Mike got me fixed up good as new. He had his hands full fixing someone else s hodge podge job. I couldn t believe it when I seen what my issue was. I thought he was gonna suggest getting a whole new exhaust system. He did an awesome job. He did it by himself and I m grateful he was the guy for the job. Engine codes are gone and his welding skills look awesome. Thanks!

Mike was awesome did great work I was in and out in an hour and now my car runs normal again I will definitely be going back for future work and recommending muffler man to everyone I know

I came as a walk in. He got me in and out quick. And was really fairly priced. They do all kinds of repairs and will definitely be going back to him

The customer service alone is absolutely worth it. I did not know they did oil changes here. This is the epitome of shopping local right. You're not getting your oil change at some big box store. I came here from muffler work and I will be back for other work as well. Price very well. Not only is the mechanic super nice but showed me what was wrong, didn't just tell me he physically showed me. The lady up front. Corey, super nice as well. I sat there and watched his other customers came in and how she dealt with customers. Even if they were a little rude. She was still so nice. They will have my business from here on out. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Took my car in with an anti freeze leak that was taking a week to leak out, I get My car back anti freeze leaks out the next day so I took It back up there an they say they can t figure it out. So I paid For them to just mess the car up more basically

I recently experienced a broken piece in my car's exhaust system, resulting in an excessively loud noise. Based on my brother-in-law's recommendation, I decided to visit Muffler Man. I was happy to find that they accommodated walk-in customers. They promptly placed my car on a lift, diagnosed the issue, and welded on a new pipe, all within 30-minutes. The entire team exhibited a high level of professionalism and honesty throughout the process. Additionally, their pricing was reasonable and fair. They pour a lot of attention into vehicle and keep the customer informed. Easy place to drop off or wait if needed. Donuts and coffee is across the street, Wendy s and McDonald s right nearby.Plus there is the freaking cutest rabbit at the waiting area.A++

I was there a few months ago. The two men were very helpful. Had muffler work done. Was extremely satisfied with price and work. We talked about bringing it in again for additional work and oil change. I called to schedule. This worker refused to work on my car unless it was dropped off. I explained that was not possible. Said the other two workers shouldn't have told me that they would do that service. Even tried to pay for parts in advance so they would be in house. Won't be back

A few months ago I had my mid muffler deleted on my 19 Dodge Challenger RT and man does it sound amazing. The employees did an amazing job and were extremely fast. I get compliments EVERYWHERE I go saying how good it sounds and even people who have full blown exhaust systems ask me how I made it sound so nice. Got a crazy assessment from Tuffy and decided to go here for a second opinion. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot for a reasonable price. These guys have never steered me wrong. You don't have to worry about getting pressured into unnecessary repairs. They are honest and do extremely good work. I go for my oil changes regularly and any other problem I have with my car. Been going there for over 3 years now and wouldn't take my car anywhere else!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Justin is amazing! him and his team seem to be on point with quality service and excellent customer service very knowledgeable without the over exaggerating any issues you may have. I appreciate the laid back environment and great prices! Definitely recommend. I keep going back and so should you!

Do not go there period. Hillbilly running the shop in Maumee Ohio. Went for an interview and left in less than 5 minutes. Lmao out the door. They will not last at that location next to Midas. Can't see it from the road, one car in the lot and one in the shop. You get what you pay for, junk! No business at all for a shop that size with high traffic volume? And they want to pay junk wages with no incentives period. The phone interview was even better when called I the district manager out of Michigan! He sounded DRUNK!! Lmoa! By far the worst shop I have applied to for a job.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I called after waiting two days at a different auto shop, in hopes that i could have some fast and honest work done on my vehicle. Muffler Man is the real deal. Top professionals. Recommend! Quoted $125 for exhaust repair and few hours. I was a little worried because I needed to get to work in few hours. But they actually made it for $100 and in like 40 minutes. Now that's a professionalism and customer oriented business!Thank you guys! You made my day! I have an 18 yr old car with an 18 year old exhaust system where one part rusted through. Otherwise the car is a very good runner. Justin was so easy to work with, replaced just the one part for a ridiculously fair price. He gets it about the geriatric car that ya wished to keep running safely *and reasonably priced* because not having a car payment is a wonderful thing. We're switching to him from another name brand place to service both our cars. Excellent shop.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

Very disappointed with this company! My sons mother called and asked me to follow her to this location to drop her vehicle off to have a complete exhaust put on it, she had taken it to them and they put it up in the lift and did a complete inspection (my mother was going to follow her but due to the snow it wasn t safe) When she told me it was going to cost her $450 for the exhaust I called my friend and small business owner closer to home ,he said to bring it in long story short I dropped It off and when I came back and he charged her for a new muffler he said they lied about the rest of the exhaust,You people should be ashamed of yourselves trying to take advantage of a woman that doesn t know any better and trust companies to do the right thing,I ll be passing the word that muffler man is a rip off

Great place!!! Great people.They helped me when my car broke down on a business trip and were able to get us back on the road. They even called the car rental place to stay open so we could get home.I highly recommend this place!!!!Danielle and her team are amazing! They even called to see that all was well with the car and that we got home safe.Many thanks to them all.

Excellent full service garage that will actually be honest with you about what is necessary and what you can do without. If they don't know something for sure, they will tell you that instead of throwing a bunch of expensive parts and labor at your car until something works. (Like most places nowadays) From my few times doing business there they seem to be interested in establishing long term relationships with people rather than just doing a bunch of quick rip-off deals.

Very good work and great employees. #1 repair shop in Toledo ohio hands down. With prices that will have you happy not like other places that charge hundreds or even thousands for a simple repair. Highly recommended
