If I could give a million stars I would..if I could have them at locations world wide I would. There isn't a level high enough to give for the work and professionalism... whatever the cost DO IT! They have done brakes and rotors on my car made sure everything is the way it supposed to be and if not let me know what needs to be done HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Just moved back to the area and needed brakes in the front and back. Looked at reviews and they were the best! Went in and Craig and his son were so nice. Craig went over and above in helping my wife. Bumper needed clamped back on. Minus one clamp that will need replaced. All in all she felt safer that it will not fall off until clamp is replaced. Thank you Todd for the referring Busy Bee.

Always the best service, prices, and the nicest staff. My family has been taking our cars here for years now and we are never disappointed. They always go the extra mile. Craig was absolutely wonderful all the way from the first phone call to picking up my repaired car. He made time to fit me into his schedule that same day and was so efficient with the timing of getting the work done which was awesome. All of the guys at the shop were so so nice I couldn t recommend a better place than this shop.

Great Service. I can t say enough about George. I have a 20 year old classic car that wouldn t pass the eCheck. Two prior shops couldn t find the problem. George got me on the road again. Thanks George and your staff!

I cannot say thank you enough to the team at Busy Bee! They were honest with me about my repairs, I brought my 4Runner in thinking I needed to replace the brakes and was anticipating a $1k+ job. Craig called me and said they still have life to them, and they just needed a good cleaning and I would be all set. $50 later I was out the door. What a great surprise! With the holidays approaching and being in between jobs I appreciated this honesty more than they know. It is not very often you come across an honest, reputable business like this one. I will be back when my brakes DO need replaced! I highly recommend Busy Bee.Service: Brakes

I cannot say enough good things about Craig and this shop. They go out of their way to keep you from spending money on repairs but, nevertheless, they have always gotten it right! I had my exhaust worked on twice in the last few years and not sure why, but I had to take it again for the same issue...only somewhere else this time. Nice people, but work did not hold up.

They were able to get me in the same day, and fixed just a few hours later. Craig seemed very pleased by how low they were able to keep the cost of the repair. Very comfortable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I ve honestly never had a great experience at any car shop.I woke up this morning with a dead battery, auto zone couldn t replace it being an VW and recommended busy bee.Craig got me in immediately and got my car all fixed up, and made me a cup of coffee!If you re looking for great service and prices- this is the place for you!I will never go anywhere else from now on. They honored my appointment time, got me in and out and in less than an hour, did great work at a great price and Craig was super nice and personable. They're so good my Ford dealership recommended I use them for my needed exhaust work instead of their own service department. I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Very great and friendly people. Craig is fantastic. Even on the phone, Everytime they are so nice. They did an excellent job on my old Buick LeSabre and it was cheaper than another place I was going to go to before I found out about them.Most definitely would recommend them !!!!

Working with Craig is a pleasure. He is understanding and does what he says he will do at a very fair price...plus I have found that he will go the extra mile to help. I trust Craig and his team in a way that I have never trusted any other auto repair shop in over 40 years of obtaining repairs from shops across the country. Honest, trustworthy, and saved me over $1,500.00 on my recent visit!! It was also my first time there and will definitely return again. My exhaust system is a dealer only item and not available from the aftermarket suppliers. Craig and his team were able to fabricate the pipe I needed for a fraction of the cost. Very happy with the service and the work they do!! Thanks Craig!!

My hubby usually does our car repairs so it's been YEARS since I've taken a vehicle to be worked on anywhere. Due to busy work schedules and family life, we needed help with re-securing my exhaust. I called and spoke to Craig, and he was very friendly and welcoming. He even remembered my name from our 30 second phone call when I arrived! He had my car finished in less than 2 hours at a very affordable price. He didn't try to push any other services or repairs onto us which is so very much appreciated. I highly recommend Craig and Busy Bee Muffler for any car service needs you may have.

Absolutely best in Ohio. Best service, Best quality and a master at breaks and exhaust. No other like it. You will certainly be hooked on returning to the inviting atmosphere busy bee provides for it's new and/or regular customers. These guys are awesome. My family was traveling through Ohio, and we needed to get a tail-light fixed by the end of the day to avoid paying a Ticket. By chance we decided to stop by Busy Bee, and Craig fixed our taillight within 15 minutes, and he refused to charge us a dime! I wish we lived closer so that we could be their customers more often. Prior to coming to Busy Bee Muffler, I called to ensure that there would be a time opening for me to bring my vehicle in to have the exhaust system looked at. On the phone, I spoke with Craig, who was very professional from the very beginning. When I arrived at Busy Bee Muffler for my 2:00pm appointment, I talked with Craig who quickly took my car into the shop to be looked at within 5 minutes of my arrival. He diagnosed the issue that I was having with my exhaust system and reported what needed to be repaired, and the cost that was associated with it. The diagnosis and repair itself took less than 35 minutes! I was greatly impressed with the craftsmanship, customer service, and timeliness that Craig and his staff were able to provide. I would highly recommend Busy Bee Muffler to anyone looking for and honest, professional, and timely automotive service!

i had my car towed to this place a couple of weeks ago. This place was honest when the diagnosed my car. I had it diagnosed before I took it to them but I didnt tell them that. They assessed the issue and called me with a quote of what the cost would be before they did anything. I decided to have them fix it. I'm very happy with the price they charged! I'm happy that my car was fixed in a few hours. I'm happy I don't feel ripped off. Thank you Craig and the other mechanics.

Hands down, the best auto repair business I've ever been to. Trust is VERY important to me when it comes to auto repair...as I've been ripped off in the past. When I take my cars in for repair here, I have complete trust in Craig, he is very honest and will do you right. Hometown, non-chain, top notch affordable service. The best!

They are AMAZING!!! I had a problem with my muffler coming loose and I am low on funds but they still worked with me! They stayed later until I got off work for them to look at my car and give me a quote (For free) and in the process without even asking they temporarily fixed my muffler so it wasn't loud anymore. Their rates are fairly priced and everyone there is nice and is generally trying to help you. I will ALWAYS go to them when new car problems come up because they are absolutely amazing people! Thank you so much for all of your help!
