Such an amazing experience here! I hit a deer, then I was hit by another driver and the men here took care of my car, and made it look brand new again. As soon as you walk in you re greeted by 3 handsome men with smiles who are so helpful and polite. They made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I received texts updates on my car which was wonderful. Even was told I d have my car back by a certain date, and it was done earlier than expected Brian who was the one to work on my car, did such an AMAZING job. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. I cried when I seen how amazing my car looked after what it went through. Thank you sooo much Brian!!! Dan in paint is a heck of a painter I ll tell you that much. Such an eye for detail. Thank you, Dan! Last but not least the one who detailed my car, thank you. Wow. It looked brand new inside again. Sorry it was messy, wasn t even expecting it to be clean, the fact you went above and beyond with cleaning the inside as well as the out is incredible. Such amazing work!!!!! Thank you Caliber Collision for bringing me so much happiness! You guys rock. I will be telling EVERYONE about you guys!

My truck was rebuilt and painted and looked just as good if not better than when caliber received it. I m pleased with not only the technical work done to my truck but the customer service I received and the status updates from them regarding what stage my truck was in. I also received the vehicle when expected. I highly recommend the guys at Medina caliber!

If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would! Eric and his team are absolutely INCREDIBLE! The entire driver side of my Ford Fiesta was damaged, and I took here to have it repaired. Every time I came in they treated me with the utmost respect, and asked me if I wanted coffee! Their hospitality was purely amazing. They were done with my car so much sooner than estimated. When I picked up my car, IT LOOKED AMAZING! The techs did such a wonderful job, and I am SO grateful for them! Thank you guys SO MUCH for all of your hard work, and kindness!

Caliber Collision was amazing to work with. They provided texts and calls with any updates regarding the repairs to my vehicle or estimated time of pickup. They got the repairs done two weeks prior to the estimated time. When my car was finished, I wasn't going to be able to make it before they closed to pickup my vehicle but they told me they would stay over so I could pick up my vehicle that day. Their customer service is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

These guys are great! By just a picture they were able to order almost all the parts I needed to fix my truck. You can t even tell my truck was damaged, and what s better than showing up and your vehicle getting a bath! Would recommend them to anyone.

The staff a Caliber Collision is very profession, friendly and efficient. They got us in quickly, worked with our insurance, sent us regular texts and phone calls to update us on the progress of our repairs--which they actually completed a week ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them!

Took my Audi S4 to get fixed after I hit a wolf. Expected to wait multiple weeks to get it fixed but Nick and his team got it done in 1 week. He also went above and beyond and bed-linered my crash bar. Cannot recommend them enough!

I am totally satisfied with the keen service and ultimate timely completion. I didn t not expected that I will get my car back so quickly, Caliber Collision have worked so hard. I was receiving every another day status messages and even received update calls from Nick during the complete process with detailed information. Check the car condition on accidental day and the car after complete service.

I would completely recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this location. The repair was done to the highest standards, making it even look better than before. Erick was a great help and gave me all the updates in a timely manner, and the car was ready before the promised date, it would be a mistake to go anywhere else in Medina.

Over the top EXCELLENT SERVICE. They gauged a 3 week job due to many customers needing service but, got it done in 10 days! Even fixed a window motor I was not expecting to be done!
