I paid for the lifetime tire balancing & rotation as well as the extra road hazard when I bought the tires new. Stopped into the Canton store to get all the above done (I had a slow leak in one of the tires) & it took 2 hours plus. No big deal, I knew that was possible when I bought the extra protection. But, as I & drove home I could detect a bouncing in the tires so I called the shop & found out they only fixed the leak & rotated the tires without balancing. The guy said come back & we'll get you in "next". I drove 15 minutes back to the shop only to find the shop doors down because there was only one mechanic & he couldn't work in the shop alone. So, I had to drive to the Massillon shop & wait another 2 hours simply to get the tires balanced. Four & half hours of my afternoon shot, was not a great experience.

Used to come here for tires, oil changes, rotations, an more but I believe I will be starting to search else where. Constant 3 hr wait, never pick up phones, terrible attitudes when calling in. When you stop in, they want you to leave the car before they can even get to it rather than make a reservation so you can come back. When you do make a reservation it has to be minimum next day.

Very rude.. called in morning to get a tire.. the guy said yes no problem just come now we can do it now.. got there at 745am was told couldn t not change my tire had to make appointment when I was told 15 min earlier to come n they would change it if I got there within 15 which I did.. that s the 2nd time I was told they could do something and go and was told something totally dif they really need to get on the same page cause that s not fair to people who ask if they come now for service and drive all the way n get lied to

They were very busy when I came in on 9-16, yet every single person went above and beyond to take care of me. I needed tires they didnt have( they offered to order) and a gentleman was off to the side making calls to make sure I had what I needed TODAY, because I am due to leave to go out of town and couldn't wait for tires. Hooked me up on windshield wipers too. Thank you Wal-Mart automotive center.Service: Auto maintenance

Literally called in like 25 times and not one person will answer the phone. My tires came into the store and I was calling to see if I could come get them installed. But I guess I ll have to drive there in order to be helped.

Have got tires here a couple of times. Have had long waits and attempts to upscale you to pricier items. Service was good but long waits. Prices fair not good at sticking to there guarantee, once blamed me for tire I only had two weeks wanted me to buy two new tires refused to replace one. I have never went back since.

I always have a good experience here. I have had numerous oil changes on multiple vehicles and have bought tires here as well. I find the prices very reasonable and the service is fairly heplful. I visit on a regular basis and my last oil change was in the spring of 2018.

Found out when I was in Sandusky tire center that one of the employees told me that they did not want to change my tires cuz it was a Saturday and they had other things to do and Valerie okayed it to lie about my tire pressure so everybody stay out of Walmart you can go to meijer's$10 general be the same price or sometimes cheaper and stay away from Cooper tires

They will lie indirectly to get out of honoring your tire treadlife /wear warranty.I bought a set of tires here at 159k miles on my car. Goodyear viva 3 all seasons. Wonderful tires. Had them rotated and balanced by same center every other oil change. About every 5 to 6 k miles. They hit the wear bars at 212k. This is 53k miles. Goodyear guarantee is 60k on these.Thats 7k left or.. 11.6 percent.According to goodyears warranty protocol.. If it hits wear bars early and you have a recorded history of timely rotations at the center then i am guarunteed a percentage off my next set of tires. This percentage is based off how many miles were left unusable ...7kdivided by the guarunteed tread life...60k11.6 percent rounded down.I called to confirm all this with the store ahead of time before buying and having next set installed. Tech said if everything i was saying checked out that id have the discount applied and walmart would honor it.Showed up. Bought tires at 212k miles. Requested install. The tech who checked me in confirmed what i was saying and said shed make sure the warranty guy saw what she saw. Wear bars were hit.Was denied the warranty . i asked to see the manager.Bruan his name was but he was the manager of store i see him all iver not just in auto center..came walking out. He said that the treads depth was still deep enough that the tires werent technically eligible.i stated about goodyear specifically proclaiming it is the wearbars.. and then asked what his standard was for the required measurement of minimum tread depth was to qualify the tires...He did not answer directly and awkwardly changed the subject to say that the amount of miles left on the tires was so little that no sort of discount would be garnered whatsoever anyway apparently he expected me to accept this answer. So then i asked.so, is that your policy or walmarts policy to claim a minimum threshold for miles left to be met to qualify for a discount aside from tread depth requirement ? Because goodyear says WHATEVER THE PERCENTAGE IS when wear bars are hit regardless of miles left IS THE DISCOUNT. And walmart says they honor the goodyear warranty. SO Brian ..YOU are saying you wont honor a 10 percent difference? Thats over 5 dollars a tire .he then avoided my question and began to argue saying my tires did not have 10 percent life or more left ..that they only had a 3 or so thousand miles left. ?? I thought they had zero life left since we hit the treadbars. So now hes shifting the subject off the remaining warranty length into the remaining tire life.I said no sir.. 7k left on warranty and the paperwork to prove it all my past rotations and mileage...say thats an 11.6 percent difference. At that point his mouth opened and he stopped talking.. Looked up from his desk and just stared at me. He then rudely answered a phone line he had on hold the whole time we were talking and blatantly ignored me to start servicing someone else. One thing worth mentioning moving forward..found out 2nd hand from two family members on 2 separated occasions...walmart will decline you a tire rotation if your tires are at the wear bars because that means the treadlife is up. So walmart DOES use the wear bar as a standard.Isnt this just getting funnier and funnier?questions that went unanswered by Brian.Does walmart not honor the goodyear warrant by going to wear bars' depth for qualifying the tires? What is the actual depth measurement that he claimed my tires did not meet? Are these strange policies his own deciding or walmarts? Will wamart not honor a 11.6 percent gap 7k miles unusable on tires guarunteed for 60k? Quite a gap i would say.Because this doesnt sound like the goodyear warranty i read completely through for reference.I will have my tires rotated and replaced elsewhere from now on and i have 2 vehicles and handle my grandparents and parents vehicles as well so this store will lose all that business. Rightfully so.

Just walked in to be locked in, noone here and no one answering the two call buttons they have back here. I now have to walk around the front of the building just to get out.

Leaked oil. Bought tires needed an oil change so they did that but my tire light and oil lights stayed on. Took it back in 2 times to have it taken care of. Now 4 weeks later I notice the spot where I have been parking is covered in oil. I took it to a friend that said the oil cap wasn't on right and it was almost empty. Now I have to figure out how to get oil out of my driveway.Services: Tires, Oil change

They were so nice I had accidentally forgot my wallet and they still let me come back and pay for it. I got an oil change also and they balance my tires out and rotated them

I went there hoping to grab a few things and get out in a matter of a short time but as I approached the checkouts the lines went beyond the walkway and there were only a few checkout registers open. So I returned my items to the correct shields and left and went into another store for same products were there wasnt any waiting in lines to check out. Also same products Nyquil/dayquil were a dollar less expensive.

Went to get a tire rotation and oil change and refused to do the rotation because the tread was too low on my 40,000 mile tires with only 15,000 miles on them. Waste of time from a crap company wanting to sell tires for no valid reason.
