Helpful counter staff, full stock of supplies and parts, ability to get things in quickly if it's not on site all keep me conning back to my go-to parts store.

My experience there was rather terrible, I showed up for a lawn mower belt, I gave it to the guy to measure up because the numbers weren't shown on it and he came back and gave it to me. I got home and tried to put it on, it was 2 inches too small. I'm very disappointed in him when he came out, he seemed very bothered to deal with me. He needs to change his attitude. Thisexperience was at McConnell's Ville Morgan County auto zone.

Morgan county, never has a part that you need. Old or new, it seems like they ha e to order everything.Consistently gets the wrong parts, and when they do have something, it's usually the more exp option.Shop here, if your looking to be frustrated.

Such very helpful and knowledgeable people at Advance Auto Parts! They really went way beyond what I expected, getting my car problem diagnosed and fixed. They were friendly, polite, and very patient with me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We needed a jack to change a tire. The staff helped us pick out the jack and bring it out to our car. They also helped us out by recommending a local place to plug the tire. Great service and professional staff.

Every purchase made from here has been horrible. My oil filter was used ball joint lasted less than a year wheel bearing less than 6 months. Not enough staff and will argue with you over the part you want. Example I needed a caliber bolt tried to sell me the whole caliber. Went elsewhere bought the bolt. Would not recommend

Could use something to to speed up service. Perhaps more training on the computer. Person didn't enter the correct amount tendered. And took 15 mins with only 2 customers to buy a replacement head lamp

They have very good customer service. I was in and out in no time and they offered to put my wipers on for me. They also seemed very knowledgeable. I recommend getting your auto supplies here.
