Stopped in for price and advice on a cover for my truck. Very happy with how I was treated, especially the fact the owner didn t try to sell me something more than my needs. Resulted in a cover being purchased and put on. Very happy with the end result. Thank you

Excellent service and great pricing. I called them on a Tuesday asking about a gooseneck hitch install on my 2021 Ram 2500. They quoted me a great price. Made an appointment for Friday and had truck back same day. Every other hitch installed quoted me much higher prices for same item and could not install for weeks. Thanks A Better we will be seeing you again.

2 months into, the owner never ordered. Called for weeks for an update and continually told me he would call me back. Never did. Horrible service, waisted my time while holding a deposit for two months. Worst service I ve ever experienced. Save yourself the aggravation - find another dealership.

A better truck cap and accessories just got doing a lift kit on my vehicle and did an outstanding job also put a cap on another vehicle and bed cover on. Great company to work with.

I recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and needed a tow hitch installed. Coordinated with Rick and had an appointment a few days later. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and professional, tow hitch install took about an hour. A great experience overall and would definitely recommend A Better Truck Cap to anyone needing any accessories for their vehicle. Nice job!

Excellent customer service! Went there on the advice of our mechanic, we were in the market for running boards on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Purchased exactly what we wanted, we were scheduled for installation within a week, installation was quick and efficient. Very pleasant experience! Customers are really taken care of here, judging by the amount of regulars that came in. Based on reviews, they really do stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

Came in with a faulty hitch (NOT FROM HERE) and to my shock and amazement, the owner Rick decided to replace everything right on the spot! Turns out the dealership didn t do a good, or safe job, with the original. I figured it would cost an arm and a leg to replace but him and Paul worked with me and got it done! Now I can feel safe pulling the camper with the kids!!

BEST experience here! Rick, Nate, Michelle, and Paul were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We came here to rent a uhaul trailer and ran into some minor issues on our end with our hitch. Rick was quick to come up with solutions and options for us. We appreciated his knowledge and time immensely. He runs a great business with good values and customer service. Highly recommend!

Just had our SECOND incredible experience with Rick and his team. This time Nate installed a hitch on my Subaru Forrester and (just like they did on our other car a couple of years ago) did an fantastic job. I HIGHLY recommend Rick and his team. I had a comfortable waiting area to watch TV and Rick s dog, Bentley, kept me company some of the time! Rick .. THANKS!!

My gut, and their awesome ratings, told me to take our truck to them to install new towing mirrors. But I went to another guy who screwed them up! Called Rick and he was super cool. Gave us a great estimate and when the job wasn t as intense as he first thought he charged us even less! Honest. Responsive. Downright caring. Even remembered my dad who used to get his truck accessories from them before he passed. Lesson learned. Go to A Better Truck and Accessories!

The Professionalism here is Steller! I stopped in, and asked about fixing my running board on my Motorhome. The owner told me just to bring it in right away, and he would take care of it. I couldn't believe it. No appointment necessary. I went to get the motorhome, and brought it to the shop. Less than 10 minutes it was finished and paid for! Couldn't believe what just happened! The price to fix it was a just unbelievable! More than fair! The owner really did me a Awesome favor! Of course, the running board rattled for years. This place is a class act, and they have all kinds of great accessories for trucks and other vehicles. Thanks again for helping me out! Captain Paul

An absolutely stellar company to work with will do anything they can to help you in anyway. I will continue to go back there an send as may people as I can there way. They sell great products and have top notch installer s. Definitely give them 5 stars and 10 out of 10. Hands down best aftermarket place to deal with. I won t go anywhere else.

Can't tell you how much I appreciate finding an honest and competent business to work with. These guys are customer oriented and knowledgeable in the products they deliver. Been back 3 times and each time was a repeat of the previous visit. Had them install a Bedrug, Tonneau Cover and Dash Cam. Flawless execution with the installations. Also appreciate their focus on the military customer. None better, I'll be back.

First let me say my ARE cap is perfect. I have no complaints about it. My complaint is how difficult every step of ordering, waiting, setting up the appointment to get it installed, and getting it installed. Rick will say one thing then change it. Not happy with the customer service at all!

I very rarely leave reviews unless they are for great service or horrible service. In this case it is for superior service and products. Rick and Lori will go out of their way to fill the needs of their customers. I have bought everything from floor mats to hitches to covers for the bed of my trucks. Most businesses give lip service to military veterans, but Rick goes the extra mile for Vets and first responders. I am happy to leave a strong endorsement for this amazing local business.

A better truck cap is outstanding at what they do. Lori is the best at her job. I would highly recommend them to everrrrrrryone as Lori went above and beyond her duties to a customer. They replaced my running boards that we didn t like with other ones and they are great. Thank you Lori for all the work you did for me. For honest and sincere people at a better truck cap you are the best and everything looks great on my truck, glad I came to you for my truck parts.

I am clueless about cars and accessories. The owner helped me pick out a bike rack that is easy to use and fairly priced. Later I went back to purchase a basket for my hitch. Again, the owner and his staff were very helpful walking me through the process and even sold me the only prebuilt without an up charge. The customer service and products are superb!

Nice privately owned company. The owner and staff are very friendly. I had running boards, a bedliner and a towing hitch installed. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait and they finished it in 1hour and 15mins. They used seat protectors when moving my vehicle. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely use them in the future.
