If I could give 10 stars I would! I can't say enough good things about this place and the employees there. They truly went above and beyond. I pulled into the lot with a car that would only start with a jump and no idea what the issue was and I left with a fully operational vehicle. Love love love this place.

David was amazing, installed a brake light in my Volkswagen with bulbs I purchased at another AutoZone that was less that adequate. He is definitely there to do his job and does it well. I live in Perrysburg, but we'll continue to travel to the Maumee location for the best service!

Kim, she is the manager. Very friendly and very attentive to my needs. I was over 500 miles away from home and she was very attentive to my needs. She is very knowledgeable and smart in her job. Great job, Kim!

I came in to get my battery checked because my car wouldn t start. the blonde cashier greeted me but then was soon annoyed that I was asking questions & needed assistance because she was in the middle of something She checked the battery and said it just needed charged. We asked if she would call us when it was done, and she told us that she usually forgets so we might as well come back. 2 hours later I go to pick up what I thought would be a charged battery but, apparently it was bad. She didn t call to let me know it was bad, and when I walked in, she scooted out of the door without even making eye contact. The older gentleman, 5 stars and should teach his fellow employee how to give better service

Great service. The gentlemen who diagnosed changed my battery were kind and helpful. My daughter was acting up, and the other associate let her color with their highlighters while I paid for my battery and spoke with the men who explained how the problem could've began. Very happy with this location!!

I m the only person in the entire store and needed a simple headlight bulb swapped out and the worker rudely said normally we would but there s only 2 of us here so I m not doing it keep in mind I m the only customer in the entire store. I put the bulb and my other items back and went to O Reilly and was helped immediately with no hassle.. thanks for nothing, autozone Maumee

Needed a new battery and Jewel replaced it for a new one. Jo assistedhim and both were very proffesional and kind doing a great job. Thank you again, will recommend this store.

The manager was rude & condescending. Only interested in hearing his own voice & not listening to his customers to gain understanding about how best to help. I'd rather drive farther away to a different store than to ever shop here again. The only redeeming quality was the technician that replaced a light for me. He knows more about customer service than the guy "in charge."

The women at this AutoZone are fantastic. I came in just a couple of hours ago around 6:00 pm (10/10/19). I can't remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was short, had a gray shirt on, and had black hair. I believe her name started with a "P" but I could be wrong.She was fantastic! My check engine light was on and I initially asked if I could have them run a test to see what was wrong. Instead of doing that she went in a completely opposite direction. She asked me to describe the circumstances on how my issue started, and what actions I had been doing when I was pumping gas.Within a matter of seconds she had basically figured out my issue and helped me solve it immediately. She helped me replace my fuel cap and sent me on my way. Offered to help if I had issues installing it too. She was great and the whole thing was completely effortless! She had previously helped me with my wipers and that process was just as quick and easy as this one!

Gary R. Came right up to me and helped me with everything. He was very informative about what I needed. He put my windshield wipers on so fast. I m from Michigan and I go to school in Ohio and he is so much nicer much more helpful here. If I could tip him I would but it s against Auto Zones policy ( I tried) I will gladly get what I need here if I can instead of at home.

I had an amazing interaction with Alan S. today. My check engine light was on, so I stopped in to have it checked out. Alan explained to me that employees are no longer allowed inside the vehicles due to COVID restrictions, so he walked me through the 2 easy steps. He took the diagnostic tool in & hooked it up to the computer, told me what was wrong, & even took the time to explain what that part meant for my car. He had the part in stock, so I bought it while I was there. I also seem to always be in a hurry & this man had me in & out of the store within 5 minutes & was very friendly & professional through it all. Thank you, Alan, for seeming to actually enjoy what you are doing!

My usual take on auto parts store employees in general are that are disinterested, unhelpful, and are always pushing the 'product of the day' without knowing the first thing about my car.These guys were different. They were attentive without being pushy. They saw what I was buying and asked related, relevant questions. And then they suggested an alternative that was less expensive and ended up being a better solution.

These guys were awesome . I arrived looking for some windshield wipers and they asked if I needed help looking up the part # immediately! The service was quick & they even installed it for me. The employees name was Gage.

I was sent to the Maumee location after stopping by the Perrysburg location to get my rear brake pads and rotors... when I got to the Maumee location the guy who helped me knew what I was looking for and showed me a few choices for my brake pads and I got a 40% discount on my whole order as well.

Ricky and Wiliam really went the extra mile today to get wiper blades that would work on my 33 year old Toyota 4x4. Even helped me outside in the rain. Amazing customer service!

Came into the store to purchase a battery for my vehicle, and had the best customer service experience ! Gage installed my battery in no time, gave me good advice going forward and was happy to assist. Awesome customer service!!

Wonderful people here. So helpful whenever I come in. My license plate light went out, and I couldn't seem to figure out how to get at it to replace it.Not only did they figure it out, but he replaced it while he was down there. I bought several things I could have bought elsewhere, but I would rather give them my business.

,great staff. Very helpful. Have everything my truck and car needs whenever I go there. The Women work just as much as the men. Nice to see women on staff and getting the respect they deserve. Prices are very competitive too.

Went in for a new battery. Tyler was really helpful and even swapped it out right in the parking lot. Only took 5 minutes or so. He even checked the alternator to make sure we were 100% good to go.

I had been told by multiple other auto part retailers that they could not replace my battery and I would have to take to the dealership due to the location of battery. I went into Maumee auto zone location, the person I was working with got their manager to look at my car to see if installing was an option, and he had my battery replaced within three minutes and I was on my way. Great experience, would highly recommend

VERY helpful staff here. Thanks to Autozone the amount of time that passed between my noticing a dead headlight and having a brand new pair installed was maybe 10 minutes. The fact that they're willing to help with minor things like this adds a convenience value that's impossible to ignore.

I went to Autozone a few weeks ago. The guy who previously helped me...gave me the wrong headlight. Austin was very helpful. He went above and beyond. ...helping me refund my item. ....and his customer service was excellent! Thankyou!

Tool rental service was nice, saved my butt when replacing my brakes, i needed to compress my caliper pistons - rear pistons could not be done with c-clamps. Friendly associates, quick in and out experience.

It is hot and cold with customer service at this place. Sometimes they are super nice sometimes they seem annoyed that you ask for the military discount. Sorry I want to save 10%. They also ignore the customer that is in the store when they are on the phone. I think it is better to call in the parking lot tell them what you need and that you will be in soon.

We had some problems with our RV with panel lights being on. Ford told us to come by when our lights came on and they would check it out but when we did they turned us away and said they couldn t see us for five more days. Went to AutoZone in maumee and Kim Mooney was excellent. We were able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. Would recommend going to AutoZone whenever you re having problems before going to the dealership.

Very nice place, but staffed almost entirely by college girls who seemed inconvenienced by me simply walking in the door. They were quite rude when they spoke to me and glared at me when they weren't. I will be passing this location up from now on and crossing the river to Perrysburg
