical conditions prevent me from doing so. Horrible will never even call again much less take my car there. Total rip off

I ve been going to HJW for many years. Harry is an incredibly honest and talented mechanic. Service is fast and very reasonable. He will actually tell you when a service needs to be done and when it can wait. I have had experiences when a local oil change/ tire facility has told me that a service needs to be done, only to get a 2nd opinion from Harry that it is an unnecessary expense. I can t recommend him more highly.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Harry has worked on my SUV for repairs and preventive maintenance for more than two years. Initially I would compare prices, but I quickly learned that HJW always has the best price. He has a lot of experience, is very good at explaining the problem and solution, and has helped me in a pinch after normal hours and on a weekend. On top of all this, he's a nice guy. I trust his work, and highly recommend his business.

I took my BMW 328i to get an estimate on replacing 6 ignition coils and to replace an electronic water pump. Their estimate was Extremely fair, and probably half the cost of the dealer, or other shops. They did great and timely work. I would give six stars if I could. I just left HJW Auto Repair and I'm almost shaking with relief. Something fell off my 16 year old Honda and was dragging on the ground. It was making terrible noises. I use this car to drive to and from work, and I badly needed that transportation. I was scared of what this might cost and do to our limited budget.I called and made an appointment for that afternoon. I took it in and he rapidly made the repairs. I won't say how much he charged, but I paid him twice as much as he asked for. Because I know if I had taken it to the dealership for repairs, they would have charged me $200-$300 or more.I couldn't be happier with HJW and gladly recommend him to you. Update...Ok, so a year later I take my car back for a brake job. Probably half what anyone else would charge and he did a great job. But GET THIS: When I went to pick up my car, he left a copy of his invoice marked PAID on the front seat. He trusted me to leave a check in his lock box. And when I did, I saw where another satisfied customer had just been there and left him a nice thank you note, and a homemade loaf of pumpkin bread on top of his exterior lockbox! How cool is that? We love Harry. You will too. Give him a try.

I took my SUV to Harry to work on the front end and to get an oil change. I was dreading the cost, but it needed done. The next day I got the call that my car was ready, and my total was very surprising! I will return to HJW for any maintenance on my vehicles. His shop is very clean.

I've had a very good experience with this business, the owner was very honest with me about what work was needed to be done on my car. Not only was I very please with the work done on my car, the owner is very attractive. I know who to call the next time I'm having car troubles.

Harry replaced my engine and had done other work...did a great job, personable, responsive, at a very fair price. And he will always give his honest opinion and never try to tell you that you need repair on things not really needed like many shady mechanics will do.

Harry is a great resource! He provides excellent service at very reasonable prices. If you have questions, he will spend as much time as it takes to answer them thoroughly. In talking to him you realize that he s a very experienced and knowledgable mechanic.

Such a great mechanic! He fixed my Rogue and didn t upcharge. In fact, he did more than I expected. Definitely recommend to everyone and if I ever need car services in the future, I ll be going to HJW.

Not sure why it was listed at 2 stars. I have used HJW for over 2 years now. It's very difficult for me to trust someone to work on my cars. I have the utmost trust in HJW. He has worked on all of my cars including my diesel pickup. Please use HJW and you will not be disappointed

Friendly fast service. Verified and installed a new alternator for me in approximately 1-1/2 hours on a FJ Cruiser. Not as easy as most vehicles. Will definitely be back if I need service again.

This might be kinda lengthy, but I can't fit enough good words about this mechanic into a few sentences. I needed pads, rotors and calipers on my front end, pads and rotors on the back, and a wheel bearing was going bad. HJW charged me less than half of what 'the other guys' quoted me, and he worked on a SUNDAY to get it done, no less. His work ethic, honesty, and character are reflected in his business practices, and he won't try to squeeze money out of you by claiming you need additional work that isn't actually necessary. No one else will ever work on my family's vehicles so long as Harry's shop is open. Five stars aren't enough, and he has earned another loyal customer. THANK YOU, HARRY!

It s a very good and reliable shop. Know your maintenance schedule and ask for advice. You ll be advised about the most effective way to spend your maintenance budget. Highly recommended. Reasonable prices, accurate diagnostics.

I would highly recommend hjw for your auto repairs. He's very knowledgeable, reliable and great pricing for the repair. In my opinion that's everything you could ask for in a repair shop.

We blew a transmission line about 430 on our way to wyoming in medina ohio got to his shop about 5 expected we would have to wait a day but no he had us fixed in under 2 hours even stayed over his closing time price was awesome nice and friendly would recommend him to anyone
