Fast responsive service! Affordable prices! Smart and engaging staff. I called around for different prices, and I'm not a do it yourself person most of the time. Glass Doctor had the best rates and got it done quickly. They did a great job!

The Maumee Ohio branch, did a wonderful job. I called them. They had me Schedule in to their shop one hour later, and had me fixed and on the road 35 minutes later, all in the same day less than two hours you just don t find service like this anymore, if you re looking to get your windshield repaired or replaced, I highly suggest them!!!Kind Regards,Don Christie

First off, I needed the entire windshield replaced on my 2021 bronco Sport. They were helpful with scheduling my appointment and got me in quickly. Second, they are some $200 cheaper than Safelite. Did a great job, even carefully replaced my ezpass with a new adhesive. Everyone was kind and the waiting area is comfortable with little amenities. Definitely recommend.

The Glass Doctor were very professional and friendly and fast. Our window in our entry door shattered and we needed fixed right away and they came out and replaced the glass within 2 hours. We are very happy and satisfied with the work and will definitely call again if any glass breaks again. Thank you so much for all your help!!

It was quick & easy to make the appointment to have the chip on my windshield fixed. Waiting area was comfortable & staff (Phil Smith) members were friendly, helpful & explained their policy. Job was finished within the promised time & rate was reasonable.

UPDATED REVIEW (5 stars): Within hours of submitting my review, I received a very professional call from one of the owners who genuinely wanted to make things right. He offered to come get the carpet cleaned today and promised to remind his crew to treat every home like their own. I really appreciated the prompt and thoughtful follow-up.ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 stars): Install of replacement glass into our sliding patio door appears to have been well done, but technicians (while very friendly) were not prepared to keep the carpet clean or thoroughly cleanup remnant broken glass -- inside or out -- after the install. For nearly $900, I would think some shoe covers and a decent vacuum would be included in the service. I spent an hour cleaning the footprints off the carpet and was picking up random shards of glass for days.

Prompt, friendly, professional. I actually made a mistake in my measurement for glass. And, they're going to cut it down the same day on Monday for me. I've actually used them one time in the past back in like 2011 and they came out to the house the following day. When it comes to glass needs, this will probably always be the place that I will always go to and recommend. The prices are great too!

On top of the very timely appointment being set, the tech, Matt, showed up on time with a courtesy call ahead. He was polite and fixed the window right there on the spot. The repair cost less than I had thought it would and he was in and out on an hour and a half. He even took all precautions to not get glass anywhere and cleaned up like he wasn't even there. Repair looks great! Will Def be a repeat customer!

Glass Doctor did a great job replacing broken windows at our home. They quickly ordered the parts and contacted us when they were in stock. Our service technician (Noah) was polite professional and courteous. The service provided was outstanding.

I had numerous windows that were out of warranty and had issues with fogging between the glass panes. After my initial call, it was only two days before they were out for an estimate. Two days after that, I received the estimate. They then said it would be about two weeks to order the glass and then they would call to schedule the repairs. The glass was in sooner than two weeks and they were out right away to get the repairs done. They also have an easy to use credit card site to pay now so no need for a check. Very impressed with the overall process. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! The results are incredible of replacing one or two cracked panes from a window (of 9 or 12 panes)! Each of the 13 windows that they repaired either one or two panes of glass in, looks like a brand new window! Absolutely beautiful!! I was concerned that I was going to have to paint the window after they install the new panes; but no painting was required by myself! I am absolutely, positively, 100% pleased with the top notch quality that glass Glass Doctor provided me with! I highly recommend them to anybody considering replacing some broken glass panes! In all honesty, it cost me less to have 13 windows fixed then it would ve cost me to purchase one brand new window! Had to have my back window replaced, when I called the receptionist was amazing in every way possible and did everything she could to get me any/all discounts available ..we also shared a few laughs during the call. I was treated like a person not a number!!

Great experience with Glass Doctor. I had a cracked windshield that eventually spidered out with the extreme cold we had. I gave them the VIN number of my vehicle and they got me in within a couple of days and replaced the windshield. No issues what soever.

Glass Doctor just finished replacing all the thermal glass units on our bay window, and three large doublehung windows. These are Andersen Windows, 30+ years old, and several units had lost their gas seal; but otherwise they were in great condition. So Glass Doctor was half the cost of Renewal by... and way less than replacement as well. Technicians were professional and a pleasure to have at our home. A+

We really have had professional service and good experience. It has been 4 years since our installation and had a issue with a outer board. Glass Doctors made sure we were serviced right away and we were happy with the technician that fixed our problem. This is a very custom window and it was a beautiful job. Thank you

I had to have a rear window replaced on my car and I interacted (by phone) with Candy on how to handle this with insurance and she was amazing! She handled everything to make this happen (with little effort on my part) and got me an appointment quickly. The window was installed in 1 day. So far so good! I would definitely recommend! They were super helpful!

The young man who waited on me was so kind. Unfortunately I don t remember his name or I would mention him for a commendation. He was so professional and polite. He took care of everything including calling the insurance company and taking care of that aspect. I can t say enough good things about him and the work done.
