First time Chuck and crew installed our new ProPride hitch in 2021 on our new trailer. Next, we recently got a new truck, and they adjusted the hitch to the new truck. They also put tie-downs in our Mega Cab for our dog crates (apparently trucks don't need tie-downs inside??). They are willing to think out of the box, and workmanship is great!

I used to take care of a companies trailers and trucks and Chucks was where I took everything they are by far the best dealer for towing needs and trailers repairs and new purchases great people you have to check them out and they have a large supply of what you need at a fair price I give Chuck 5,Stars

Just wanted to thank Chuck and his shop for great service on our travel trailer. I likely called 5-6+ shops inquiring for brake service and Chuck s Custom was the only place I called who was happy to help. Our trailer was over an hour away and no problems scheduling what would work for us - really appreciated that Also appreciated Chuck s honesty repairing bearings on our trailer and going over brakes/etc. on what they saw when going over our trailer. Chuck answered any questions I had on the phone and even came outside to talk about our brake controller. I felt the pricing was fair and turn around was great getting us ready to go before a trip. We will come back for any future needs, thank you!!

Had an excellent experience here! Found a used trailer online and was in the area. We stopped in and talked to Shannon. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, showed us the trailer we were interested in(it was actually there), and then helped us make the decision between new and used.EXCELLENT customer service throughout! Cannot recommend them enough!

Rude employees and owner. Specifically the guy who I dealt who was wearing a hat, I was was treated very poorly, no respect. Not helpful at all. Prices arevery high compared to others. Will definitely use another trailer shop. I do not recommend. The gentleman who had a nasty attitude told me over the phone he had the part in stock and was the proper size but when I arrived after driving over an hour the part was the completewrong size do not waste your time with these rude people.

I would like to thank Chuck for getting my 2016 Chevy box truck in for electrical wire harness issues to all of my lights in the back of the truck repaired, Chuck put a new wiring harness in and rewired all of my lights. He did a fantastic job and I can t be any more pleased with their service. I highly recommend them for any of your trailer or lighting service issues. JOE.

Chuck and his team are our go-to place for our trailer maintenance needs. In the past we had been to a few places that really lacked in both care and execution. Chuck and his team know what to do and how to do it both quickly and effectively. I will never go anywhere else if I can help it!

Huge shout out and thank you to Chucks! They fit me in on Wed morning and fixed our horse trailer in less than 24 hours for a haul I had planned today. The prior repair place cancelled on me Wed morning at 7:45. Chuck and his staff are tops. Thank you!

Fantastic customer experience!I was able to purchase a great trailer at a great price. The staff was very personable and answered all of my questions prior to the purchase. Once I had chosen the trailer the salesman walked me through step by step on all of the functionality. After my purchase Chuck s followed up to see how they could improve my experience, I said nothing as I was extremely pleased with the personal service and quality of the trailer. I highly recommend Chuck s Custom.

Always a good experience with Chuck's. In addition to keeping us rolling with jacks and other random parts - they replaced the entire bed on one of our Fords with a nice little flat bed!

I've tried several times to give this place business as I prefer to handle stuff locally. Customer Service stinks. Went to the store for very minor parts list. I stood at the counter while people were talking on the phone, several minutes passed, watched a counter person hang up, walk towards the counter, phone rings, the jackwagon then asks me to wait while he answered the call, took another 5 minutes to talk, then finally addressed me. Next time, called on phone for again, minor parts supplies, was told to hold while parts picked up, waited over 5 mins (timed on my phone) no response or service. Screw this, called Majestic Trailer in Akron, promptly waited on, checked with parts if they had what I needed, courteous and polite response, I'm driving there to pick my parts up (35 min drive). I'll never contact CCT&T again. Terrible customer service. Wish I could give them zero stars

Called for an odd size trailer tire at 10:00 am. I was advised no problem we can have it here by 3 ish. They called and said the tires were in my wife ran up and they mounted and balanced 2 of them is about 20 minutes.....and $40 less than the other shops wanted.Great Job.........Thanks

Needed some custom fabrication work done on my toy hauler camper trailer. They did a great job! Repaired cracked mounting of the entry steps and reinforced them, and custom made a new dual battery tray frame on the front. Great job, super fast turnaround.

Nice trailer paid 300 more than another place chose chucks because it was close. Trailer shows up with no spare tire and salesman would not help get a spare tire after i have bought the trailer and willing to pay for the spare he was very rude and unhelpful. It is worth the drive to another trailer shop who wants your business.

Had Air lift Bags installed on my pickup. Everything works great, and a great price. Feels much better towing the travel trailer now. I would highly recommend Chuck's Custom Truck and Trailer.

I just purchased a fairly high-end trailer from Shannon at Chuck's and I have to say I am very happy I did.There were numerous dealer options available to me that were closer, but Shannon was very helpful, seemingly quite honest and forthright, responded to email as I had requested (being busy), and really made me feel like he was just a good dude trying to help another dude achieve what he is after.I drove all the way out from the Illinois border and he had everything ready for me. Their facility was orderly and everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (note: my family was in the automotive business the majority of my life, so we see this differently). He also gave an exceptional overview of the trailer that proved he knew what he was talking about and then he capped it off by delivering on the everything we had agreed without trying to slip something in at the last minute.I only wish they were closer as I do not imagine I will do anything about my trailer stuff without going through them.If you are in the market for a trailer or a snow plow you will want to give these guys a call. I really feel like we should support guys who do business like this.

I'm super pleased with the work done by Chuck's Custom Truck and Trailer to install cameras in my new horse trailer. They gave me great information upfront regarding how to pick the right camera, they scheduled my work and completed it as promised. The camera system looks as if it came with the trailer. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back!

If there were 6 stars.. these guys would get 'em all from me. I've had work done on 2 different trucks. They currently have my trailer in the shop. Chuck's customs will treat you right and shoot straight with ya. All the staff is helpful and honest. Best part to me is how they listen to my wife for her truck.. very respectful guys. keep up the good work

They were very knowledgeable on what we needed. They mostly dealt with my wife and didn't try to sell her anything she didn't want or need. Their shop is in excellent order and clean. We will always go back if we have future needs.

I highly recommend going to Chucks Custom Truck and trailer.They are super friendly and not pushy at all you tell them what you want they will get you it.
