Yesterday I had an exceptional experience at this Valvoline for an oil change. The staff was incredibly kind, providing top-notch service with efficiency and professionalism. I appreciated the attention to detail and the overall positive atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone seeking reliable and friendly automotive care!I also want to give a special shout-out to Matt and his whole team for the amazing experience. I have come to this location for 7 years, the women and men that work here are awesome! They are always upfront and honest with the work they do. I love coming here to maintenance my car! Thank you Maumee, Valvoline for always looking out for my vehicle.

Hard working crew from start to finish. From the first greeting to final every person I interacted with was polite, helpful, and worked with an appropriate sense of urgency expected at a place like this. Each employee was knowledgeable and very professional.

This place used to always have excellent service...until recently. I just went there to get air added in my tires, and the lady said that it would be about 25 minutes until they can add put air in my tires. I've never heard of that long of a wait for air.

My husband and I always get our car serviced here. Amazing staff! All of them are super nice and very knowledgeable. I wouldn t go anywhere else! 100% recommend!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Be grateful if you haven t had an issue with your car after leaving this location. Plus the managers have bad attitudes and will just hang up the phone on you.

Went in for an oil change but didn t end up needing one! The guys were so friendly and honest about what my car actually needed and weren t solely focused on making money. They checked the tire pressure and topped off the fluids for FREE! Highly recommend using them if you re looking for trustworthy knowledge and reliable service. I want to start by saying I had to wait two months to write this review due to the sheer anger I felt from my experience at valvoline. I recently went to valvoline (as always) for my routine oil change. Nick was very kind (as always) and showed me my engine air filter and told me he felt it was not dirty enough yet to replace. I respected his professional opinion and he put the air filter back into my car & I went along my way after my oil change. Not too long after, my car broke down. I got it towed to the dealership. They told me they found out my engine air filter had been installed backwards (dirty side in) and it completely took out my air sensor. After replacements and diagnostics, this cost me over $700. Let me start by saying that the only people that have been under my hood since I ve gotten my car have been valvoline. I always get the full synthetic oil and their techs tell me that oil will last a full 10k miles. I ve always trusted them. I brought this to valvolines attention and submitted my claim. In the claim process, they hung up on me, closed out of internet chats and have flat out disrespected and gaslit me. They allowed my fianc� and I to come in to see the tapes of my car. From the video (which we have possession of and am willing to show anyone), you can clearly see the tech pull the filter out (looking dirty from the camera side, facing the front of the car). Then you see him show it to me and flip it around as he placed it back in. As he placed in back in, you now could see the clean side facing out, proving it was flipped around. Valvoline refuses to take responsibility of this despite clearly being negligent with the care of my vehicle and it being captured on camera. The two managers told us the air filter was put in backwards originally and they simply flipped it the correct way. They said you could tell this by the tab on the air filter. When we asked them to point it out on the video, they said you couldn t see it. They also said if it was flipped with the dirty side in, you would not be able to drive off the lot as this has HAPPENED BEFORE THERE. This doesn t make any sense if they claimed it was already backwards because how would I have driven it to valvoline in the first place? Overall disturbed with my treatment here. Two lifelong customers and their families now boycotting valvoline. Do better and own up to your mistakes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Whenever I go to Valvoline I receive wonderful service. The people there are hardworking and are always willing to answer your questions. Today my car was serviced by Mason and Nyla. Both are outstanding workers and did a terrific job changing my car's oil while performing a safety inspection on it. Five Stars.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They replaced my air filter, but didn't tighten the screws all the way and caused my engine to act up. They even left a rag under the hood.

Went to Valvoline for the first time yesterday off a friend's recommendation. I was very impressed with how quickly they got everything taken care of and their customer service. I had Nick take care of me and he was pleasant to speak to while waiting, as well as thorough, explaining what the car needed and what he recommended. Cris assisted and he was quick and polite. I will definitely be going back in the future!

This place has the worst customer service ever. They didn't put enough oil in my wife's car, and now the car won't run. NEVER take a vehicle to this place ever.

Been going to the Maumee, OH location on Conant Street since I started driving. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Besides the incredible service, they go out of their way to answer questions about services not available at that location and advise you on any of your vehicle issues enough as to not go somewhere and get taken advantage of. Amazing people. All of them. Very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Great experience everything. I actually look forward to every oil change just to see if there is anything else I can or should do to keep my vehicles healthy and strong.

Chuck, Nick, Justin at Maumee location always take good care of me and my vehicle. They do my regular oil changes along with other services. I ask a lot of questions and they are good to answer and help me with anything I m concerned about. Love the team. It s nice to pull into a bay where they are having fun while working. So pleased with the customer service I receive from the Valvoline at 1019 Conant St. Maumee. Eric and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable. It s nice going there and being treated like a friend and not just just another customer. I will continue to go there as long as my Pilot needs oil. Keep up the good work!

I thought this was valvoline INSTANT oil change, not hour long oil change.They ll change your oil but first you have to wait 45 minutes then sit there another 20 minutes for your own oil change. If there s another place that will do this faster, I gotta know.
