Went in for an oil change, was informed shortly after that it was recommended that I get a full tire replacement. I was shown on each tire what problems were beginning to show (some obvious, some pretty subtle) and was told how severe each would become if left neglected. I was given fair options and decided to go ahead with the tire replacement since I was already there. I think this is a testament to how attentive the crews are when performing inspections and maintenance, as these issues must have been there since at least my last oil change (not with Belle) and they weren't noted. Was at the shop longer than I'd have cared for on my day off, but better three hours there than stuck changing a flat on the side of the road later. Would definitely recommend

Sense tireman became bell tire in maumee. It absolutely sucks to go to. Calling was told inspection would be free or low price almost 80 dollars for not even half hour of looking at vehicle is redicoulsous! Next time I'll travel across town to my mechanic who charges 25 if he don't do any work and no charge if he fixes the problem! Rather drive 35min save my money thab go to this place absolutely redicoulsous prices and didn't even fix the problem or quote price to fix! What a joke of a business.

Been going to Tireman (and now Bell Tire) for years and have known some of the associates for over 20 years. I'll keep going there as long as the old timers (and newer associates) are there to serve me. They are why I keep going back.

I needed Tires for my Company vehicle and came into the Maumee Store. Andy gave me some options based on my driving habits and I went with his recommendation, Michelin Defenders and couldn t be happier. Everyone is very friendly and I was on the road within an hour with no appointment. A+

After installing two new tires, Costco refused to rotate tires to my specifications due to their internal "policy". Belle rotated for us at no charge.

Got a price on new tires. But after I had them installed. I asked if the this price included road hazard it did not I don't like surprises I ask what the total price was but obviously it was not. Also in the waiting room the restrooms are absolutely disgusting don't look like they've been cleaned in weeks

Tireman is the best tire shop in this area. Every time I go in to have repair work done I am always impressed with how professional, honest, and fair they are. I recently had a nail in a tire and didn't know it until I was driving around on a flat. Took it in and they honored the warranty on the tire and were extremely accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. I trust this shop so much I send my daughters there to have their repair work done. Thank you to everyone who works at this location to make it everything a business should be.

This place is the absolute BEST! I had a small issue with the kill switch on my work truck. I knew this was the problem and had it pinpointed to the exact wire causing the problem (I just didn't have the tools to fix it with me). I took my truck to 3 other places and none of them wanted to help me, but at least the last pointed me to this Tireman. When I got there a tech immediately came out to see the problem, then from there pulled the truck right into the shop. 10-15 minutes later I was on my way. They didn't even charge me since it was just a loose wire that only needed to be tightened. It was huge for me though because it was preventing my truck and generator from starting properly. This Tireman has earned my business from now on whenever I'm in Toledo and need something. You should give them a shot as well.

The good people at Tireman did exactly what they promised me. Gave me a quote over the phone with an Out the door price . That was precisely what I paid. I made an appointment for 9am the next day, I arrived early and they were finished putting on my two new tires 45 minutes later. Everyone was polite and efficient. I recommend them highly.

So there I was, Southbound I-75, tooling along in my Chevrolet, and diggin' on my iTunes. It was a beautiful Saturday morning and I was on my way home to Florida, when my car binged at me that the right rear tire was about to go. Way low tire pressure. Vette's don't have a spare, so I had to find a tire shop. Fast.With visions of a slick tire-shop guy telling me they'd have to replace all four tires, I pulled into Tireman on a busy Saturday morning, resigned to my fate.Less than two hours later, I was back on the road, and my bill was a whopping $23. Yes. That's right. No zero's. Twenty three bucks. Turns out it was a bad valve stem. Barely over twenty bucks, on an emergency repair job, for an old guy from out of state. Wow. Honest, hard-working people, with integrity in the car repair business. It does happen. Way cool. Thanks folks! (And I didn't even have to go home via Omaha.)

Was passing through the area when I heard a noise coming from my tire. I told the guy at the desk I thought it was a sticking caliper, that I was from out of town and that I had 10 hours to drive the next day. I got there an hour and a half before close.They looked at it, determined that my brake hardware was touching the rotor, fixed it and sent me on my way with NO CHARGE in a half an hour.I overheard them talking with another customer that they patched a tire for at no charge.I told them I was from out of town and passing through. They could easily have taken advantage. This says a lot about their character. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service I received at the Tireman Maumee location. I asked to have my brakes checked and a tire situation looked into since I will be doing quite a bit of traveling over the next month. My brakes were checked and found to be in good condition and the tire was taken care of. I was very surprised to be told that this service was given free of charge. Each of the gentlemen I talked to was very professional as well as friendly. I was in the waiting area for about 90 minutes so I witnessed many customers coming in for service. Each individual was treated with respect and given good customer service. I highly recommend the Maumee Tireman location for vehicle service.

Very professional. Did a courtesy inspection of my car after a month of not driving it and they gave me a detailed report of all things checked and worked on and recommended the time I come back for service and part changes based on their current condition and life left. This location is worth the drive from Toledo . Hope they continue to work honestly for the customers and as long as they do that they will have a successful business.

They told me that they could service my car before closing. I left it throughout the entire day and they told me it would be done in the following morning. I was a bit bummed, but I understood that things happen. They ended up calling me back, and gave me my service for free and allowed me to pick up after hours that same evening, which allowed me to make it to work in the morning. Thanks tireman!

First time going to Tireman for new tires. Made an appointment a week in advance for an installation for 10:30 in the morning. Dropped off my car early at 10:15 & called later that day at around 2:30 to find that they hadn t even touched my car yet & that it would likely be ready by 5, even though they close at 5. Was disappointed at how long it took even though I had an appointment, don t think I will be back

I ordered tires on a Wednesday while making an installation appointment for Friday. I dropped my truck off at 8am and it was ready at 10am! 4 tires, balanced and installed with the most reasonable reasonable price in town on the Michelins I chose? This is why I have been a customer for 20+ years, Tireman is awesome!

Gave me a great deal on tires and when I called back a few hours after dropping it off to say "I forgot to ask for an oil change. Can you squeeze that in today?" they had no problem and got it done same day for me. I really trust the workers here not to upcharge me too.

I went to Tireman because a local car dealer informed me that my brakes were "bad". Tireman allowed me to walk in. I dropped the car off and within 30 minutes I received a call from Tireman stating my brakes were only at 50% wear and do not need replaced. I mentioned that I had ordered tires at Costco the day before. The tires were not in stock and could be 10 days before delivery and installation. Tireman had the same tire in stock and saved me $118! The tire installation was seamless and only took an hour. Thank you, Andy, for your honesty, hardwork, and professionalism! I appreciate Tireman Maumee and will recommend them to everyone!!

Other than the wrong size tires came in and they had to go get the right size I have no complaints. I've dealt with the Maumee shop in the past, and they always do great. The young lady that did the work reported minor issues to me, very nice, very friendly. Would have been 5 stars had the right size tires had been there. I have no problem going back in the future.

Tireman is closer to me but I usually drive the extra 20 minutes to Discount Tire. I'm not sure how they claim to be the lowest price out the door everytime I've compared out the door prices they are more expensive. They also are a lot less friendly and I seem to always have to wait longer. I wouldn't say they are bad I just think Discount Tire is alot better.

My car Tire was punctured by a nail as we were traveling through the area. The tire was not repairable due to the location of the puncture. Tireman was able to replace the tire quickly and we were on our way again. I was Very pleased with my experience at The Tireman.

I had a nail in my tire and took it in without an appointment. They got me in and were super friendly and professional. Someone even went to another location to pick up my specific tire and it was 4:30pm at the end of the day. They put on a new tire (my tire was unrepairable) and I was out the door in less than an hour. The cost was far below dealer cost. I can t believe how easy the process was let alone how cheap. On top of it everyone was so friendly. I can t say enough good. Not to mention they have the best alignment specialist in the state! So glad to see Covid did not affect the service at Tireman as it has many other companies. Hands down the best service I ve received in a long time

Having a flat tire that can t be fixed, is not the way to start your day.That being said, I went to Tireman in Maumee and was waited on by Andy. He was very professional and efficient. Being handicapped, Andy was so kind and considerate. I got a great price on my new tire which is awesome in itself. My car was ready to go in a very short time. But what made me decide to never go anywhere else, was how I was treated. Andy had my car brought around to the front door so I didn t have as far to walk.Thank you Tireman and Andy for a great experience.

This was a big disappointment. I had ordered tires and Made a 9 a.m. appointment the week before. But when I got there, they didn't have the tires, so they did upgrade them, but they took 2 1/2 hours to get it done. As I was looking through the glass doors and windows a few of the workers was spending a lot of time in their phones instead of working. I live 45 minutes so will give second thoughts next time I buy tires

Excellent customer service. Excellent work. Excellent price. I continue to use Tireman because they stand apart from other shops and no matter which Tireman I have gone to, I continue to see a standard of excellence in the car repair shop market second to none. I trust Tireman, they don t gouge, or manipulate you to getting something fixed that doesn t need it. I d go there before any other shop in the Toledo area. And a special thank you to Josh and Chad at Maumee for my recent quick repair on my vehicle s AC!
