Excellent, knowledgeable service. The guys working this location are phenomenal. I called looking for a specific part that only their location had. They were very helpful over the phone and were quick and efficient when I arrived.

This is one of the best car parts stores ive been to. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Very family oriented vibe. Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He knew exactly what I needed and even let us borrow tools. His customer service was impeccable. Give that man a raise! Will definitely be back to this location for my auto needs!!

The worst run auto parts store in Medina/Brunswick area. They will NOT honor Advance Auto Parts warranties if the parts were not purchased there at this particular store. Never had a smooth transaction there, but the warranty policy sealed the deal. I will not go back.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong advance Auto parts. I meant to order from the store on north court and I actually ordered from the store on West Liberty. So when I went to pick up my order it was obviously not ready because I was at the wrong store. The ladies that were behind the counter did a wonderful job getting my order together very quickly and I actually made it in time to pick up my son from a flight which was the big concern because I needed a new caliper before I could go on the trip to the airport. They were wonderful ladies and I truly appreciate their hard work.

Order online with online coupons and pick up in store. Staff here great and helpful. Both Medina stores highly recommended. W. Liberty St. has fewer hours but sometimes is more convenient than N. Court/Pearl Rd store. W. Liberty has its own lot but does have 3 public spots in front on street. Lefty parking on the one way though.
