First, I highly recommend Midas in Maumee! I shopped around desperately needing a headlight build replaced on a day off with no time to wait Brian got me in ASAP. I was in and out half hour and half the cost competitors quoted me. I want to offer a special thank you to Brian scheduling me and technician John! One very happy customer!! Keep up the great customer service!

First and foremost, the MIDAS in Maumee has always been accommodating. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Garret as it regards a laundry list of much needed services, and of whom I found to be cordial, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. The maintenance performed truly is quality work (thank you Jim) and done so in a timely manner. The professionalism and trust garnered over the years will certainly have me swinging back. Thanks guys!

Regularly use this Midas location. Bryan the manager is knowledgeable, honest and doesn t try to upsell for no reason. Jim, the lead tech at this shop is one of the best in the entire company. Always get next level service with these guys.

Had a very good experience here. I was seen right away. They explained everything very clearly and gave me multiple options as far as repairs and cost. And the final price I paid was much less than what was originally quoted.

My grandfather recommended the Maumee Midas location after having work done several times with good results. I decided to have some general maintenance done around the 100K mark. Such as spark plugs and air filter replacement, radiator flush, engine coolant, etc..I spoke with Garret who was extremely patient, courteous, and professional. He was able to give me an exact price quote, and a reasonable time estimate. I took my car in for service the same day and the work was all done after only 1 hour to my surprise. I made a payment and picked up the keys with no resistance. Everything went smooth and Garret went above and beyond to make my experience great. I would definitely recommend this location if you need full service work done. Thanks again!

Great job getting me in on short notice. I called and didn't have to schedule an appointment for an oil change. Good service. Good timing. Nice staff. Decent price and honored their other locations coupon, from across the river.

Midas leaves the air pump out after hours for occasions such as mine, when it gets colder, my tires deflates quickly. So, I appreciate it.

$670 for a Thermostat & Heater Core Backflush; still no heat. Mgr advised me to put CLR in the cooling system and drive 100 miles. I Googled the option and it's ill-advised.

Bradley is the man to talk to! He really helped me out being in a pinch. When i asked if the work he said that needed to be done was necessary, he didnt hesitate to take me out and show me exactly what was wrong! I've never had any other mechanic shop personally show me or have me feel what is going on. If you're looking for affordable good quality work, come to Midas in Maumee.

Took my suv in for an oil change. Gentleman asked me if I have any other concerns. Informed him my car bottoms out when I go over a speed bump or hit any kind of bumps. Was grateful they fixed my back shocks same day and all team tagged together to get this finished with oil change. Meant a lot they stayed a little after 6 so I didn t have to come back. Service was great!! We were on our way up to Lake erie from southern Ohio when our brakes locked up we barely made it to the shop and Bryan was so helpful getting us in and back on the road for a very reasonable price!! Would definitely recommend their service to anyone!!

I received an "oil change" from them 6/23/2023. Over this past weekend on 7/72023, I started noticing that my oil light was coming on. I checked my oil this morning on 7/10/2023 and noticed that the dipstick was completely dry. While I obviously cannot 100% prove lack of service, I am convinced that they did not handle this properly.In the initial conversations of my service, there was the traditional "upselling" conversations that made me a little uncertain that they were treating me properly. I was told that my Kia Soul burns oil traditionally and it needs to be checked every 1000 miles. I 100% will not go back.

Jeremy at MIDAS was kind, helpful, and he assured me that my tire had been fixed, and there were no worries about traveling out of town tomorrow!Then, to my surprise, he told me tire repair was FREE!!!This is hands-down, the best customer service experience I have ever received happy new year

Took my car in because it was making a squealing noise, knowing the issue was coming from the breaks. The attendants were nice but they disregarded my concern and told me they didn't hear anything.As soon as I left my car made the squealing noise again and I left paying 25 dollars for basically nothing.Wouldn't recommend going here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

People are pleasant, work is up to par, upselling is fact and practice for most all sales and services businesses, which is a part of the repair game as is with many other businesses, but this is where you need to be diligent, ask questions, engage in thoughtful conversation. For instance, the added parts may in fact need to be replaced but in what state of urgency, is it a three or an eight regarding repair/replacement need? The need to replace/repair is legitimate, but maybe not urgent' the CSP/TECH or manager hasn't lied nor misled you, however the due diligence is on you, so ask. And always review your bill in detail, some of the detail may be lacking which could lead to additional cost in the future, e.g., bill may state "pin kit" @ $xx.yy and 'boot kit" @ $xx.yy, what does that mean? Maybe there's four pins and four boots on your vehicle, where they all replaced, if not which ones were? If it's not called out on the bill, how are you going to know if they should or shouldn't be replaced the next time? And why are there two pricings' when they normally come together as a set or kit, not separately, did they in fact replace both sides or all four? Vagueness and ambiguity play into the initiating party's favor, still nothing wrong, you just need do your part and ask.This could apply to any repair business, not just Midas, again, not a bad place to have work done, just need to be aware and do your due diligence.

Nick Fuller and his crew run one of the best garage services I have ever been to. Fair service, quick repairs, and actually fixes the issue. I had a pleasant experience after the tire in my vehicle was losing pressure. Midas diagnosed and found my problem in less than 15 minutes! Very friendly staff to welcome me to the shop as well!

My pickup was making gear breaking noise, they inspected drive train and found differential was empty, one of the crew had some synthetic rear end oil and let me have it, they saved me a very expensive repair. Great crew and concern for clients. Thank you

I appreciate everyone that works here. I caught a flat tire on the road today, everywhere I went to get my tire change was a 3 hour wait. I called Madis and they approve that they can fix it. Generally, when you go to a chain you expect to have your problem fixed but also expect to be treated as just another customer. Well Nick at Midas in Maumee has shattered that stereotype! He treats his customers like family and truly individualizes each vehicle owners experience. Would give a -10 if I could. I live in Michigan was traveling to South Carolina and my car started shaking very badly in Maumee Ohio. We stay in a hotel for the night and first thing the next morning take it to whichever shop is open, hoping we can continue our trip the next day. Just so happens to be this one. I was told it's going to be THOUSANDS to fix. Take the whole engine apart and very time consuming. Spent the money to tow back to where we live in Michigan and it was fixed in an hour for $140. Taking advantage of people from out of state. All the time and money spent towing it back and it was something we could have had fixed in less than an hour!?!?!?!?

Very informative and customer centric folks working here. We will continue to use these guys for our oil changes and tire rotations with the potential for more indepth repairs in the future.
