NEW RV owner. I bought a Sprinter van with restroom and didn t know all the maintenance needed for winter/summer. Avalon RV welcomed me and my wife and helped us understand all we needed. Every person on their team is super kind and willing to offer advice. We were lucky to find them -and added bonus - their waiting area has comfortable chairs and couches so we can relax while we wait for a service! Thank you folks!

They have great customer service. We bought a brand new trailer. A problem came about before we could take possession. Something in the flooring went wrong. Instead of making us wait for the manufacturer to fix it, they swapped the camper out for an exact duplicate. We didn't have to wait 3 to 6 months for the manufacturer to fix it. It was an awesome camping season.

We were looking for a local company to provide repair and upgrade assistance when we need help with our Outdoors RV trailer. Ask for help with the following:1) Service the A/C. Supposed to be done, but when I asked about a filter, I was told there was none. Found out later, wrong. It's a foam filter that needs to be periodically washed.2) Replace kitchen and bath faucets with ones we provided. The kitchen faucet was installed with an ADDED escutcheon, limiting room to put things behind the sink. Old faucet was one hole, no escutcheon. They would not remove it. I was first told the bath faucet couldn t be installed. We get to storage, and there it was, installed. Service manager said the mix-up was that the tech didn t update his notes, yet when I looked at the invoice later, the note was right there. The tech tried to replace the waste pipe as well, which was significantly larger than the sink one (we know because he left it in the trailer with putty on it). Left the original one in, but scratched up the stainless steel (pic).3) Repair the undermount sink which had sunk down on one side. Got this corrected, but so over-caulked it the sink covers are no longer stable (pic).4) Fix the oven, which was not staying lit. Said the igniter wire was broken creating a short and said it was fixed. First trip out, same problem. (Another company was able to fix it and that was not the problem.)5) Went to hitch up the trailer and the hitch jack was on the ground, the blocks sitting on the propane tanks. No way could we hitch up like that. Tow motor guy came out and was very rough with putting it back on the blocks.Bottom line MAYBE use these people if you buy your RV from them. If not, don t. With this experience, I can t imagine buying or using them for service ever again. Very sad. Oh, and I asked for a manager call back and got nothing.EDITED TO ADD: It took two emails to the email that they replied to my review with (sent my invoice), but I did get an email back 3.5 weeks later from a service advisor saying there was a new owner.

We were traveling through on a nine week trip in our camper van. The owner told me he was busy but understood my situation. He personally made the adjustments to my electrical system while I stood and waited because I couldn t leave my home with him for a few days. Can t say enough good things about this place!

I absolutely love the entire team at Avalon Rv. Jeff got us into a trailer. He s a great salesperson. Scott in Finance was very nice. Tyler and Jay . Answered every single question we had. We were shown every inch of the Rv. I highly recommend these guys. 10/10 experience!!

Avalon RV has been my service center since I got my Roadtrek and before that my Forest River Rv. Dependable , honest, responsive and long term quality staff. They did a great job on my last service on my all solar RV.Talk to Greg in service for an experience with a seasoned veteran!

The the Avalon RV body shop in Medina Ohio did an outstanding job in repairing damage to the back cap of my Tiffin Allegro Red. Their body work, paint application and finish quality is excellent! The repair took longer than estimated due to slow response on Tiffin s part in supplying needed parts (Not Avalon RVs fault). David, the body shop manager was excellent to work with. Hopefully I will never need this type of service again but if I do, Avalon RV is my go to.

I am so thankful I kept coming back here. We didn t quite have the price range for brand new but really needed to size up for our kids. I really felt Jeff had my best interest and wanted to sell me quality. It was a little hard because we purchased last in 2020 and we know that means I paid more than I should have for my last one, (at a different company) but it all worked out and super happy. We kept it a surprise and the kids were so excited to see it this evening. Matt was also the perfect calm and patient technician that helped explain things and answer my silly questions! Thanks everyone!!!

We frequented Avalon many times over the course of deciding to purchase an RV or not and Jeff was always so helpful and patiently answered all our questions. When we finally found one that we loved, Jeff made the process so easy and he was so upfront and honest about everything. Jeff is hands down one of the best salesmen we have ever worked with! The purchasing process with Avalon was so smooth and we are so confident we made the right choice by going with Avalon for our RV.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff on the purchase of my new Truck Camper. From the initial phone call Jeff was able to answer everything I asked and provided pictures of the things I needed to see. I had issues with the doors on my rig immediately after purchasing, but Jeff and the service crew were able to get me in within 2 business days and resolve those issues before I headed back to CO. Very impressed and appreciative of the entire team working with me in my very tight time constraints.

We had a great experience at Avalon RV Medina. we purchased a new 2023 Salem BDBX. Everyone was awesome especially our salesman Jeff LoGuidice. He guided us every step of the way. It was like working with a friend.

We bought a new Roadtrek in June. We've had our rig in twice , first time 3 weeks. Second time this November 8th to fix the induction stove, a leak, a door that the laminate is lifting that we asked to have replaced last August, they still have it. Told us they can't get the replacement stove, but Roadtrek told us they have them in stock. Unacceptable, poor communication and poor customer service. We are paying a thousand dollars a month and don't have our vehicle!!!Scott, we had to call repeatedly to get a response. And we are 2 hours away, we were never informed it was going to take so long. We were told the stove would be in next week the week before Thanksgiving, in the future consider trouble shooting while the customer is still there. You could have ordered the stove and we could have waited to have it installed. Still waiting on the door for more than 3 months?

Thanks to the service team and technicians at Avalon! They were kind enough to perform service on our coach even thought it was not purchased there. Really did us a favor! Dave K. was awesome to work with. He got us in quickly, followed up at each step along the way, and even helped track down the parts that were needed at better prices than we had found elsewhere. Thanks guys!

I purchased a new travel trailer from Sean in July. The whole sales process went very smooth and would definitely recommend Avalon and Sean to anyone looking for a new RV. I had a few issues with my travel trailer and Dave and Greg in service were there to take care of everything in a professional and swift manner. Very happy I made the decision to purchase from Avalon.

I just wanted to let you know from start to finish from working with David and Daniel, Chris and Greg on the phone, the experience has been great. The technician Jason that came out at my prior service and also Jason was here today with JJ. These guys are awesome. Jason was very professional and great to work with the first time and to have him here again today and with JJ was great. I knew I was in good hands when I seen Jason. They worked great together answered all questions and took the time to explain what they were doing. Great crew and great technicians to keep around......... I would never go anywhere else after the experience we had here at Avalon!! Our sales man Jeff was OUTSTANDING!!!! Not only did he help us find the right camper but helped us find the right one for me and my other half! He was very upfront and honest about everything, he showed us what to look for and what to notice when buying a travel trailer. The original one we went in for he said right off the rip no, and told us everything that was wrong with it. He was nothing but the best and helped whenever I need his help. Whenever I had a question he always messaged me back and was very attentive. So whenever your ready to buy a camper make sure you see our good buddy Jeff!!!

Salesman was good. Now their finance department customer service is subpar at best. I took my business to another RV dealer. Stay away from this place.

Above and Beyond Service Manager aka "Jeff"This should be what is on Jeff's name tag! I purchased a new Leisure Travel Van in another state and reside in OH. My heart was set on switching out the kitchen faucet to one you can just touch to turn and off. I went to an RV shop closer to me for a scheduled appointment and they stated the job could not be done and had to get a person cut a lager hole in the counter. I called Avalon and was asked to bring it in to see if the install can be done. With in 24 hours I had a brand new faucet and no extra hole was needed. I did not buy from them and they don't even sell my RV and Jeff still went Above and Beyond to help me. And a shot out to Jay for doing all the hard work! I so appreciate you!Thank you so much! My wife and I just bought our first camper and the staff here were amazing. Winn was our salesman and he was in contact with us and helped us find our first camper. Stayed in touch via email and texts. Showed us the camper and never once pressured us and even left us to look and make decisions. Never once tried to push us. Robin in finances was great as my wife dealt with her.Dave delivered our 5th wheel to our seasonal camp ground and helped me and explained so much to much. First time I have ever done a set up and he walked me through every step. We had a great experience at Avalon. Top notch. Even the ladies at the front desk were great and friendly. Highly recommend.

We worked with John. The model we were interested in had sold. He was able to show us another model. We purchased a Forest River Grand Surveyor. Everyone was very informative, friendly. Matt was super thorough in his walk through loved him. Someone even walked us through their little store and made recommendations. No pressure, just help. We even had concerns over a leak that were addressed before pick up.

Bought a camper from Avalon at the RV show and had a great experience. Jeff in sales was VERY helpful from the show until the camper was delivered. During finance Robyn was awesome. She shopped multiple banks to get the best rate. The walk through of the camper went well and although some items needed fixed or replaced the items were ordered. Great experience thus far!

We purchased a used camper in March. The salesman was very nice. Our trouble didn't start until we were to pick it up. The awning was not closing properly. Which I felt was unsafe to drive with it that way. They checked it decided it needed a new motor and arm. Motor showed up but arm is on back order. So after them having it for over a month they replaced motor and said it should work fine until new arm comes in. Got home to find the awning not closed all the way. Same reason we left it with them to fix. I wish I would of checked it, I just assumed it was fixed. So we have a camper we can't even use. I understand it's used, but for the price you should be able to use all amenities it offers. Makes me wonder if everything they say works does.

We had a really good experience buying our travel trailer from Avalon. We ended up having a couple issues during one of our trips within our 30 day warranty for used trailers. James and Greg were able to get us in and out before our next trip.

Picked up our new RV this last week and had a great experience with Avalon RV! We had some tow vehicle issues and Matt, Dave and James went above and beyond getting our tow vehicle in shape to tow our new RV all the way back to Michigan! Thank you so much! We would definitely recommend Avalon RV!
