Nicholas Mingione was the person who helped me. Although I'm a bit late to the review, I've been waiting to see for anything bad to go with the car.I drove 3 hrs from Cincinnati to see it in person until 1/3 of the way he contacted me & waited for me if the car was still there by the time I got there. I've bought a car before at an Audi dealership so the process was still smooth here as well. Replacing my 2018 Audi A4 that I lost in January, this Metallic Green 2023 Audi A4 caught my eye. I came in pre approved which my loan, went smooth with no needing to check my credit or anything. I test drove it & felt great as my old car. When moving into the office for the final steps, I initial while he called the credit union until we ran into some trouble. Eventually it was sorted out & he continued the process with a few more steps , out the door I was within 3 hrs with my new vehicle.The one thing I will say is that on the wall they have a plaque of not being pushy to pressure the customer to get something but even though his job is to upsell me, which I understand. After owning the vehicle for 2 months since February to April as of now, there were defects on the vehicle as the window wouldn't roll down or get stop. Some minor paint scratches & the upholstery on the passenger sides near the window were peeling off. Looking back at it, I think of Price Pros as a CarMax, no haggle on price, up selling & selling a car as is. Regardless, the process was smooth for me, I went in knowing what car I wanted online & cargurus. (Windows weren't tinted , post pics after tint)

I bought a Volkswagen ID4 and it was the easiest process at Price Pro. They have a great selection of cars and trucks. Nick M was awesome and made everything easy as possible. Would recommend to all my friends.

I had an amazing experience with Z Mehdi today. I saw the vehicle on line that I was interested in. When I called in the morning he got the vehicle charged and ready. I drove down two hours to see it. He walked me through the process beautifully! He was able to get me a better rate and terms than my credit union and I bought it right then! Easy and straight forward on everything. I highly recommend!

I worked with Nick M. On my recent vehicle purchase. Was interested in two and he was in touch leading up to us traveling to Ohio to check them out (we're from Michigan). Upon our arrival, the vehicles were ready and it was no hassle to take them for a spin. After driving both, we made our decision and Nick worked with us in a very straight-forward, no-nonsense fashion. I appreciate that I didn't have to haggle and still felt like I got an amazing deal. He was even kind enough to speed things up since we had a rental to return and they were going to be closing soon. Would definitely buy from this place, and Nick, again.

Nick Grey provided excellent service at price pro in Maumee Ohio. I've been looking for my dream car which is a Ford bronco sport! And he provided me with just that!! Alongside quick, informative knowledge about my bronco and all my questions that needed answered! Would definitely recommend price pro of Maumee to anyone looking for their dream care!!

I purchased a vehicle from here roughly 3 weeks prior to making this review. I would like to start by giving a shout out to Sage!! He was extremely polite. He answered every question i had patiently, accurately, and without hesitation or discernment. He allowed plenty of breathing room and wasn't pushy. it was an absolute pleasure and will most definitely be making all future purchases here from now on!! Thank you again sage.

We had a wonderful experience at Price Pro with Juan Pena. We came in already pretty certain of exactly which vehicle we wanted, and with funding from our bank. Mr. Pena made this process absolutely painless. He explained very clearly exactly how the process works and exactly what information and paperwork we needed. He did not play the classic car salesman games with us. I feel that he was upfront and honest with us in all our dealing with us. There were no hidden fees or run-around with using our bank's funding. Mr. Pena made sure that the car was detailed and prepared for the long trip home. I would absolutely drive the hour and half again to purchase our next car from Price Pro. I have had the new car for a couple weeks now, and I could not be happier. It runs like a dream. I really feel like Mr. Pena and the Price Pro business in general did a really good job of working with us in an honest and mutually beneficial manner.Thank you Mr. Pena, and thank you Price Pro. I am sure we'll see you again in a few years when the other car needs replaced.

We just purchased a Toyota Prius Prime from PricePro. We searched far and wide for the perfect vehicle and PricePro had just what we wanted; the only down side was it was 7 hours away and we were not sure how to make it happen. Our sales person, Nick Gray made the process seamless and had everything in order when we arrived. Nick went above and beyond what he needed to do, even communicating with me after hours when I had a question. We could not ask for a better transaction. 5 s for sure!

Working with Nick M. was an enjoyable and streamlined operation - I was in and out in a little over an hour and found the exact car I wanted in "excellent" condition. I had spoken to Nick a few days prior, and with follow up texts he made sure I had all the details I needed before I made the 1 hour drive from Michigan to Price Pro.Price Pro is a bit of a revelation - impeccably reconditioned late-model vehicles at very fair, no-haggle prices. In my case, because I bought a plug-in hybrid I qualified for a $4000 federal tax credit and with intelligent administration Price Pro made that available "as if" a rebate I could add to my down payment. Luckily, also, when I connected my VIN to the Ford Pass app the entire service history was there - no mysteries.Great job, and thank you!

I really wanted to wait until summer to deal with my cars, but God had a different plan for me. I searched online for very specific things I wanted as I missed driving my Mercedes with all its bells and whistles, but I could not afford to drive her. Many have asked why I would go so far from home for a car and I ask why wouldn t you? After all, it s a major purchase you are planning to have for years, AND you want to find a dealer you can trust.There was a vehicle just like the one Price Pro had very close to home with same mileage, less features, and the dealer wanted $3000 more for it.But Price Pro seems to have a great reputation and presence locally and the price was way reasonable, which I had confirmed elsewhere.Lauren was awesome to work with and made it all easy and very straightforward.I jammed my music for my 7 hour ride home in my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid and have loved every moment of driving it since I bought it!I can tell you that in the future when I m in the market to buy another car, I ll be checking Price Pro s inventory before I go anywhere else, even though they re 7 hours from home!

Nick M. was kind, professional and knowledgeable! My entire transaction was fast and went very smoothly. Buying a car can be stressful but he made it incredibly easy. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable with the process. I highly recommend Nick M and PricePro!

I don't leave many reviews but this experience deserves one. Buying a car is not a small task nor a small decision. Z made this experience so smooth and pressure free. I live in Wisconsin so I had to do everything through phone and email and it was one of the most smooth car buying experiences ever as Z was very kind, chilled and patient. He was very thorough and did not pressure me at all with anything. He also made sure he kept me updated every step of the way. My SUV was also very fairly priced with great miles to be the almost highest model for Jeeps. The delivery was also quick as I got my vehicle the same day it was picked up from the car lot. I love my Jeep Compass and it is in really good condition! Definitely will consider and refer them to people in need of a vehicle! Thanks Price Pro and thank you Z!

I m not sure why other car dealers don t follow this model. It s by far the quickest and easiest experience I ve had buying a car. They had everything ready to go when I got there and sent me extra pictures so I could make sure the car was worth the drive. One thing that blew me away is my salesman Z handled everything. No going back and forth with the manager. A pleasant and welcome change for sure.

Just purchased a Tesla Model S from here. I liked how fast the whole process was, I'm used to spending hours at dealerships. Nick M was my salesman, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I was pretty disappointed by the detail job. There are a lot of spots that were just missed or something. Also, they decided not to include a charger with my vehicle, which I feel should be illegal. The car wasn't charged all the way, and with the way they do things, I wouldn't be able to claim the vehicle through the Tesla app for 3-5 days. This means I couldn't use any superchargers, and I also couldn't use any other charger because I didn't get an adapter with the car. I was stressing out, thinking I was going to be stranded 2 hours from home without being able to charge. Luckily I was able to call Tesla and they made an emergency exception for me which got me charged and on the road. I would shop here again, I just wish I would have known what I was getting into.

We walked the lot for 20 minutes. We were there to buy a vehicle. They sat in the office and were on their phones. I gave it a 2 star because their inventory is pretty good.

Great place to buy a vehicle! They ve got so much inventory and the prices are fair. We were in and out in less than a couple hours driving home what we went in for. Sage was knowledgeable and had everything ready for us when we came in. All we had to do was sign the papers.

Quick and simple, this dealership is not like the other scam artists out there! Their fees are very low and they don't pressure you into buying anything! I live in Florida and stumbled across this place while on vacation, found a car I loved at a great price and decided to drive my RV up to OH and tow it back.Nicolas M was awesome to deal with and the transaction was very smooth and fast.Car dealerships in Florida definitely need to learn from this place!Oh yeah, I love my 2023 Nissan Leaf!!!

I purchased a car from Price Pro and it was the best experience I had buying a car ever! My salesman was Sage, and he was just awesome! He explained everything step by step, and he took his time and didn't try to rush me. Any questions that I had he had an answer at the ready, he really knows his job and is very personable on top of that. When I got home I thought of something that I had forgotten to ask so I called back to the showroom because he had given me his direct line number so I left him a message. The first thing the following morning he returned my phone call to make sure that everything was okay with the car and myself. He is just really goes above and beyond for his customers and I commend his work ethic!Thank you so much Sage, you have a very happy customer because of your service, youhave a customer for life! This is the second car I've bought from Price Pro. I love their no hassle/no haggle way of doing business. My salesman John even contacted me a couple days after my purchase to let me know that he had found me a cheaper rate on my gap insurance. I will definitely be back for my next car.

Always a great experience with PricePro. I have bought a couple cars from them. Most recently we bought one with help from Nick M. He was great to work with, personable, easy to talk to, and surely goes above and beyond. The car we purchased, one of the headlights was not level with the other. Nick took time out of his busy day to personally make sure that it was leveled so that we could drive safely back home at night. Nick, we appreciate you and will definitely look to pricepro for buying another car in the future. Thank you!

I texted Thursday about a certain vehicle. I was contacted later that day by. Salesman Nick Gray and we discussed me test driving and buying the car on Saturday. I gave him my information over the phone so he could get started on the paperwork. I drove the 2 hours there on Saturday morning and was quickly met by Nick. He got me the keys and i went on a test drive. He hadcall the paperwork ready and we finished the deal. It took less time to test drive and do paperwork then it did for them to detail the car before I took possession. Everyone there was very nice and professional.

When I purchased my first vehicle, the dealer, Z Mehdi was very helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever I wasn t sure about something, he would give me some advice and not pressure me. So far I can t complain about any of the staff, they are very easy going and friendly. If they see that you need help with something, they don t hesitate to come up to you and ask if you need assistance

I just bought my second car from Price Pro and haven t found another dealership nearly as easy to work with. The pricing, ease of purchase, and trade-in process is fast and simple. Sage helped me with my purchase today, and I highly recommend him. He was responsive, helpful, funny, and made the process an enjoyable one.

Amended Review - from a 4 star to a 2 star.I liked that they were a no pressure dealer, and they have a varied inventory and more online. The initial process was quick, and I was in and out in about an hour and a half.Unfortunately, 6 1/2 weeks later after my tempplates expired, I went to retrieve my title because it had not been received. That is when I was told that it got returned to the state title agency. I found out that B.K. who had helped me out had mistyped my name.This has caused a TON of frustrations. So, I made an appointment to meet with him for him to correct his error. Upon arriving in the time window we previously set, after having driven a 1/2 hour to get there, I was told he was out for the day. Instead his wife was sent to help me.A�os I have to wait 2-4 MORE weeks to get my title in order to get my plates, which means I cannot drive my car.
